Alright! So I thought it was about time I reviewed a restaurant that was somewhat a guilty pleasure of mine, Wingstop! What can I say? I know it isn't the healthiest of food, but sometimes having some chicken wings drenched in sauce and hot fries is the way to go! Venue- this particular Wingstop is situated in a strip mall off a major intersection, opposite a Jack in the Box. Parking is okay, and seating is also on par. The best thing about inside is the décor, but I will cover that later. Staff- friendly and helpful, you order at the front and then wait for your meal. It's basically glorified fast food. Price- a little more expensive than conventional take out, but fair enough. Be warned though, the big negative here is the WAIT TIME. Did I say "fast" food earlier? Whoops, I meant slooow food! Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your meal. This is the biggest negative and confusing factor for me; I'm not quite sure why it always takes so long to get your meal, but there it is. Food- Good wings! Wide choice of flavors and the fries are decent too. Really hits the spot. Overall, a cool little fast food joint, although let down by the long wait times. By the time you get your wings, Godot may have even shown up, so make sure you have your smartphone/tablet/ copy of War and Peace to entertain you in the meantime. BONUS!- so what I really like in this particular store is the décor- it is filled murals and photos of World War 2 aircraft, which is really cool. Saw all the low ratings and reviews before coming into this Wing Stop location and from my experience I have nothing bad to say besides the wait time for the food orders to be prepared but that's something to be expected if you have a decent sized order that you want well prepared. The fries, veggie sticks, wings and dinner rolls are bomb! My favorite sauces are the Buffalo, Teriyaki, and Garlic Parmesan with the wings Bone-In!
