Had a HORRIBLE experience here, and complaints get ignored and you can't report them on the BBB site because they are labeled as Little Ceasars and it doesn't really seem to work to get anything resolved with them, they do not care. I had placed an online order and messed up big time and really needed it refunded before it became a giant mess. I waited and asked nicely. They probably had no real intention of canceling it honestly and they were a bit busy but I waited for when they weren't and just doubled checked, just wanted to make sure it was atleast in the system as "canceled", that's all i really needed to hear not for them to drop everything right then and there just that it was out of the system and my money would be refunded. I got cussed out called a bitch asked if I was fucking blind made fun of and laughed at and treated like absolute SHIT. I never had any type of issue when I'd been before and they were super nice people and the wait time was never a problem for me, the food was always alright as well it's just disappointing and bad that just that experience alone makes me never wanna go back there ever again and that they absolutely do not care that the employees can be that rude and it's okay. read more

Gentleman behind the counter let us know that this was the top earning Wingstop in the country! I'm not sure if I believe that, but I will say that our experience was excellent! It's sad to say, that we eat Wingstop at least a few times a month and I've never eaten at a Wingstop. We always get takeout. Fries are always limp; boneless wings or strips are no longer crunchy. Very salty! I got the $16.99 boneless deal which is 20 bonless wings with fries. I split between flavor which were lemon pepper and hot honey. Instead of regular fries I got voodoo fries. The lemon pepper wings were the only thing salty and ruined the whole meal giving my mouth salt burn. They need to figure out how to make it less salty or shake a little less. read more

I called & there was no answer I was on the phone for like 15-16 minutes. I was surprised when I showed up & the place wasn't busy there was like 5-6 employee just standing around. The you g man at the register was polite. He said our wait would be like 40 minutes. I got the order in less than 22 minutes but, some of the order was wrong. No problem. If you want to wait forever to get some wings, this is the place for you. When ordering on the app, it will give you a time frame (ie - 16-21 minutes) to pick up your order. I always wait the maximum amount of time before picking up, and they are never ready. There are always a dozen people standing around in the front, waiting for their orders that should have been ready 10-15 minutes ago. I went there as a delivery driver and when they brought the order for me to take they said I had to fill the drinks. I informed them that the company I work for and the health code says that I am not supposed to and it's a health code violation. He then proceeded to tell me how he wasn't going to do it and that I can leave with the drinks. I go to contact my support team and the manager very politely fills the drinks for me and apologized. As I am waiting for the rest of the order the first guy proceeded to tell me how bad I am at my job. As I leave the restaurant the manager comes out to my car as asked me to file a report.
