my boyfriend and i drive all the way from stockton almost every weekend to get the wings here for pickup , lately the food and service has been poor. each time we order a basket of fries or extra sauce, they give us the basket of fries literally almost empty and we dont get our extra sauce. today i ordered again and they forgot to put in our order of fries. i called and the girl on the phone was nice and made sure to give us our basket, after my boyfriend had picked it up he then drove back to the restaurant to pick up the fries he opened the container and it was barely filled. he asked the worker a big, white lady with blonde hair working between 5:30pm to 6 pm when he went to get the fries today at 09/30 and she had the worst attitude. We sat down and the waitress took around 10 minutes to ask us for drinks maybe another 10 bring out 2 cups of water and a beer, they don't serve cocktails, I've never been to a restaurant/bar who doesn't serve cocktails. Our order took about twice as long and was all wrong, the fries were all cold and tasted bad. We did not eat any of our wings nor the fries. We ordered in two checks, and when we were ready to pay and leave everything comes out in one check and we were getting charged for more things that we didn't order. We went up to the desk to tell what seemed to be the manager, because our server disappeared right away, never came back to ask if everything was ok. Lived within a mile of this place ever since it's been open and I've always loved the food & environment. The new owners really did well with the new bar remodel and overall environment. This place was so good! Went during weekend evening and it was busy. We sat down quickly, ordered, and food came at a decent time. Food was great for it being wings, burgers, and fries sports restaurant. Fries were fried for a perfect amount of time, and they weren't clumped up together. Burger was juicy and the toppings complimented the burger well. Wings were juicy as well, and the dipping sauce was bomb. I am sad to say I have no choice but to leave this restaurant with a one star rating and will explain why. The service we received to start was horrible, we live very close in the Village One area so being only 1-2 minutes away we wanted something quick but also craving wings we decided to order here. We called in our order and was given an eta of 15 minutes, 20 minutes later we show up to find out they forgot to put our order in and now would need to wait another 15 minutes. We were seated and offered water which we politely declined, to which the server replied I have to bring you water otherwise I will be fired. Holy smokes there is really nothing on this menu that isnt delicious. There is a menu option for anyone one. They also let you pick a flavor and then the heat intensity where as other wing spots you're kinda just stuck with whatever heat level it comes with. We came in for a beer and left as fast as we could. Beer was cold, but I was worried about whether or not my glass was clean. The place is very dirty. Sticky soda on walls behind soda machine. Since the new owner, Seth, took over the establishment everything seems way more up to par! We are always greeted and seated within a reasonable amount of time. The food is always fresh and they have a great beer selection. They even have a full bar now! This is always our go-to for food and drinks and even better that it's only 5 mins from our house. Just came back after having average service in the past. The new owners are fantastic. Everything was clean. Service was always present and the quality of food has improved significantly. They had a ton of games available on Sunday to watch with many out of area games on their TVs as they have Sunday Ticket. They really should do something about that because it also entices flies to swarm your food. Because the owner is so rude every time we walk in all the tables are full of dishes and the staff has a high turn around so that says a lot. We used to go there a lot .
