Wingstop is a good place to get some nice and crispy wings! Whether you want spicy! or regular, they got it! For a crowd or just for yourself, they have combos and deals. The bbq flavor is yummy, alil sticky though. The mild flavor isn't hot at all, but it is good! The wings are perfect with there homemade ranch! The fries here are crispy and soft! (Just like the wings) Good for ketchup or ranch as well. The wait is kinda long because, it is a small joint and they have to fry and flavor the wings so I understand. Although I saw the lady making the wings, "She got a frozen bag from the freezer behind her and cut a hole. She then took the frozen wings and pour then in the deep fryer." Great service, this is my go to wing stop and I've never had trouble here. Usually takes about 10-15 to get your order if you order in store, I recommend you call ahead of time if it's carry so you don't wait. the cashier are always friendly and my food has always been good here too. Honestly. This is one of my favorite places. But the service here is pretty bad. I usually order the same thing. A Meal for 2 split.(1/2 bone in, half boneless). Almost every other time they get something wrong. Wrong flavors, wrong dip, all boneless, all bone in. And trying to call them is pointless. Don't go here, they hire a bunch of kids who are goofing off instead of working. It is not busy, there is no one in here and they don't answer the phone when you repeatedly call to fix their mistake. I placed a large order received about 10% of my food before driving home and realizing they didn't give me any of what I paid for. How do you forget more than 25 wings and give someone only 6 tenders out of their order? It doesn't help that they don't answer the phones, so you can't communicate with them. I placed an order around 9pm and it is currently 10:15pm and I'm still trying to get home with my correct food after all this. I guess my young children will be up late tonight. It's frustrating that I have to wait 20+ mins for a second time tonight for them to make the food, since they wouldn't answer the phone. I'm trying my best to be understanding but their lack of care or attempt to get the order right is frustrating. I definitely will not be ordering here ever again. Not to mention that they will not let you wait inside for your food, at this point I would like to watch that they actually do the order correctly, and not stand outside in the cold, as a small woman after 10pm when there's a lot of unscrupulous characters (about 3 currently) camped out in adjacently to their doors. My favorite wing place ever! Cant go wrong with 30pcs wings with 3 flavors with large fries and veggie dip. It has nice flavor choices, personal favorites are lemon pepper and spicy korean. Wingstop is known for delicious wings and their fresh cut fries. The two times I've been here, the food has been really good. The classic wings (bone-in) comes hot and crispy with your choice of flavor and dip. I had their boneless chicken and I wasn't a fan of them but I was glad to try them. Their boneless chicken tenders are a better choice, being that the chicken were tender and full of flavor. Their fries are excellent and you can definitely tell they were made fresh to order. With their combo comes a drink which you can customize with their fancy soda machine that has tons of choices. The one thing about this location is that the cleanliness is not maintained. By the soda machine, straws were all over the place. The bathroom did not have any paper towels and the trash was overflowing. Just a quick clean up would make this place a little bit more pleasing to the eye and improve overall experience. read more

I would give this place a 0 stars if I could, rudest customer service. I already had a problem before with having no sauce on my food called the manager Sandra then she told me I can have my whole order remade the next day. I come the next day in and this older man gave me barbecue sauce in stead of honey mustard and even gave me a hassle just to give me the right order almost charging me for something they messed up. They also took my fries saying I can only have one when the manager Sandra said I can have my whole order remade for free . Ordered online and got it delivered. Firstly, they didn't have my drink of choice no big deal. Food arrives and I get ready to have my dinner. This is my second time at this Wingstop and the first time I had at I wasn't all that impressed. I was even more unimpressed than the first time. The fries were dark and floppy and just overall gross. I could (and should have) made my own fries that would have had a good overall appearance and texture. The texture of the fries was what bothered me the most. They were squishy and overall just a sensory nightmare to eat. I opened up the boneless garlic Parmesan and it looked so dry. I took a bite and it was just 80 percent breading. It is understandable why boneless wings are not as quality as bone in but this is a joke. The texture of the wing reminds me of cheap diner food, or cafeteria food. Honestly probably both of those things would have been better than the food I received. For the price that you pay to get food the taste just isn't up to par. Honestly gross. If you want wings specifically go to another Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings. If you want boneless wings.... just go to Raising Canes or Popeyes. At least you're getting a good amount of meat in your meal, or a good batter for the amount you pay there. read more

How do you forget to complete an order that's already in a bundle package? Bundle packages are created to simplify your assembly line ... it's a set package. Wings, sauces, veggies and fries.... boom. Simple right? NOPE. Ordered online then waited another a period of time after our allotted time when it was supposed to ready. We arrive home and we were missing our lemon pepper seasoned fries. Yes it's only fries...its the principal and it's the fact we all pay for a service, our meal we try to enjoy as a family. We try and support our local food joints, restaurants etc., but small mistakes are big especially when you order food and pay a good cost for it. I can totally understand why this Alhambra location gets bad and low ratings .... then to have to speak to a manager they talk over you. Saying it was missed...how if the manager tells me they work at the line which I called it assembly line. Start middle and end... food is placed in containers... ordered is checked and you would think a team lead or manager would check the final go out of the take out pick up ... if your team is set quality check is important and this has definitely failed. Yes the manager tried to replace with 5 boneless as courtesy...since I already shared I wasnt driving back to pick up anything at this point. She then shared will note the system about the mishap just come in etc.., has I was trying to explain my frustration the manager over talks you and doesnt want to listen to any suggestions you have to offer. Her system isnt working and she stared she has tried to make it work with her staff....so again the system isnt working what you have laid out. The manager continued to over talk, cuts you off and doesn't and didnt want to hear it. As a manager or supervisor you need to listen first to your customers who help in keeping you in business. I'm all about customer service ... actually that's an important key to me and probably many others. I will be writing to the owner/corporate. She threaten that she had witness beside her of our conversation as if I cared ... and recording calls ... please I'm not worried about that. They literally just throw the sauce on top and don't even bother tossing them. With the shutdown, i was cool and understanding so i was willing to wait an hour or so. So i asked wingstop why dont they have some kind of system or quality control and they said they dont and hung up on me. I wished i could have canceled my fucking order but i couldnt.
