I ordered wings for the Super Bowl, hoping I would have nice hot wings for the game instead, I got cold tasteless wings.

Always order through Yelp, and I literally never have any issues. Always quick and easy pick up.

My girlfriend and I ordered wings from this location because we were hungry and it was on the way home. Placed an order through Grub Hub. As soon as I got there to see if our order was ready, the girl working just looked at me and minded her business like I wasn't even there. I waited for her to finish what she was doing, because I get it, it get busy and there are orders that need to be done. After around 7 mins she finally acknowledged that I was there. She looked for our order and it wasn't ready and said it'll be out soon. Got our order after 5 minutes. Got home, opened up the bag and the wings barely had any sauce. Ordered 5 mild wings, came out with barely any sauce, and it was dry. I've ordered wing from other Wingstop locations and the wings are never this dry because they actually put a decent amount of sauce, but not this location. We also ordered 5 Cajun corn WITHOUT any seasoning... and they messed it up and pretty sure they put seasoning on it. Overall experience was ok. 2/5. Customer Service was terrible. read more

2 years later plus a pandemic and it's safe to say they're finally getting it together. Ordered online based on a different review to ensure my order would be processed and the sauces were right. Came out exactly as I ordered, no missing wings, sides, or sauces. Recently, I ordered food for the agents from my work. While working remotely, I needed to order 20+ 6-piece combos for our site located near the restaurant. Placing the order was extremely difficult, as the online ordering system would not allow me to place the order due to "incorrect address/zip code", which was not the case. After attempting a couple of times, I called the restaurant and was told to go place the order in person (as I could not place the order over the phone). Because of reasons not to do with the restaurant, I had to go down there and order in person. Once there, my cars would not go through their system, as the card was not being read at all. Per the Bank, the transaction was not being transmitted by the merchant. Anyhoo...no one was able to help. No one had a clue on a solution. At the end of it, I had the idea to bypass the pin and magic! It worked. My rating is not for the staff at wing stop, as they got my order ready quickly, once the order was paid. Horrible customer service, the old male manager begs people to do the customer survey. If you call to "place and order" they won't start your order UNTIL you arrive and pay for your food? They don't allow bills over $20 even if you make an order of $60 LOL. If you don't know that they don't take bills over $20 sorry they can't take your order. The ambiance is dirty, the restrooms are never cleaned. If you come in the afternoon the young employees are sharing a vape and passing it around. The front of store is fluffed due to a clogged drain in front of the soda dispenser. There is a puddle that you can splash in! My husband got food poisoning after eating at this location on 3/25/22. He had the lemon pepper chicken wings around 8pm and woke up at 3am vomiting and didn't stop until I took him to urgent care on 3/26 at 1pm. Have receipts to prove the visit and the diagnosis. Had to be put on an IV and anti-nausea medication. Silver lining is that he lost 10 lbs since he didn't eat for 5 days after this episode. Urgent care doctor said that food poisoning is on the rise due to unsafe food preparation practices and lack of training. Eat at your one risk. read more

Why they offer free delivery? Because you will never get it. Since I don't want to wear a mask to go out, tried the Wingstop delivery for the first time as I see "FREE DELIVERY". First the website was not working, I had to download the app to get this done... Finally submitted the order, an hour later the app indicated my order is delivered, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING OUTSIDE MY HOME! Tried to call the store immediately, for 30 minutes no one picked up the phone. I also got a text message from Doordash saying my order is delivered, and provided with the driver's phone number... the number was never connected, tried Doordash's customer service by online chat, they said since the order is not a Doordash direct order, they couldn't do anything... Horrible service from staff they need to be retrained on there customer service. This guy who he states is a supervisor very unprofessional and rude.I called to inform them my order was missing items was left on hold for over 10min and when asked for supervisor/manager and asked who I was speaking to he refused to give his name just stated he was the supervisor and what did I want very rude. They have a special where each boneless wing is 60 cents each. I prefer ordering their boneless wings because it tends to be juicer than their regular wings. They have flavors that are better than competing restaurants like Buffalo Wing Wings. The average wait time for your order is around 10 mins and there is ample seating in the store. They share a parking lot with other restaurants, stores and a Sprouts but parking is never hard to come by. I would recommend ordering their lemon pepper or mango habanero boneless wings. read more
