The wings are done slightly crispy on the outside and juicy ok the inside. I can't tell you much about the rest of the food as I haven't tried it...lol. But the wings are a home run. The restaurant is bar style so not everyone will like the atmosphere, but service is great and they are all enthusiastic about the wings. We will almost always come here if chicken wings are on our list to grab. I'd def reco recomend you try thme out!

The atmosphere delivered again. Bingo and karaoke were a lot of fun, and the wings were solid. That said, one interaction left a lasting impression. When our tacos were delivered, everyone at the table had ordered beef except for my spouse, who had one chicken taco. We asked the food runner, Brian, if he could help us identify which taco was the chicken so she didn't accidentally eat beef. Instead of assisting, he threw his hands up, mumbled under his breath, shook his head, and walked away while we were still asking a simple question. The reaction felt dismissive and unnecessary given the situation. While I stepped away from the table, I was told he later returned to apologize and shared that he had been yelled at in the back and took that frustration out on us. I appreciate the apology and understand that everyone has tough moments. I also learned he has been there a long time and may face personal challenges. Even so, guests should never feel the impact of internal stress. Respect and basic communication are part of the hospitality experience. To their credit, the bartender stepped in and comped my last round of wings, which felt like a genuine effort to make things right and was appreciated. I still had a good night overall, but the interaction left a lasting impression that I won't forget. Bilmar Station has a fun vibe and good food, and I hope this feedback helps ensure the guest experience stays consistent.

First, I wrapped up doing what I love as Your Favorite Shooter, capturing content and supporting the team. Then it was time to clock out from the camera life and clock into food reviewer mode So after the game, I decided to check out Thomas P's and see what they were talking about. Now listen, I'm trying to get back focused on my health journey, so I'm not really in my cheat day era right now. I'm more into salads, cleaner eating, and getting this body back where I want it. But that doesn't mean I can't stop and enjoy a good drink every now and then. I ended up trying a Moscow Mule because y'all already know that's one of my go-to drinks. When they sat it down in front of me, I was excited. It looked amazing. Now let me tell y'all something... they said it looked like juice. BABY, THAT WAS NOT JUICE There was definitely some liquor in there. Matter of fact, there was a LOT of liquor in there. I knew after a couple sips that I wasn't dealing with no watered-down drink. Overall, I'd give the drinks a solid 4 out of 5. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score was that I wanted a little more ginger beer because that's one of my favorite parts of a Moscow Mule. Other than that, it was a great experience. I didn't try the food this time, so I can't rate it yet, but I definitely enjoyed stopping by, checking out the atmosphere, and winding down after a long day. Their fried chicken is the best I've ever had, and the spice levels are actually legit. But my favorite thing on the menu is the peri peri chicken. The peri peri chicken is CRAZY good. It's a South African-style grilled chicken served with fries, and I always get the corn ribs on the side too. The chicken sits on top of a tortilla, which I use to soak up all the juices and eat with the chicken. Even though it's grilled, it's unbelievably moist every single time. It's packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and ridiculously juicy. I seriously cannot get enough of it, and I HIGHLY recommend everyone try it. If it's not the best grilled chicken in Tampa, it's definitely one of the best. And don't skip the sauces. The ranch, blue cheese, and garlic sauce are my favorites, but the peri sauce is delicious too!

We tried this place about a year ago, and we had a completely different experience than before. I can honestly say, I won't be back. Not ever. Not even a chance. This place is filthy. The floors, the tables, the bathrooms (the worst I have ever seen), and even the napkin holders. I had immediate regrets upon stepping in based on the lack of cleanliness. The amount of flies swarming was alarming. The service was a zero. The girl working watched us order at the kiosk, the kiosk wouldn't let us pay, we tell her, and she says "oh it doesn't work." So we ordered with her even though she sat around watching us waste our time. I ordered a wing meal, told her I wanted the wings injected, and she said "we don't inject them. I will give you sauce on the side." The menu clearly says they inject wings, social media videos always show it, and also, my last visit there was also injected wings but she would give me no explanation other than "I will give you the sauce on the side." It was bizarre and I couldn't even get a "we don't do that anymore" from her. We ordered a chicken sando. The quality was horrible. Chicken tasted overly processed with bad texture. We also ordered a wing combo. The wings were flavorless. Absolutely flavorless. I ordered medium and there was zero spice. Not even a tad. Apparently they don't inject their wings anymore so there was no flavor in the wings. The quality was pretty bad. Also, the "sauce on the side" that the girl working promised me was not the sauce I ordered, it was the sauce she chose. The whole ordering experience was odd. Definitely seemed like someone who did not care about providing good service, good food, or a sanitary environment. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. About 3 people came in to get pickup orders while we waited and no one else. So we sat and waited while the flys swarmed our heads. The cashier never once tried to come out and clean the filthy tables. She even paused doing nothing for a restroom break, used the filthy restroom, came out with WET hands, and grabbed a napkin from the dusty napkin holder on the filthy table to dry her hands. Then still never wiped down the table caked with food debris. Absolute terrible level of cleanliness, care, and service. It ruined my appetite. After waiting that long, the Mac n cheese was ice cold. 25 minutes for Mac n cheese with a chill to it and no heat. I'm convinced they pulled it out of the refrigerator and forgot to heat it up. This place just had too many misses: a lack of quality, a lack of good service, and a lack of any sanitation standards. Never again. We didn't finish our food. We threw it away outside.

Taylor took amazing care of us. Honestly, his service stood out in a way you don't always expect at a more casual spot ~ he was attentive, friendly, and really on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. It made the whole experience feel elevated! The food was just as good. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken without potato salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I also had Endless Summer cocktail that was smooth, delicious, and perfectly balanced ~ not too strong, not too sweet Even though the place was busy and had a really lively, energetic vibe, the food came out quickly, which was impressive given how packed it was. You can tell it's a true scratch kitchen, and I absolutely love that everything feels thoughtfully prepared. I left impressed and already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes.
