Customer Service is a huge selling point for me. If you can't treat me like you value my busine$$, then you apparently don't need it. I'm done with this establishment. I have given them numerous opportunities to present me with better service only to be treated like I do not matter. They are apparently oblivious to the fact that satisfied customers keep your company going. Phone orders: the phone is answered unprofessionally with much talking around and to each other; fumbling. I have been put on hold w/o any indication I was going there (for nearly 5 minutes). Which boggles the brain b/c everytime I go there, there are only about 3 customers in the entire place. Employees sit there and have personal conversations without acknowledgement to the customer. They are in the back on the phone...can see a customer at the counter, but choose not to acknowledge with any urgency. My final visit today, I stood at the counter for some minutes - no employees behind the counter. I saw a blond female pick up the phone in the back, when she hung up she did not rush out to acknowledge me. Someone else finally came out yawning. When I asked who the manager was she said she was. Nice representation. She shot me a bug-eyed look like what, and rolled her eyes like how dare I ask. She said she told someone to cover for her...they didn't. She asked how long I had been standing there as she just went to the back for about 2 1/2 minutes. I told her then I must have walked in just as you went in the back because I've been standing here for at least 2 minutes. My wife has been a Wings 'n Things addict for as long as I can remember. And she was saddened when they closed... virtually disappeared ...in 2007. She was very excited to hear they had re-opened and were doing business in Midtown. So, in January...just after they opened, I was sent on a mission to get her favorite 20 pc Medium with Bleu Cheese (for the included celery sticks). It was over 2 hours wait. Sadly, I did not return with any wings. But yesterday was different. I wanted to surprise my wife and stopped in at about 7:20 pm and was told there was a half hour wait. MUCH more acceptable. I ordered the above mentioned favorite order, along with an 8 inch Combo Sub sandwich (Roast Beef, Ham, Turkey, lettuce, & tomato). And the results were beyond our expectations. And YES, my order was on time! BTW...they have seating that is very casual, but perhaps not suitable for large groups. I expect we'll be visiting there FREQUENTLY on a "to-go" basis. If I call in the order, the wait time is much more acceptable. And the food is as good as you'll recall from the previous location on "I" Street. read more

Who puts lettuce, tomato and mustard on a Philly Cheesesteak? Who hires a driver with a bumper sticker that reads "f*** y**" and threatens to run over people (like myself) that are walking their dogs, while the driver is SPEEDING THROUGH YOUR APARTMENT COMPLEX? Who keeps that employee after they verbally assault and then threaten physical harm to a patron (like myself)? The Answer: Wings 'N Things. This business has no regards for their customers or the people in their community. The manager, and APD we're informed, and the employee now harasses me when I'm out walking my dog. I live right behind wings and things, so I see them when they are all out smoking weed, instead of working. Now you know. Do yourself a favor support a business that supports it's customers and community, so literally anyplace other than Wings'N Things.
