I thought I would pick up dinner here while I was out running errands on a beautiful day so I placed my order online. I did arrive a few minutes earlier than the provided pick-up time. The beautiful day included sunshine which came right through the front entrance of this location. I think it was actually cooler outside than in the front waiting area with the sun beating down on you and reflecting off the glass. I was happy to see the Coke Freestyle machine which generally seems easier to keep cleaner than a regular soda fountain machine. My soda was a little off tasting as though it had a little too much carbonation. The food itself was fine. I prefer a little more sauce. Where to start? First, I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog. The wings are tiny and they haven't found an item that they can't burn or over cook until it is a crunchy and dry piece of tasteless and chewy trash. Shift lead told me it was in the bag but it was ok, she would either remake it or credit me the money. I couldn't believe she accused me of lying. Ordering from Wingstop was so easy. Just place order online, choose your location. I picked one closest to my home and boom your done! My husbands and I ordered 20 traditional wings. He got his favorite lemon pepper wings. I tried the new lemon garlic wings. They were a bit salty but brushed off most the salt and made the flavor better. I also ordered a side of the cajun corn. Oh my god, of you all have not tried the cajun corn get in it and try it next time you come into Wingstop! It may be a bit spicy with the cajun heat but dang is it packed with flavor! We have been coming to this location since they opened and I have to admit that until recently they generally lived down to the level of their reviews on this site. However for the past couple of months there has been an huge improvement in the level of service and food quality. The fries continue to be inconsistent, but overall I would encourage anyone who wrote this place off based on their past performance to give them another try. read more

We've been customers of Wingstop for 10 years, 1st in California then here when locations started opening here. We were happy to drive all the way over to Morse Rd for these wings. Then we got lucky with a location on Olentangy River Rd, much closer than Morse Rd. We were excited to learn that Bethel Rd was opening but... This location sucks. We have had issues with every order we've gotten from the Bethel Rd location. We've either gotten bland or missing food each time. This most recent time we ordered a mix of bbq, Cajun, and Louisiana dry rub. The Cajun were missing the Cajun seasoning (so basically the regular hot flavor) and not very saucy (we prefer saucy wings). The Louisiana dry rub had virtually no seasoning on them, the selling point of that flavor is the dry rub, and the wings were sitting in a puddle of oil. We got two orders of large fries, one was basically a small, the fries were limp and again, almost no seasoning. Apparently this location is allergic to actually seasoning the food. We ordered chicken tenders, plain and bbq flavors for our kids with honey mustard dip, the tenders themselves were fine but no honey mustard. Clearly the staff/management at this location doesn't care or focus on quality as the quality at this location is truly terrible. I would rather drive all the way over to Morse Rd to get better quality. We won't be going to this location again. read more

This store hit my last nerve today. Ordered online to pick up in store. Walk in and first impression is it's filthy. The lobby floor to the kitchen floor were strewn with miscellaneous discarded items. Next, my order was given to me *basically* cold. I showed up on time, even a bit early. I go to grab my drinks only for the entire countertop to be extremely sticky and covered in a layer of spilled soda. I can't find a straw so I ask only to be pointed to the same drink station that had no straws. I'm finally given one and I noticed I'm missing the ranch I ordered which I was promptly given.
