Used to be outstanding service, now is lacking in speed. Waiter got an attitude when asked about a salad.

My first eating at this establishment Arrived at 10:00pm Friday.They close at 11. We entered the restaurant and there was maybe 15 people in the bar, and dining area total. We stood at the hostess stand for what seemed like 5 min before being acknowledged and seated. After being seated it took another 5 min to be greeted by a waitress who took our drink order but didn't even bring us ice water. We started with the sampler platter which consisted of 3 appetizers.we chose the mozzarellaij cheese sticks, rings, Parma fries . All were very good bit definitely overpriced at 12$ Ordered the Bella burger, highly recommend it a fantastic tasting steak burger with mushrooms and Swiss, 5 boneless garlic Parma wings were delicious . I will return for the delicious food , but unfortunately the service and pricing needs improved. read more

We've been here several times and usually the service is decent... tonight was a major exception. We arrived a little after 8 pm on Saturday - so after the dinner "rush". We chose to sit in the bar at a high top... sat there for almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by the server. We were considering leaving when she finally yelled over that she'd be with us shortly. Ok - so another 5 minutes passed before she came over to give us menus and take our drink order. She was back with the drinks in a reasonable time and took our food order. Someone else brought the food to our table- again in a reasonable timeframe. We ordered wings and Caesar salads - so nothing too complex. The salads were ok - not very cold and not much dressing- so just "ok". Wings were good... on the small side, but acceptable quality. But we never saw our sever again. She didn't come back to check if we needed more drinks or ask about the meal. When we were finished with our meal, we sat for 20 minutes and finally flagged down a different server to get a box... our server was nowhere to be seen. Then we sat for another 20 minutes and finally flagged down yet another server and asked for our bill. We RARELY don't give a tip - but this time we feel justified. Worst service ever in this place. Not to mention the outlandish prices on draft beer. It'll be awhile before we set foot in here again. Update 10/12/19... Well - we finally decided to give them another try. Saturday at 2 pm... a few people in there, but definitely not busy. We were seated in a back section of the restaurant by the hostess- and sat there for nearly 15 minutes. No one came to take our drink order or even acknowledge we were there. We left. We won't try again. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

My bartender Paityn was a whiz with mixed drinks. Beers before I was done! Best bar in Indiana! Wings: Cory is who you ask for! More like Wing Expert! Xtra hot and garlic Parmesan! Hostess / waitress asked us to wait a second to be seated. She continued run around. Waited on others. Manager just stood back behind the counter. When he did walk out he started checking on the other guest and proceeded to cash one out. Ignoring that we are standing right in front of him with our children. Holy crap. Traveling and this place was next to hotel. Took a while to get seated even though not busy. Ordered a beer and it took a while to arrive. Orders food took even longer. Ordered a second beer and asked for water when my food arrived. Finished my meal and still no second beer or water. Food was ok but not worth the wait. Go somewhere else unless you have a lot of time to waste. Won't come back when I'm in the area. read more

Stayed at the Hampton Inn next door , food was amazing I had the BBQ Chicken quesadillas and they were amazing. Great crowd and drinks

My first one star rating! I really don't like this place. I only visit here now if people I'm with insist on eating here. But I don't think I've ever had a good experience dining here. Please allow me to share my most memorable experience here: I work across town, so I would never consider eating lunch here. I know I would never make it back to work in an hour. However, one day I got a random email from them about this new "Lightning lunch" promo. They had a condensed menu that you could order from and they guaranteed you could be in and out in 30 minutes. Too good to pass up right? I went, ordered from their lightning lunch menu, and waited more than 30 minutes for my food. By the time they delivered it I just asked for them to box it up because I had to go. I remained pleasant, because I was a little skeptical that they would be able to pull this off. However, the real kicker to this story is the visit from the manager after we asked for our boxes. He blamed us for not being able to be out in time and said something along the lines of "If you only have a half hour for lunch you should phone your order in ahead of time." Excuse me? Why are you advertising "in and out in 30 minutes" then? I rechecked my email when I returned to work and found nothing about phoning in your order ahead of time. Don't blame me for you not being able to meet your advertisement expectations. read more

Had almost forgot about this place as it's tucked in behind many other buildings just north of 40 & Culver's. Had 10 regular wings & 10 boneless & they were very good & seemed "meatier" than most wings. Brandy was our waitress/bartender & was awesome! Although we dined inside there were also outside dining options. Would highly recommend this place! read more

I love this place. I can go there and actually carry on a conversation with my wife and we don't leave with a headache. Their chicken is great but the blue cheese dip is unbelievable. Always get extra to take home with the leftovers. Nice clean great family place with beer to top it off. read more

This place was very clean and tasty! Hubs got he wings and I got fried cauliflower like buffalo cauliflower. Both were really good and the wings were big. The wings were kinda pricey like $1 for each segment but they were big. So we got a side of fries with aioli, wings, cauliflower and two normal beers and it was like $35 lol. IDK that seems pricey. But hey! It was open and tasty and good reviews and close to our hotel. We were there Sunday night October 21st. We were the last table. The server was so nice! She was awesome! There were no customers when we walked in and it was like 10:15pm and the staff were all very gracious about us coming when really... they probably just wanted to chill. She was great. She was pulling out tables and mopping! The place is CLEAN! Great place! Check it out and props to the owner, that server and the staff. Would def visit again. read more

We stayed at Hampton Inn & walked across the street to get take out. I chose chili & garden salad. My sweetie got blackened salmon sandwich with coleslaw. We were both more than satisfied with our food. The chili had a nice kick to it. The salad was fresh & generous. It was nice to have an option for healthy choices nearby. The variety of menu choices for a sports bar was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this to travelers. read more

Since the renovations, this place has vastly improved. The interior looks fresh, modern, clean and inviting, such a stark contrast to the way it had been previously. Food is pretty darn good. The burger is quality all around, generously portioned and tastes fresh. If getting a salad, try it with their home made blue cheese dressing- heck order it on the side for your French fries. I had a French fry appetizer with bacon and cheese toppings (ran a marathon later that day...heh heh), it was decadently delicious. I came here because it was a recommendation from the Hampton Inn. I wanted a place that had wifi and decent food. This restaurant definitely had both - but the wifi was something to be desired. I thought it very clever that they had a lent menu and for someone who doesn't actually eat chicken, there was a lot for me to choose from. I had the shrimp egg rolls which were amazing once I cut through the grease, and onion rings. Sauces were fabulous and I will definitely go back when I come through Richmond. I just wish they would improve the wifi quality a little. I probably would have stayed longer and had another drink, if it was. read more

I bought a coupon book through a school fundraiser. wings n rings offered several coupons for $5 off $25. The first time I tried to use it, I was told alcohol didn't count towards the bill. My wife and I each had one drink but not enough food to qualify. At the time I didn't make a big deal about it and paid the bill . Tonight, we went again. Our bill was $37 and again they refused to take the $5 coupon. They said I only spent $23 on food. The only reason I went there eas because of the coupon! I didn't know the entree I had was on special . I asked to speak to the boss and a woman named Torrey came out. She blatantly refused to accept my $5 fundraiser coupon. I asked for her boss' contact info. Again she blatantly refused! The food is just "ok" and the management is HORRIBLE! In today's ultra competitive environment I expect much better! Don't waste your time. If you order "hot" of any flavor wing, it comes soaked in buffalo sauce. It doesn't matter that you didn't order buffalo. I came in late and everyone was frantically cleaning. The smell of disinfectant was overpowering. The service was poor partially due to the staff congregating at the front counter when their food arrived. This is a place at which I've eaten many times! I have always had a great experience but I have to say that the 3 star rating comes because of their smoking policy. They still allow smoking in the bar. I say, come on, get with the times and make your smokers go outside to smoke! I caught a whiff from time to time during my meal and I find this unacceptable! I don't want to smell cigarette smoke during a meal. It is disgusting. That aside, the food is terrific and the hot sauces spectacular. Once they catch up with the times on their smoking policy, they will get more stars. read more

In walking distance of our hotel, this place appealed to my practical side. We checked the menu before seating, and were happily surprised at the wide variety of tempting choices. Our server was friendly and attentive without being pesty, and food arrived VERY quickly. The only complaint is self-created....appetizers + wings + a salad was way too much food. Take my advice and go with less to start. You can always order more! The dry seasoned Cajun traditional wings were better than any dry seasoned wings I've ever had. Been here twice in the last week. Their boneless wings grilled are absolutely delicious. I've had 4 flavors and all were good. I can't stop eating the pita chips they have as a side. Served with some sort of spices on them, and irresistible. Service has been very good both times, too.
