I've been to this location a ridiculous amount of times. Always use the app to order, and it's always ready on time and the order is correct. My favorites are Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, and mango habanero. The ranch is also much better than store bought. If only they delivered! read more

I love this place! Open to midnight! That's very important to me as I loathe how many things close at 9 p.m. around here. Can't take the Vegas out of a girl I guess. I can order classic, boneless or crispy tenders. I can mix and match or order a family pack. You can have all drums or all flats. Or both! (Can you tell I love wings) I especially love the extra well done option. They're nice and crispy with Jamaican jerk...good night. My fave. So far I'm kind of leaning towards them and I had 2 wing places I've gone to for years. They're slowly knocking it out of the park for me. Friendly people, great prices. Placed my order online for a 12pm pick-up. I arrived early at 11:45 and stood by the sign that said "Skip the line, pick-up here" (or something similar). But with only one person working the desk, I was forced to still wait in line. Additionally, even though I scheduled a 12pm pick-up, my food was waiting on a shelf in a bag upon arrival. The fries were in the same container that I should have been served had I dined-in and not in something enclosed to keep them warm. When I got back to work to eat, just as I assumed, everything was cold. I ate it because I was hungry but I won't waste my time here again and recommend no one else does either. read more

I visited last night and picked up an order of 30 trad wings. The chicken was excellent, but only 1/3 of them were flavored properly. Both the original sauce and the Louisiana were lacking. They hardly had anything on them. Had we eaten in the restaurant, I would have sent them back for re-saucing. Since it wasn't discovered until we got home, we just chalked it up to the soft opening. They'll work out the bugs soon enough, and I'll be back in a month or so. read more

Sometimes the fries can too be salty and the prices are sometimes expensive but that's undeniable and they can't do anything about it. regardless it's a good place to go at night since they're open late!!! read more

So surprised by the amazing customer service - every person was pleasant and professional and made it feel so welcoming. However, the wings were a bit of a disappointment. I don't blame the cooking technique, I blame corporate and food selection. Wings are hard and the texture makes me think they've been freezer burnt. Fries are okay. I had at least 4 out of ten wings that weren't edible. All of them had broken bones. The staff needs to sort through the bad wings and throw them out. The hot wings had hardly any sauce on them. The place is over priced for just getting wings. read more

Nice staff. I got the 15 piece wings with bone in. I ordered original hot and BBQ. The wings were really good. The wings are pretty meaty and the sauces are good. We've tried the tenders and fries as well and both were really good. I'll definitely be going back. Do yourself a favor and get the Wingstop app or order online. The wings take 18 min to cook so you'll definitely be waiting a bit if you don't order ahead of time. read more

Now this one's disappointing. Having tasted Wing Stop in Texas,there's no really topping that. BUT I've had food from this particular location and the first few times I've gone the food was great! But now I feel this place has gone downhill,particularly the food. We went in around 8PM. Fries: greasy, overdone and didn't taste fresh. Im sure it could've been done fresh (it wasn't busy at all.) Wings: The ones we had were alright. We try different wings each time but always make sure to get an order of the garlic Parmesan. The Spicy Korean Q & Hawaiian wings were ok. But the Garlic Parm didn't taste like garlic and instead of tossing the wings in the seasoning they just threw the Parmesan on top. And I don't know about yalls, I have to have sauce/seasoning with every little bite. If not, then what's the point of eating wings?? You gotta toss the wings The employees handling our food wore gloves except for the employee making our fries. Don't care to go back and probably won't for awhile. read more

I ordered the 20 piece classic wing..I was clear when I placed my order. I stated I have food allergies and needed my chicken well done and I wanted the drumsticks, fries no salt. Olivia took my order and was clear with the cook/s with my order. My husband gets home with my food, the chicken was the wrong pieces. I called and spoke with Olivia, since she took my order. Olivia apologized and offered to give a store credit foe a 20 piece because the cook/s made a mistake. Olivia asked for my phone number and my husband's name to place a note in their box to honor the credit. I live too far to have traveled back the same day. I tossed the chicken out because it wasn't cooked well done and I didn't want to get sick. My husband was told Olivia was off work and they couldn't find her note. The day Olivia was supposed to be there she called in sick. Really!! After two trips and the run around, we were told the store manager/owner didn't give Olivia an approval for the credit. Olivia placed me on hold to get the approval. I wasted money and my time on chicken I wasn't able to eat. I don't like being lied to and my money being wasted because of an error the store made. I will never eat there again. I am sending a complaint to the corporate office. I don't look for handouts., This is poor customer service at the highest level.
