Slowest location in town. READ ORDER NOTES. I am glad I got a refund on Uber eats because I paid for the large thing of ranch and they didn't give it to me. My daughter ordered really late through uber eats. Uber messed up, charged for the order but it never came. They told her to order again. She did. I've been coming to this wingstop for 10 years now and had the worst experience ever. The manager was super cool but the cooks in the back need to be replaced asap. Came in at around 10:50PM on a Wednesday night. The wait was ridiculous probably because of the online orders (my bad should have ordered ahead). Wingstop has been a big name brands to flavoring wings, fries and others! On this day we got the habanero wings, spicy teriyaki wings, and lemon pepper. With some fries. Everything turned out good except the fries, which was very dry, Tasted old. Been coming to this location for over 6 yrs, and it's closer to work, sometimes my job cater from them. Staffs were wonderful and very polite with each customers. I have never sat down in this place to eat, mainly order to go. This location is always busy during lunch period, you really need to call in your orders asap b4 that time. My orders has been a mess once or twice but things happens, and they fixed it. The staff were soo friendly and helpful. I was struggling putting in my order online as I had a online discount and as soon as they got my order they started working on it despite getting more people walking in. It was fast service and the food is on par with other wing stop places. Don't be scared to come! I just left here and had a take out order. It didn't take long at all. We ordered our food and sat down for a little bit and then our food was ready. That was a plus because I was super hungry. I got bone in lemon pepper wings and cheese fries. I must say the cheese fries were there the highlight. They tasted soooo good!!!! I can't stop thinking about them. The lemon pepper wings were okay, but they weren't all that. I definitely recommend the cheese fries though. Let's just be clear, this is a situation where "it is what it is." Its not fancy, its not big, its not high end food. Its wings and fries. The service seemed slow, but we also ordered in during football time on a Sunday so there were a lot of carry-out orders going out the door. So the wait time might be higher during sports events, FYI. I was excited that they had a choose your own Coke machine! I LOVE those! I'm a huge Diet Dr. Pepper girl. I get really excited when I see one of those machines because that means I have a DDP with cherry or vanilla if I want! I chose the 8 count boneless wings with fries. I divided my order into 2 sauces, hot and garlic parm. My hot wings were a great flavor and tons of sauce. Not too spicy at all, more of a medium flavor in my opinion. The garlic parm were not what I expected, but still flavorful. The sauce was a butter garlic parm sauce, not creamy like other places I've had. I would order from here again, but probably carry out. The lady taking our order was really rude and was basically trying to kick us out, (we showed up at 10; they close at 12). She would tell us that the wait was 30 minutes and that it would take a long time which is understandable but the place was basically empty. We know it gets stressful sometimes but my friend group and I work in customer service and would not interact the way she did with us. The lady at the cashier was extremely rude and condescending trying to get us to leave. After we waited about 30 minutes for our food we had a friend who had not received her food. There were people who showed up after of us and they had also received their orders. We had already finished eating when my friend went up to ask for her food and waited an additional 15 minutes until she asked for a refund. As we were leaving one of my friends asked to speak to a manager when the cashier at the front became verbally abusive towards my friend. As we were just trying to explain the situation one of the cooks jumped into the conversation was becoming frantic and also became verbally abusive, when we just wanted to speak to someone in charge. An altercation started when the cook was invading my friends personal space and asked him to take it outside. We did not come here for that sort of behavior so we left as soon as we could, while the cook was still screaming profanities as we were leaving. Outside other guests came out and agreed with us on the matter, being completely understanding towards us. Not to say there was anything wrong with the food, but this specific location needs to reevaluate their employees and keep the ones who acted in this way accountable for their actions. The employee at this location is very rude. I go to the location twice a week. I called in a food order and the employee hung up in my face so I had to call back again, and what a Coincidence I get the same employee on the phone. She had an attitude when I told her you hung up on me. The area you pick up your food at the concrete has shifted and it has a big dip in between so they put down a Wingstop rug r carpet to cover it up so walking to the area I almost failed like I always do when going to them but I never say anything because I'm a sucker for some wings. I can eat chicken every day!! So, before walking around to the other counter I go back to had the young lady back the cup I extend my arm out and drop the cup by the register and let her tell it I threw the cup at her but you couldn't put the large cup in my hand like you did the small one and she seen me there waiting for the cup. So I go to the other side and pick up the cup and my food and I proceeded to put ice in the cup and lemonade and I go back to the counter and there is no sweet tea so I told her it was no sweet tea and she told me I needed to wait 10 minutes and I said to her my food is done do you want me to wait 10 minutes for some tea I said what time do y'all close at 12 you guys should have sweet tea. So, I requested for my money back she gives me $.64 cents back and she said you don't pay for a drink in the combo so she gave me my upgrade money back and I ask her for her name and she tells me it's on the Receipt but that receipt I have has my name on it but somebody else's phone number.. I proceeded to walk out and I told her she's acting like a bitch and next thing you know your employee calls me a BITCH!! What great customer service when you spending your money on food. I get home and I called the manager and I told her I want my money back because I'm not giving my money to no place in 2020 with bad customer service and she tells me to bring the whole order back and guess what you will be getting the whole order back untouched so I can take my 14 dollars and some change to Wing Bucket, Wings and More, Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters!! read more

We ordered our wings to go and they were hot, fresh and ready to go when we arrived to pick them up, and they were delicious. In all honesty though not all Wingstop's are created equal, Some are really atrocious when it comes to service and product and some are really good apparently, With that said this particular location surpassed our expectations with flying colors. Being completely candid I am not a huge fan of Wingstop for several different reasons including the previously mentioned Inconsistencies with product and service but also because their wings are quite small in comparison to other Wing chains. In fact before I Moved to Dallas I pretty much went out of my way to avoid Wingstop, I even would drive an hour round trip to get my wings just because the location in New Braunfels Texas is one of the previously mentioned atrocious locations when it comes to service, consistency, being able to get an order right the first time and product.
