I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for. We have found this place to be great each and every time we have come! The new chicken sandwiches are so yummy, crispy and when you dip it in ranch it pulls it all together! Recommend the original hot! The voodoo fries are delicious but hot! And sometimes they put on more of the seasoning then other times so it can be sometimes just a little too much. A friend and I placed an order for100 wings 3 days ago - in plenty of time for Superbowl. I was reluctant based on previous experience, but I decided to give this store another try. Our pick up time was 6pm. When we arrived at 6pm, the store was over-crowded and we were told that they were still working on the 5pm orders. It was suggested that we wait until 7:30 pm to pick up our wings or cancel our order. The game started at 6:30. Unacceptable. We were able to reach a manager named Andrea who asked us to please call back after 8pm in order to discuss the matter. We also had the bonless wings with the Korean BBQ sauce and it was sweet and spicy with just the right amount of heat.
