Used to love the place. It was a go-to-restaurant when you wanted quality and a meal you knew you were going to enjoy. Order 8 boned wings. They were small, over cooked and cost $1.12 each. Too expensive for the quality. Also ordered 24 boneless wings which were average. Requested Bleu Cheese cups to accompany the meal. Way back when, the cups used to be filled with the sauce and chucks of Bleu cheese. Not any more. Just watered down sauce and the cups aren't even half filled. This evening my son and I decided to eat here for the very first time. One of the items we ordered were the chili nachos. Which the nachos were stale and the chili looked like it came out of a can so I took it back up to the counter and said that it wasn't what I thought we ordered and gave it back to them. The manager came over to our table and rudely asked what was wrong with the nachos. After I explained she offered us the garbage nachos. As appetizing as it sounded I politely said no thank you. We ate the rest of our food which was fine. When we were finished I went back up to the counter and asked for the refund which was never offered for the nachos we did not eat. After hearing the other employees saying oh boy she wants a refund another manager refunded my card. Once in the parking lot the manager who had been at our table yells out from her car calling me an ungrateful miserable B#*ch as she drove by. Really? In front of my 10 yr old son that's how their so called manager behaves. I've been a bartender and a server most of my life and would never treat a customer that way. The best wings you will get locally. These are excellent. The wings are fresh and delicious, but also come with reasonable prices so they do have good value. Although, the wing meat can be rather bland so do get a sauce on them, otherwise, great place. read more

Our family always enjoys everything we get from Wings to Go. Our favorites are the boneless wings, buffalo chicken quesadillas, fries with cheese and bacon and pierogies with fried onions....oh and I almost forgot their ribs and salads! The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. They have daily specials which are really good deals for fresh quality food. As soon as I walked in, a manager was yelling at a cook that looks too young to work there anyway. The manager was a large, black lady and the name on her shirt said Elen or Elena or something like that. She was the one who took my order and was very snippy about it. All I ordered was 12 wings to go (at least the wings were good). When the girl called my name to give me my order, she slammed the bag on the counter and turned around to continue her conversation with another woman. After that I went to get a drink from the soda fountain and found water spraying out of it into a bucket. Why would Elen give me a cup for soda that i paid for if her soda fountain is broken?!?! The only thing good about my experience was the 12 wings. They were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of mild sauce. The General Manager's name was on the door, so NICOLE DEAN, needs to tend more to her order takers and teach the other managers some manners. read more

I am very upset as I order from Wings To Go all the time. I had went on their website and it said on Wednesdays boneless wings for $0.60 each. We ordered 40 plus 5 chicken fingers. When my husband got there he was told the order was $47 and change. He advised them that my wife asked if they participated in the $0.60 boneless wings the girl who answered the phone said yes. Apparently they do not participate in the National sale? I didn't think it was a national coupons since I entered my zip code. read more

Very tender meat, not to saucy. A full rack comes with decent portion of average to good fries and a cole slaw side for about $16. Unfortunately, no dry rub ribs. I also tried their boneless chicken wings and 5 pieces is enough to feed two. The blue cheese dressing is a generic "not chunky at all" third-party vendor cup dressing, but the celery was OK. There are 20+ different sauces that you can choose from. Visit their web site and call in advance. It's a very busy place, with many people coming up for pick up. It takes about 30 mins for the ribs to be ready. On a busy day, it takes 10-15 minutes even for a grilled chicken sandwich. I've seen many people with coupons from local papers, so if you live around, make sure you get these specials, as well as subscribing to their newsletter. Tonight I placed on order for Wings To Go at 7:21 pm. Here I am at 9pm my food was just delivered and it is freezing cold. Also one of my drinks were not delivered. I called and complained, I was offered 25% off my next order or a repeat of my order which would be fine except I've already waited an hour and a half and was told another delivery would take another 40 minutes. I asked for a refund of the delivery fee considering I didn't get the drink but the only option was to return the food so the manager I spoke to could " explain where it went", he was also not the friendliest, explained the inconvenience as well were busy" and then said " I'm done with you goodnight" It's 17 degrees outside and I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to leave my house. Not happy with this experience and will not order again. I understand places are busy, but an hour and a half and wrong order is unacceptable considering the cost. update* A driver brought the drink originally forgotten and I returned the food to the restaurant- it was offered to be remade for me, but I did not want to wait longer. read more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible ! My family called me while they were picking up food next door so I requested wings. Instead of getting them from where they were going they thought why would we get them anywhere else than a place that specializes in wings, what a mistake. I received traditional wings with extra sauce on the side and extra celery and blue cheese. The wings seemed like they were fried several times or at least way longer than they should have been. The celery appeared that it had maybe been previously frozen (probably by accident) and was definitely not the color of remotely fresh celery. I didn't even bother opening the sauce or blue cheese. Normally I don't take the time to write a review but this is not the first time this has happened so I figured my order wasn't an anomaly. The last three trips we made to wings to go have been nothing but aggravating. This last trip on 11/01/16 was the final straw however. I ordered our food for pickup around 7:15pm. Now, they tend to be EXTREMELY slow with service, so when they said pickup was going to be around 8:05pm, I figured I had a good 15 minutes after that prior to my food being ready (it usually takes almost 1.5 hours to get delivery OR pickup unfortunately). We did our thing and showed up at wings to go around 8:45pm. Walk up to the counter, sign my receipt and the lady goes to look for my order. Not ready. No boneless wings are cooked, no fries, nothing. I stood around for about 15-20 minutes waiting for them to cook my food that should have been, according to them, done at 8:05pm. While waiting, I noticed one of the employees at the saucing station use the towel that they use to wipe down the counters of sauce to clean their nose off of sauce - then proceeded to slightly stick the towel in her nose, wipe her hands, and then continue to sauce. No gloves, no washing, nothing. Had she been the one to sauce my wings, I would have just left. I can somewhat tolerate longer wait times and usually the food is decent, but unhygienic practices are not ok, especially around food. Unfortunately, even though we enjoy the food, I don't think we will be going back any time soon. It's not good enough to wait over an hour for a few wings when you have 6 employees on fryers not doing anything. read more

A bunch of us go here every week for lunch and get the wings and salad lunch special. They are very consistent and tasty...the regular hot is a nice burn - not too hot but enough to hook you.
