Called in an order and was told they could not start the order until I was in the parking lot. Not a big deal, I get there and there is NO PARKING ANYWHERE, so I call them to let them know I'm in the parking lot but trying to find a space (this way they can start on my food). I'm told I have to either come in or wait for their take out spaces to be available. There was a line for the take out spaces. I don't mind trying to find parking out in the street as long as I know I'm just going inside to pay and get my food by the time I get there, but the fact I would have to find parking somewhere out in the street or across the street at the gas station before I walk inside so they could start the food is ridiculous. Last time I was there I had been ignored by the server for 15 minutes before I walked out, which is why I thought ordering take out might be a better choice. Not the case. Customer service is lacking severely. They got my order wrong when I called but back to notify them i got no where asked for Manager she informed me I was going to be put on hold for10 to 15 minutes. The food is normally really good, so we keep coming back. The staff is typically rude. Seems to be a management problem. The to-go parking is always taken, and they don't start your food until you pay. Making a much longer wait time in the restaurant. I'd rather have a pick up time and stay home longer. If I could give this review zero stars I would. The managers were incredibly rude. The managers we had the displeasure of dealing with were Chuy and Steven. We had an issue we were attempting to get resolved and they continually talked over us to inform us of how wrong we were. The issue could have been resolved with a simple conversation. However, these gentlemen were in capable of this. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Drove from out of town for a doctors appointment for my son a coworker told me about this place and how good the food was so I figured I would give it a try since I love wings. We went in and were seated in the back of this huge restaurant the server came and took our order the food came out 5 minutes later which seemed completely wrong to me. I ordered the wings hot with ranch and fries my wife ordered the chicken fried steak her food looked good so I tried a bite it was the worst no seasoning or anything I went to my wings and they were these little pieces of dried meat with sauce on them I could tell they were old and not very good food was terrible but the service was great only ate 4 of the ten wings then had to go find wingstop for some real wings never again will they get my business read more

The food is mediocre. The service at the bar area was average. I was unsatisfied with this place because I was celebrating my birthday with friends and was uniformed that there is a last call for alcohol before 10pm. The manager served my friend without asking anyone else if they needed anything and when our waitress finally came to our table at 10:03 I asked for a drink and was told it was past last call. Terrible service. Stopped by before the afternoon dinner rush and was seated immediately. Waitress stopped by and took our drink order and sensed an attitude. Simple order of unsweetened tea, one modelo, one Pepsi and one water. After that it was downhill from there; came back took our order and again with her attitude. Did not ask if we wanted ranch or blue cheese with our wings and didn't bother to ever come back for refills. I immediately stopped the manager and specifically instructed that we get a new waitress because her attitude was unprofessional. He was too busy searching for someone who had hit a vehicle in their parking lot. Did he listen, no! She has no business being a waitress with her poor attitude. Our waitress was so rude it was comical. It actually got so bad that we had to tell a manager to not send her back to our table and to give us a new waitress. Then the wings and fries were all over cooked. Our replacement waitress was very nice but the manager's attitude was very dismissive toward his employee's behavior. The wings are not very good. Also didn't like the chicken tenders. For a wing place, the wings should be the best thing on the menu. So far, we've only enjoyed the burger. The chicken salad was very good and spicy. We got margaritas, I got on the rocks and my boyfriend got frozen. Mine tasted like lemonade while his had a lot of alcohol in it. OK, decided to come here to watch the World Series. The beer was good and cold, just the way we like it. When it comes time to order wings my better half and I decide on a 16 piece with a variety of sauces, four to be exact, we were told we get only two choices. REALLY!!!!!! When I lived in Nueces County I ate at this business on many ocassions. Every time I come home I make sure and drop in for the tenders and rings here. It's always been a great place for Aggie gatherings and well worth stopping at. The employees are friendly and efficient, as they should be. Consistent terrible service... thought I'd give them another try, but still proves to be less than great every time which is a shame because this used to be my favorite place, but seems to be poorly managed. Perhaps, to top things things off after a long wait to be seated, was having to get my own high chair and clean it while holding my infant... all while the manager was standing next to the high chair and flirting with with the young waitresses and made no offer to help or question why I was having to get it and clean it in the first place. Went on a Saturday night and was surprised how dead it was. Luckily, a friend and I were quickly greeted and sat down..no wait. Our waitress was nice and got our order out in a timely manner. I love coming here for the chicken tenders and curly fries. Was only missing my garlic toast, but I wasn't going to go crazy over it. The food is great here, I usually get the tenders dipped in whatever sauce (Hawaiian is my fave) because they don't have boneless wings. The regular wings are great and the drinks are really good too. I've had a bad experience with the manager once, he was kind of a douche but other than that, this place is great for any occasion. Was really excited about eating here because the whole A&M thing and the possibility of watching a football game and eating some good wings. 1st of all they had the football game on all the tv screens yet the audio being played in the restaurant was on another channel which was almost all commercials, totally ruining the whole "wings and football" experience. 2nd.. Yes. Best frickin' wings in Corpus, bar none. They have great texture, their spice level is not overwhelming like Buffalo Wild Wings - but you can get hotter (which I usually do) and they're not too chewy or too crispy. The ribs are also very good, along with their sides (namely the bread, mac salad, curly fries, and potato salad.) Staff generally leaves you alone once you get your food, which I find a good thing personally. I can warn though that this is a sports bar kind of place. Expect it to be loud, expect it to have lots of kids, and whatever you do, avoid Super Bowl season here because it is packed to the brim with football fans. Well me and my Boyfriend sat in the bar area, and of course we had to order strawberry margaritas. In like a good waitress she asked for ID's. After we got our food our waitress never came back to check on us, and never came with our margaritas. We saw her walk around to other waitresses tables to talk to guys. I really don't care if she wants to get numbers, however if we are here paying for your service and we are the ones that are going to tip you then you cater to us. She would pass by us and not say one word. No smile or anything. I'm not a rude person so of course my boyfriend and I left her a $2 tip which is more that what she deserved.
