My order came a few minutes early for pick-up. The staff was friendly when I walked in and were all wearing masks and gloves. Food was yummy as always from this location! My only suggestion for this location is to please make the fries WELL DONE! I prefer crunchy fries over thick, soft fries. I used to love eating wing stop but this time my chicken was undercooked but not enough to raise alarm at the time being. Later that night I found myself having muscle spasms throughout my whole body and nearly chocking in my own vomit. Two common side effects of salmonella. Never again. Another thing wrong with this meal, my girlfriend's boneless chicken was mostly fried and undercooked breading and barely any chicken. I love Wing Stop, but disappointed in the customer service at this location. Ordered 50 piece wings and realized when I got to my destination that they left out 15 pieces of original wings from my order. I called them right when I discovered the order was not complete, letting them know that I wasnt going to be able to drive back to pick it up and asked for a refund. They hung up on me. Called back and after a few tries was able to get someone on the line. They said that someone would call me back today to follow up and I still have not received a response. I rarely ever write reviews, but this has to be one of my worst interactions with a restaurant ever. This place is horrific. I never received my order, even though it was noted as "delivered" by Wingstop on their website. I call the driver, no response. I call the restaurant, no response with the memo that the line has been "disconnected". So now I have essentially been robbed of ~$30.00 by Wingstop with no recourse to fix my order. Don't waste your time with this place if you are ever thinking about delivery, or if you plan on filing an issue with them. Awful. read more

Happy to see there is another restaurant opening. Employees are nice and patient. The wings taste good and the vegi is really fresh. And the food is packaged well. One thing to improve is how to pay... all the restaurants around allow customer self serve to pay instead of handing in my credit card to them... I had ordered online and it said 16-20 minutes for the wait. I had actually came 45 minutes after ordering expecting it to be ready for pick up. I go in and they said two minutes till it was done. I waited for about 10 minutes or so. It not being ready was already slightly annoying but then my fries had no seasoning and the food was pretty much cold. So I don't get what took so long for my food because it obviously wasn't fresh being that it was cold. Just disappointing.
