Dinah's continues to be my favorite Friend Chicken Establishment for over 30 years. My son is 37 going on 38, and I think he first sampled their satisfying wings and winning side dishes at age three. Even my late mother, who only ate "healthy" fats at age 81, indulged in the fountain of youth that Dinah's provided along with the shared enjoyment which a good meal shared encapsulates. The menu is simple but with plenty of options, my brother and I ordered the Chicken Dinner, which is served all day, it's a 3 piece of chicken, 2 sides, we chose the pineapple coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. The pineapple coleslaw had a lot of flavors the pineapple gave it a nice refreshing taste, a must try. They also offer a chicken drumstick for one dollar, well worth it, it is nice sized. The chicken skin is nice and crispy, not sure how they fry the chicken, but I really appreciated the fact that the chicken was not greasy, the taste of the chicken was amazing.
