Lots of food, convenience and value meal. Super hungry and this really hit the spot. Did drive thru. Service was good.

the chicken needs to be bigger because they definitely short you on the smaller tenders, especially considering i got the caniac combo. in addition, the fries i got today lacked freshness and didn't taste crispy. other than that, the chicken with the canes sauce was delicious, the bread (got butter on both sides) was yummy too! and the coleslaw was perfect. also, the service was pretty good, and the staff were helpful. the ambiance was cute and had the usual cane's aesthetic.

This new Raising Cane's is starting off strong! I rate same with same; so since this is a fast food place, I don't immediately downgrade it, but consider its position among similar establishments. With that said, I'm impressed with their excellent customer service! Maybe because they're new, everybody's not jaded. But I hope they'll keep it up! They greet you when you walk in, smile lots, clean tables, and ask if they can clear the trash for you in the midst of your visit, asking if everything's OK. As for the all important chicken, it's probably one of the most moist I've had in a chicken finger and chicken sandwich (thought scant on the lettuce -- more please)! The batter is not too heavy and seasoned perfectly. Well done! I'm also partial to crinkle cut fries - yay! The coleslaw was good for coleslaw (personally, not my fav, but the husband said it was fresh and tasted great!) The sweet tea (mixed with regular tea) and lemonade were not too sweet, another plus. And the sesame seed brioche toast is a cozy yummy addition. I appreciate the decor of local South Pasadena alumni gear, San Gabriel mission art, and even the oddly satisfying Elvis painting from Steve Ko. Thank you for an overall wonderful experience! Keep up the good work.

Just came here for the first time and omg I love it! Ya'll have easily taken place as a new favorite for chicken fingers! The pricing was fair for the meal I got. The sweet tea made me feel like I was back in North Carolina! It's surprisingly rare to find good sweet tea in California. The crinkle fries were tasty. The coleslaw was actually really good and had some nice flavor, and the chicken itself was nice and crisp on the outside but moist and delicious on the inside. And the toast was SO FLUFFY! The man who took my order was very polite! The drive through was clean. And I went through quite quickly. I will absolutely be coming back. And now that I've come here, next time I'm bringing my family of 4.

It came with four chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, a side of coleslaw and Texas toast along with a drink of your choice.

The food was fresh, but some of my crinkle cut fries were not crispy. They have a drive thru and they have Door Dash pick-ups area. The dining area was a bit dirty. The drinks area was also a little dirty/sticky. Rating: 4 stars for the food.

With that said, there are always room for improvement but tonight, I'm giving a 5 star rating specifically because the Food was perfectly prepared, and one employee in particular impressed me. When we arrived around 10pm Friday night, half the restaurant was full. The available tables were slightly dirty, so looks like staff hadn't gotten to cleaning the tables yet. Seats were a bit greasy but tolerable. This is the area of improvement I would love to see. If employees are not readily available to clean the tables, just leave the wipes around so we can wipe down the tables ourselves. I'd be totally fine cleaning my table myself. While we were eating, I got the opportunity to observe several employees in action. One employee stood out. While most employees just speedily wipe down the tables and sweep the debris onto the floors. Edgar not only cleaned the tops of the tables, but also the back rests and seats, and even the tops of the trashcans!!! That level of attention to detail I greatly appreciated. I thought he was the shift manager given how much he was doing!! Not only that, he was the only employee I heard acknowledging and greeting guests. Edgar deserves all the praise! I come here maybe 2-3x a month, Food here has really been on point!! Fresh HOT crispy and juicy chicken tenders! My favorite Cane's location hands down!

The spicy fried chicken has just the right amount of heat. I've been to other Jollibee locations where it was so spicy that it was hard to enjoy, but this one gets it right. The skin is always crispy, and the chicken pieces are nice and big. The gravy is thick and savory, and I love dipping the chicken in it. The spaghetti is delicious, and I like that they're generous with the sauce. It's always nice and saucy. I've had disappointing spaghetti from other Jollibee locations that was dry and lacked sauce, but that's never been an issue here. I also order the ube pie, which is pretty good and not overly sweet. They're currently under construction, but they're still open. I usually order my food to go and have never had any issues with my order.

His recommendation to get half spicy chicken and half regular was spot on. He warned me upfront that the spicy chicken is seriously spicy, and he was right, having the regular chicken on the side made it the perfect balance. That kind of thoughtful, personalized service is rare. The food was fantastic, and Paul's guidance made the whole experience even better. Paul is a great ambassador for this restaurant, I'll definitely be back.

Both order the exact same thing, one right after the other. A few minutes later, both orders are called. First guy gets his order and says he needs more red salsa. He gets more salsa, no questions, no charge. Second guy gets his exact same order immediately after. He asks if he can have an extra salsa. He's told it's an extra $0.75. There was no pause, no gap in between the 2 men's interactions. Literally stood next to each other, ordered the same thing, one got free salsa, the other got charged. A table full of people nearby, tilt their heads and cock their eyebrows in disbelief. Free salsa guy happens to be White. Paid salsa guy is Asian. Coincidence? You can decide for yourself. We all know discrimination and prejudice exists. It's an unfortunate part of life. I'm no stranger to it. It's usually not quite this overt. This was a little too blatant to just sweep under the rug. Is having to spend an extra $0.75 a big deal? No. Is blatant discrimination? It's enough to stop supporting this business.
