Basic wings but not bad. I think I'm biased because I am partial to Hot Wings Cafe but if I can't make it there I will go to Wing Stop. I usually keep it simple and get the Hot Wings with Fries.I've had the Lemon Pepper wings too but I'm just not a fan. This place has horrible service. If I could, I would rate this Wingstop a negative star. My order took over 30 mins to be given to me. I kindly approached the cashier at around 15 mins from placing my order and was told my order would be out in 5 min. After five mins, I saw two orders (from ppl who ordered after me and multiple phone orders) be completed. Again, I ask about my order and get the same 5min response and the excuse that my order took longer bc I ordered bone-in. I am an avid Wingstop customer and I clearly now that it does not take more than 30 mins for a 15 bone-in wing order to be complete. What might make this particular location stand out is they seem to take phone orders for pick up.. more often, other locations don't take phone orders.. the venue was pretty relaxing to watch Monday night football.. the game was on mute and they were kind enough to put the volume up.. As for food.. they're no different from other Wing Stops.. the new spicy Korean flavor was not impressive. read more

I'll keep this simple. Great crispy wings made fresh to order, great variety in flavors (mango habenero is delicious with a kick), great selection of beer ($9 pitcher for a pitcher of Stella!) but it doesn't feel like you're eating at a bar with sticky tables, they play ALL the Laker games, plus free wings on Laker road wins. Too bad the Lakers suck this 2013 season. But they also play other games. This place is awesome and great for families too (see them all the time). La Crescenta/La Canada needs more places like this. read more

I love the food but the service is very uneven. My family tends to visit at night. At times the employees are very friendly, at other times they are either unfriendly or just look very unprofessional. The wait times can get very long at night. Seems like they start cleaning and reducing equipment use. Sometimes menu items are unavailable or they let you know the wait time could be 45 minutes to an hour. They don't seem to bothered by it. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Placed an order from the Wingstop App for delivery. Door Dash was the company to deliver. They sent me a text telling me my food was on the way. Then received a text directly from the driver that the food was here. No one ever came to my door, and a short time later I received a email from Wingstop telling me my order was cancelled. I called into the store and was told there was no cancellation and that the delivery driver picked up the food. To make a long story short I was told that I would be refunded my money and that they would prepare my order and I could come and pick it up and it would be free. I got dressed and traveled to the store and picked up my order. The manager said that he couldn't issue a refund and that the General Manager would call me the next day. Two days later I still haven't received that call and have not received a refund. Reading the reviews in this location Wingstop should close this location because they have the worst service I've ever experienced from Wingstop. Not worthy of even 1 star. read more

I was excited for a wings place to go to in the area. Not only that, but also a spot open late for those looking for something other than a fast food drive through after normal hours. My girlfriend and I went the night of their opening. We took off in between extra innings of the dodger game and were fine waiting the "less than 14" minutes that we were told because the game was on. After 20 minutes I asked how our food was doing. The man went back to check on it, but never have me a response. I'll admit two minutes later he came with my food, but I would have liked an immediate response saying it would be another minute. He then gave me the food and told me the wrong order. This was a simple mix up, as the food was correct, but he had read it wrong. I left and had a less than satisfying meal. I gave it a shot a week later. I was told the food would take 25 minutes. This was no problem for me. I'd rather someone say a time like that and it be less than someone telling me a time that took longer. After making a stop at cvs I came back up and sat outside. The woman inside brought my food out right away, she must have recognized me. I was very impressed until she too read off the wrong order. I again had a bad meal. This place seems overstaffed, and with people who do not care. Employees telling me which flavors are the most "dank" is not impressive, I don't care if I'm young. Waiting longer than I'm told for food, while employees eat in front of customers and watch television as well is extremely unimpressive. Take the extra time and go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters. If you're looking for local wings Guiseppie's has a few great flavors and $.50 on Wednesday. I know you won't find me back here. read more

Had the wing munchies so thought I would try this place out. Ordered online with no problems and headed to the store. Said it'll take about 25 min. About 25 min later, I drove to the location on the upper right side of the Von's plaza (from the street) where I found lots of free parking in front. Went in, said my name, they checked my card, then gave me my food. Literally took about a minute (mind you it was a weekday around 11:30am). My boyfriend and I were super jazzed about hot wings because.... Well who isn't jazzed about a bunch of tasty wings?! All we were missing was a bucket and bib! Got the twenty piece with half original hot and half teriyaki. Original hot could have been bumped up on the hot scale but it still had lite spicy flavor to it. (Also noticed there were three other sauces that were spicer on the menu.) The Teriyaki was a nice bit of sweet so all was good. Worse wing stop ever came to. It wasn't the food, it's the service. Greeted myself upon ordering and with patience. Clearly asked for 2 orders and was greeted back with a "I don't feel like working today" attitude. No biggie, we've all been there before. Finalized the order although during that entire order process, the attitude stayed consistent with don't care. Anyways waited for my food and sat down and maybe it's just me. 2 older ladies came in to order and where greeted with the same bad attitude by not just the same cashier, but a cook or employee that popped out of the kitchen because the Soccer game was important to him also. It was then obvious that both personnel where glued to the soccer game they put on the big screens. Well my order came and I started chomping, again asked for a refill and a nastier attitude still. Even with my please and thank you, it didn't matter. They were glued to the soccer game and didn't want to get bothered. Several other customers arrive and order and get the same bad attitude as us. So go figure it wasn't just me. Finally the older ladies orders came in and asked about which was Dr. Pepper and which was coke? So the guy straight told her, "I already told you" with a strong affirmative voice that made me look and say "wow". They are only asking and they are aged older folks that sometimes need some patience and explanations. But these 2 guys behind the counter didn't care. This was Wednesday noon between 1-2pm because I decided to cool off after my bad experience. I've been to 7 other Wingstop a from Santa Clarita to Burbank and all have been service appreciated and helpful. They never seem to disappoint and we should have gone to the Burbank location we always go to. But after a bike ride down Mt. Wilson, we decided to search a wing stop closer than driving all the way to Burbank. Well we were pleased to know that this one wasn't as packed or busy. Which now I know why, and while the one in Burbank always has a line. The service is worth the drive and repeat comeback. For this location, I hope corporate sees this or at least the Franchise owner and re-evaluate their customer service skills. Don't worry I'm never coming back to this location. read more

This place is trash. After a miserable experience I swore off it after it had opened. Today, I ordered wings for our softball team between games. They mixed up all of the orders, excluded our fries and forgot the dips. I was excited to have a Wing place in town, but after both my experiences I will never come back. I was sure my team heard about our experience. The staff didn't help reconcile the mistakes and agreed to give half of our included dipping sauces. There are barely a dozen items on the menu. It shouldn't be that hard. Try anywhere but here, but don't waste your time here. Hopefully they close soon and a decent spot opens. One star was generous! read more

I asked her twice for ketchup and she just pointed at the ketchup dispenser which wasn't even working... i asked again if I can get packets and all she did was point again and left me there doubting.. no one seems to care if I needed help. I been few wing stop but this one is the worst one. Very bad customer service the cashier has no clue and manager is very rude. In the menu for 20 wings was $13.99 I placed a order for a pick up, when I got there the price was $18.99 they told me the menu has changed and when pick it up there was no dressing and no napkins with the Only dry wings. I went back, they told me the dressing is extra $1 for each dressing. They should have a sign or tell you about the dressing so you dont have to drive back to pay more to get a ranch dressing, Any question you ask the cashier has no Idea he had to call the manager and the manger was very rude had no customer service. First time here, experience previously was with Buffalo Wild Wings. We stopped by around 9:30 at night on our way home. Prices were very fair. Come on a Monday or Tuesday for $0.50 boneless wings. Place was clean and nice. Seemed a little small on the inside but it had the sports TVs. The flavors are intense. Unlike other chicken places where it's just HOT or not they have some intensely flavored meat. I wish they had the spicy garlic like BWW but overall the food was great. My order was wrong and the bread the dinner roles omg it was bad and cold like if the guy put it in the microwave and then left it out and put it in the microwave again to warm it up it was CHEWY. Maybe cause I waited like 40 minute for my damn food I actually throw up from how undercook the wings were. Oh my, worst dining experience :( service aka "Nick" was the worst part of it all... The only good thing about this meal was the beer. And it took over 25 minutes to get it. When asking if we could get our beer multiple times, the tall, scruffy cashier who told us his name is Nick (who knows if that is true) rudely retorted he'd get it. We had to keep asking 3 times throughout that 25 / 30 minutes. Never an apology, or kindness of any sort. He kept rudely telling us he was really busy... there is one other family in here and the beer draft is right next to the registers, so it was honestly just confusing. This has to be the WORST WINGSTOP ever! I've had enough of this location. I keep ordering out of convenience because I am 5 minutes away but I should know better. I went to go pick up my order after phoning ahead, the guy came to the register with food in his mouth! I really don't care, bon appetite my friend but The worst part was after I paid, he said it should be right out, I sat down waited for 15 minutes staring at 2 bags behind the counter that were just sitting there since I came in. Wingstop has always had better wings than other places in my opinion. This specific location was just as good as other wingstops that i have tried, but the staff disappointed me a little. They were messing around the whole time i was there and singing loud which makes people feel uncomfortable. They also forgot my fries. read more
