Ehh... this place just isn't good. I gave it two chances and won't be going back. The manager is super helpful, the bartender is cool, they have a full bar, and the menu has a bunch of good ol' American junk food options... but it just isn't very good. The tenders, wings, and fries are just okay. The cheese fries are gross (nacho cheese). Ranch dressing should be a staple for a place like this, but it is also mediocre. The desserts are no better than HEB's freezer section. I ordered the 5pc garlic Parmesan wings and they were DRENCHED in butter on the bottom. I ate a couple of wings that were on the top and noticed all the butter on the bottom after that. I ate a third wing and it was just soaked in butter on the bottom and really unappetizing. It literally just tasted like butter. I couldn't finish my last two wings because it was so gross. I let the waitress know I didn't like the wings at all and couldn't finish them because of the butter and she said she couldn't do anything for me. I wish they would have given me a discount or something on the wings since I couldn't finish them. He did not mute the phone and I heard him say some extremely rude things and inappropriate words I won't type here, essentially making fun of my question. A few mins after that here comes the salad..and literally 3 mins after that here comes the wings and fries. Really? Fine..so I finish my small salad and start in on the wings..at first they taste like what I normally order..but about a couple in... oh. My. Gawd. What in the hell? My mouth was on fiyah..so I ask another tender if they had a xtra hot one and she replied , yes a "caliente" one. Well I can sure as hell tell ya I didn't ask for those! So obviously someone made a mistake...and my fries were overdone and lukewarm..they took those off the tab at my request. We ordered a sampler with fried pickles, fried jalapeño rings, & fried green tomatoes. It was my first time trying those & all of them were delicious! Their ranch dip is perfect too, I'm kinda picky on ranch. Kids ordered off the kids menu & I heard no complaints. I got the shrimp dish which was delicious! Their macaroni salad was bow ties which threw me off & a bit watery, but I did like the chopped green peppers & red onions in it! We have eaten here several times and we've never had an issue with the quality or taste. Today we decided to eat in with my Mom, who's in town, and I changed up what I normally order. I got the steak fingers instead of the chicken tenders and I was not a fan. That's the ONLY reason I'm giving them 4 stars. The fingers were bland, tough, and were rather difficult to eat. My Mom got the wing and rib combo and it was beautiful. My husband got a double chipotle chicken sandwich and said it was tasty! Great place to bring your family or come solo. Would seriously compare their wings with Pluckers and in a blind taste test not be able to tell the difference. I am aghast, and that is rare for me. How in the world am I the first person to review the finest wing establishment in the Austin area? BW3? Wingworks? Hooters? Pluckers? PASS. Give me Wings N' More! On a recent trip, I told my wife, "As long as they never ran out of beer, I could probably eat every meal for the next month at Wings N More without getting burnt out." The odd thing is, she knew I wasn't kidding and hardly seemed surprised. There are about 10 different flavors of wing sauce, although I almost always split my order between Hot Garlic and Spicey Bar B Q. The chicken pieces are not as large as some spots, but then again, if you wanted a drumstick, you'd go to Popeye's. Also, the wings are crispy and never battered, meaning you are getting a real hot wing and not some deep-fried, batterful (is that a word?) goop on your wing. The Onion Rings are an excellent appetizer and if you're not interested in wings, you can eat chicken tenders, ribs, sandwiches, and salads. They also have fried ice cream for desert, if you can make it that far. The service is good and the drinks are cold. Happy hour lasts from 4-7 and all day Sunday and includes reduced prices on appetizers. My wife and I used to drive from Austin to College Station on weeknights to eat at Wings N More. Having one open in Austin (and near our house, no less) has been one of my favorite things to have happen in the last decade. read more

Two different servers come by with a promise that they'll be right back. Neither of them come "right back." Eventually, the hostess makes her way to the front and starts walking us to a table clear in the back of the restaurant. When we get to the table, it's filthy. The booths haven't been wiped down. There's a roll of paper towels under the table along with a few wing bones and some french fries. We return to the host/hostess stand to tell them we're leaving and why we're leaving. No response. I was here just for an overnight in Austin Texas and I ordered through GrubHub with wings and more. I clearly stated in my order that I needed utensils. They come and drop my food of no utensils. How was one supposed to eat a Caesar salad without a fork i then called and asked to speak with a manger and they hung up on me. Epic Fail I'm editing this review because after eating the food I have to say I'm truly disappointed the salads look like it had been sitting in the fridge for days it was wilted and brown.
