Placed an order for pickup at around 9:40-10pm. We get there to pick it up and Brandon checked us out. Total was $45 with a couple cents, we handed a $50 to which his response was I'll get you your change, staring at us hoping we would say keep it!! We respond "okay" he hands us $4.... Where is the rest?? Which is nearly $1?? I expect my full change back not whatever some greedy young man who wants a tip for doing nothing but checking me out for my pickup order thinks i should get back. If they are short on change he should have told us to pay with card or at least try to give us the rest of the change. He handed $4 back and walked away. Highly disappointed with tonight's take out. Tipping culture for doing the bare minimum is ridiculous. I have been coming here since wings and rings first opened up back in 2006/2007. Food was always great. Recently food orders have been inconsistent. Either things being left out or food not being good. I decided to give them one more shot for mothers day. I spoke to Elvira and explained the situation before placing the order about the inconsistencies. She was very kind and polite and asked to give them one more chance so I did. The final result was they made the order very very good and I was able to make my mom and grandmother happy for mother's day. I really appreciate Elvira for making sure the order was correct and made properly. I just placed another order after speaking to Elvira again and thanking her. Went in with a friend of mine today and honestly I really respect the waitress I believe her name was Kimberly tonight, the amount of hustle she has to do her best to keep everyone happy is outstanding, she took car of 8 or more tables and I bet it's not easy, and another thing I absolutely respect, there was a guy flipping out over haveing to wait, first off it was an hour and then it ls an hour and a half and then it's 2 hours so he walks up to the ladies and says where the F is my food and right then the general manager who was working at the time stepped right in and defended the ladies and that's a big plus for me. My family has been going to this restaurant since it opened. Theresa, the owner, has forgotten why people dine out. Our average cost at this location is 45 dollars plus tip. It took 1 hour forty five minutes to get our food. Our server was great. I asked the server to ask Theresa for any consolation for our tiresome wait. If you like raw chicken then this is your place to eat. I went here with my sister and it was horrible to say the least. The place was so dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. There is no toilet seat cover and nothing in the entire facility was maintained at all. I regret ever going and spending my money. We just ordered wings and fries and waited for 30 minutes. The wait isn't even that bad but the food was cold and the chicken was raw when we bit into it. The Cajun fries tasted like rotten potatoes and there was hardly any seasoning on them. Couldn't even get a chance to tell the waiter because when she walked by to ask how everything was she just continued walking before we could even get a word out. The wings are made from quality meat and are bigger in size than most of their competitors and have a great selection of flavors (Sweet Thai Chili is my personal fav). I was in the midst of packing for my whirlwind road trip to Idaho then Santa Barbara when my friend texted me suggesting we go to BWR. Looking over the menu, it was impressive with BBQ faves like burgers, dogs and the aforementioned wings. Yes I could've gotten wings with another kind of sauce on it and yes I didn't have to be so animated at my table when asked why I don't like buffalo wings (sounded like a batty housewife). Thankfully there was one burger calling out my name, Black and Bleu Bacon Burger, yes the Quad B! I knew this burger would make every patron forget about my buffalo wing rant and be envious of my greatness. The server's affirmation of my excellent choice was the golden spike in my transcontinental railroad, toot toot here comes the flavor train. As I had thought and hoped, the burger was everything I had hoped for. Juicy with what seemed like a mound of bleu cheese crumbles and thick bacon made this masterpiece worthy of my Smithsonian belly! I had to laugh though because as I devoured this treasure in a bun, my friend was retching at the thought and smell of the bleu cheese that adorned my burger. This place is never on my list when asked where I'd like to eat, but my family loves it. Basic sports bar atmosphere, a little small, but comfy. The wings are pretty good and I love their salads. They also have the absolute best blue cheese dressing! Came here with a 20+ party once with no problem, but if you plan on coming on a game night, get there EARLY! Been coming here way more often lately, and it has definitely grown on me! They have a new menu and everything is fantastic. Added to it was some of the best cheesecake I've had. The wings are the best in town, they also have great burgers and appetizers. The servers here are super nice and work their butts off even when its SUPER packed! I came here last night with my family to try to enjoy a family dinner. To the restaurants credit, they were quite busy, but there was tables available. Of course, we needed to wait to be seated, which I had no problem with. However, we were not greeted or acknowledged for about 10 minutes after waiting by the wait to be seated sign. When we finally got the attention of a gentlemen working there, he said he would attend to us shortly. I asked how long the wait time would be for a table. He said it wouldn't be longer than 5 minutes. So there we sat for another 20 minutes, until we finally got frustrated with the service and left. It left a sad impression that a restaurant would ignore a family of four for half an hour, while we anxiously waited to at least be seated. Let me say first that I have been here three other times two for wings and one for something else . The reason I mention that is I remember it being better. Granted, this is not a "dedicated wing place" but if you're going to say that you're a Buffalo Wings & Rings you want to make sure that you have those things down. That having been said the wings were nothing spectacular except larger than normal. The sauce was mediocre (Cajun) at best and pretty much put on dry. The Ranch was "out of a jug" and not made fresh. And the french fries were as good as anything you can get out of frozen bag. service was very good even when getting my order wrong (nuggets instead of bone in) it was handled very well. The bottom line.. Given its location and lack of marketing I hope they do the other things a lot then they do their wings If not this could yet be another one of those restaurants that just don't quite make it. read more

In short, the service is horrible. I was told to find my own table, and was never given menus. I had to get up to get my own menu from behind the register. I waited about 10 minutes just to be asked what I wanted to drink. They won't come to your table to check on you unless you wave them down. All this happens, even while the owner is there observing and looking quite lost. Oh and if you want a lemon with your water or anything else, bring one from home. The owner will not purchase them (not even from Raley's just feet away) because they cost too much. Food is mediocre, nothing that would make me want to return or even recommend it. read more

I love the food, unfortunately the service is below the average - really long wait times and usually when I order from dashers the food is made incorrectly and it takes forever for the dasher to receive the food. I ordered today, it has been an hour and the dasher is still at the restaurant waiting for my food. I have been more than understanding with this establishment - this will be the last time i order from them. They are all over when preparing the food - I get the buffalo nachos and it's always different and when they don't have an ingredient they throw mass amounts of filler to hide the fact that they either forgot to put the ingredient or were out.
