I'll say this first, I LOVE Wingstop. But this has to be the worst Wingstop location in the world. I've been here about 5 times because it's the closest location to me, usually I'll drive further to go a better location. Literally every single time I've come here, I've had some kind of issue. Today we ordered delivery from the app, and for the first time ever, they actually got our order right AND for the first time, it was on time (whenever I schedule a pick up, they forget my order). Problem was, the wings were dry as a bone, crunchy to the point it almost hurts your teeth to eat. They overcooked them to high hell. On top of that, there were only 4 flats in an order of 20 wings. There was 16 crunchy meatless drums. Even worse, we call in to tell them the wings were burnt, they asked how many we ate and said if we want new ones, we have to come in to return the burnt ones, they'll only replace the ones we haven't taken a bite out of and they won't offer any sort of refund. Obviously when you split wings everyone's gonna try at least try 1-2 before realizing they're all terrible. So while the family is waiting to eat dinner, I have to tell everyone to stop eating because they won't replace or refund the full order and I have to drive 10 mins to get new wings. Another thing is, when you go to the store itself, it's a bunch of high school kids working there blasting uncensored hip hop. Yo I love me some hip hop but this is a family restaurant and I wouldn't want to take my kids here. Overall, skip this terrible location. Go to literally any other Wingstop in Bakersfield or the entire world and you'll be happy you did. read more

Food here is hit or miss on quality of flavor due to the Goldilocks Principle, but my order is pretty much right and on time typically. These five stars though are for managers Isiah and Dion. Made an order online and it turned out this location was closed day of pick up. Got the run around from others about getting a refund, but once these guys were involved they owned the problem and got it resolved. They took care of it politely and quickly. Customer service at this location is horrible. I ordered online and was only sent half of my order, when I called to inquire what happened with order I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and when they finally answered they claimed they could not find my order. I wanted a refund for my missing items but they did not understand and it took them a while to finally get what I wanted. I ordered directly through Wingstop but they were giving me trouble when I was trying to get a refund and they were trying to get me to call Door Dash to claim my refund because they are the company that delivers for them. Gosh darn it, Wingstop. Why do you have to tease me so? I've only recently become a Wingstop junkie. I would drive across town to the SW location just to consume my favorite Habanero Mango wings and extra crispy with extra seasoning fries. Oh and that awesome soda machine? Heaven! But this Wingstop needs to get their stuff in check. I was willing to let the soggy fries slide. Then the fries didn't have seasoning. Next, the wait was over 45 minutes. Now? All that combined with a tablespoon of sauce on my chicken? Oh, now you've awoken the hangry girl! As someone who doesn't love getting her hands dirty, I often opt for the boneless wings. This makes having plenty of sauce absolutely necessary as they are a tad bit drier than bone-in wings. When I looked into my carry-out order it was a severe disappointment. A few drops of sauce dotted the chicken. Combined with the soggy fries and lack of seasoning made for a disappointing dinner. Oh, and they were completely out of diet soda in their machine. I understand that occasionally things may go wrong. But it's been several times in a row. If this continues it may be worth it just to head to the SW location.
