I've gotten food here a few times, both dine-in and to go orders. It's been a mixed bag. Despite what seems to be prime real estate, the place never seems busy or full. The wings are spicy. Actually a little too hot. I like to taste actual flavors, not just heat. I couldn't tell what flavors I was eating because they all just tasted spicy. I like some heat, but it feels like it was masking the flavor. I've tried their app to get deals, but their deals aren't really that good in terms of value. Visited on a Wednesday and ordered two of the $10 appetizer burger specials, which included four wings and tater tots. I specifically asked for my burger to be made the same as my boyfriend's no tomato, mustard, or pickles. When our food arrived, my burger was made incorrectly. After waiting about 10 minutes for them to remake what should have been a simple order, my boyfriend had already finished eating. At that point, I was just hungry, so I took a bite of the replacement burger. It was honestly disgusting. The bun was covered in grease, and the burger patty had a strange taste unlike any burger I've ever had. The service was just as disappointing. Instead of setting our hot plates on the table, the waitress handed them to us. When I pointed out that my burger had been made incorrectly, the manager never came over to apologize or speak with us. Instead, he checked the ordering tablet and incorrectly assumed that my boyfriend's burger (which also had no mustard) was mine. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn't even busy, there were only about three other customers--yet the service was slow from start to finish. The manager didn't seem interested in resolving the issue, and the staff's professionalism was lacking. I only managed two or three bites of my burger before giving up because it tasted so bad. So I aaked her if she could ask Chef to make me steak tacos and if they also had any pineapple juice. Since their is a full bar here, they did. I love Hawaiin tacos which means salsa plus pineapple. Did a takeout order, I should have just ordered from Burbank location. This Glendale location is one of the worst. All I got were nachos and a side of carrots. The "ultimate" nachos were just a sad pile of tortilla chips with a skimpy drizzle of sour cream. I had a feeling they would skimp on the toppings so I even bought a side of queso and chili and yup they forgot to include those too even though I was charged for them. Even the carrots were so soggy and smelled rancid. The quality control is absolutely non existent. I don't know how a food establishment can even operate like this. Total waste of money. read more

I got the 12 wing combo with 6 boneless Parmesan garlic and 6 traditional lemon pepper and for dessert I got their new triple chocolate chip cookie skillet! As I said the wings were great nothing changed except the prices! I'm always gonna be a fan of Parmesan garlic and lemon pepper always my go to! The triple chocolate chip was actually pretty decent! It was they're like version of a pazookie from bjs although I have to say bjs wins that round but not bad for Bdubs first time doing this! Buffalo Wild Wings of Glendale has consistently terrible service, and the management only makes it worse. The manager, Luis, clearly does not know how to run an operation. Employees are not held accountable, and neither is he. When my food order was incorrect, he dismissed the issue as "impossible," despite the fact that I had a photo of the food, the receipt, and clear proof that no one had signed off on verifying the order's accuracy. Instead of taking responsibility, he chose denial. The restaurant itself is always extremely dirty, and the bathrooms are consistently a mess, which reflects a serious lack of standards and oversight. I called specifically to give Luis an opportunity to make things right, but he refused to have a proper conversation. He immediately pushed the issue off to his regional manager, would not talk things through over the phone, and came across as unprofessional and unprepared, as if he had no idea what he was talking about. This location needs leadership that actually understands accountability, cleanliness, and customer service. Luis needs to be retrained, or replaced by someone who can properly manage a restaurant. An hour and a half wait to be seated for a party of ONE, when there is absolutely NO ONE here. I'm writing this while sitting in the lobby of Buffalo Wild Wings--because apparently, even with a completely empty dining room, they're somehow running a 90-minute wait. That's right: an hour and a half wait... with no one eating. It's Game 7 of the NBA Finals, and aside from a sparse handful of people at the bar, this place looks like it's closed. The only thing that was good were the original bone-in wings. I got the wild sauce since the blazing sauce tasted like a flavorless combination of habanero and tomato'ish binder. The nachos were seriously lacking toppings and we were left with pile of "straight out of the bag" tortilla chips. We had to ask for blue cheese dressing rather than being served it right away with no options given between blue cheese and ranch. The blue cheese dressing had zero chunks of blue cheese. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was how empty the place was. I'm talking about 8 PM, Lakers vs. Spurs in the NBA In-Season Tournament semifinals, and you could've rolled a bowling ball down the aisle without hitting a single person. It was so empty I could hear my own voice echo. And this is in prime Glendale, right across from The Americana on Brand. No reason this place should feel like a ghost town. We got seated and immediately noticed tables everywhere still covered with trash, trays, napkins--like no one had cleaned up from the previous customers. There was only ONE waitress working the entire restaurant, yet somehow they had two hosts up front greeting people. One lady was sweeping, and from what I could see, one bartender. The whole place just had an awkward, cringy vibe the moment you stepped in. On top of that, every TV had some random rerun sports on, while only two small screens were playing the Lakers game. You're in LA... every TV should be showing the Lakers game, haha. I came with my girlfriend, her sister, and three kids, and the food took forever. It took so long that the kids ended up eating leftover fries we had brought from across the street at the Americana just to keep them calm. When the wings finally came out, they were dried out and overcooked--meat tasted like the Mojave Desert. The sauces were bad too. We ordered Jammin' Jalapeño and Lemon Pepper. I don't know how you mess up lemon pepper, but they somehow did. The drinks weren't any better--whether it was the limeade, lemonade, or soda, everything tasted like straight syrup mixed with carbonated water. Prices were ridiculous as well. I remember BWW used to have good deals. In an economy like this, you'd think they'd try to bring customers in, not push them away. Honestly, whoever is managing this location either doesn't care or doesn't want customers at all. The lack of effort shows. I came in on Sunday, March 8 and had a really unpleasant experience with the manager, Luis. When I first sat at the bar, no one was available to take my order. I eventually walked to the front where Luis was standing. I had my account pulled up on the app with my birthday reward for a free 6-piece wings and asked how to redeem it. Luis told me he didn't know how to do anything with the app and was completely unhelpful, even though I was clearly showing him the reward on my phone. After some back and forth, I asked if he could at least try entering my phone number. Luis finally did, but the entire interaction had a dismissive attitude. When I mentioned that the reward image shows the wings coming with celery and carrots, he responded: "Fine, I'll give it to you, it's not like you're paying for it anyway." That comment alone was incredibly unprofessional. Luis never asked what type of wings I wanted, as he entered the wings as boneless. When the order came out, they were boneless. I told him I wanted bone-in wings, and he immediately started arguing with me, claiming that I had asked for boneless, which I absolutely did not. Instead of simply correcting the order, he created an unnecessary confrontation, saying its free. When I asked if the order could be remade with bone-in wings, he responded with "I don't have to do anything for you." He eventually went back to remake them, but as he walked away he yelled "out of my store." When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I later learned from another employee his name was Luis and noticed there are already other complaints about him here on Yelp. This was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've had with a restaurant manager. I came here to watch the World Cup game and it was packed. I entered the facility and there was a lot of people waiting so we decided to go to the bar and as soon as we got there, Caitlin greeted us. She looked very busy and was very efficient on what she was doing she apologized for wait times before she was able to take our order. She got us drinks right away. visit: 01/07/24 (during the Seattle Sehawks & Philadelphia Eagles games) There were four of us yesterday trying to find a convenient place to catch a couple of the different football games that were on. Buffalo wild wings was one of the very few places in the area that would be showing the games we were looking for. When we got there, we were seated with some difficulty. We had to ask that the host have someone wipe down our very disgusting, sticky and stained table. I even had to ask for my seat to be wiped down. To me, that shows that the employees don't take extra care of their tables and chairs, or sanitizing them for that matter. The girl who was helping us was sweet. She was very sweet with my daughter, and the way that she interacted with her was definitely noted. I saw that she was trying to do a lot of different things all at once but unfortunately it didn't seem like she was able to multitask too well. I think one of the things that she needs to work on or that someone needs to help her with is strategically fetching items from the bar and bringing other tables and other parties the items that they've asked for so that she can make her rounds more quickly to drop them off at each table. Every little thing, she had to go back to where ever they were stored. It was difficult to get a beer. It took forever to get salad dressing. It was tough as nails to get soft drink refills even. This was terrible! It is no surprise that this store wasn't busy at all. It was kinda sad, to be honest. I think unless management is ready to put in some serious work, this place is going to keep going downhill. The last time that I reviewed this particular BWW store was in may of 2023. (It really felt like she was mad at US that we received a wrong order) My partner goes up to her to ask for the sauce because we know she would not check on us. I'm eating my meal while my partner is watching a sports rerun (he's done with his meal at that point) and our server introduces us to a new server that would cover her while she's on her break. She's like "if you need anything, like the check, just let her know." We ask for the check from the other server (unsure of her name, she has glasses, a buzzcut, and I believe a septum piercing. She was nice), and we notice that our original server charged us for the WRONG ORDER in addition to what we originally ordered. And she tried to blame the KITCHEN for her mistake!!! Super lame. The food taking so long is not as big of a deal as how she handled the service for our table. Being attentive and checking in goes a long way. I also didn't see her at other tables much either. I saw the 2nd server be more attentive to tables, cleaning up Ashley's/Adriana's mess probably! I also overheard another table cancel their drink order that was placed with the original server because it took too long! I feel that maybe she didn't put the order in. (The restaurant was not packed, and surprisingly empty for the holidays) For the food, what I got was good. I tried the mozzarella sticks--amazing, super crispy and cheesy. I also got the burger and boneless wings combo from their happy hour menu. The burger was pretty standard, nothing special, but still decent, especially with the tots. The boneless wings were the real winner--especially with their Hawaiian Habanero sauce, which is my go-to. Glendale has had a complete change in staff. Ambiance is good for a casual dining experience and with the games playing is always enjoyable. NOTE to Corporate BWW's - So many customers complain of the "BoGo Free Wing Tuesday". The bill comes and the creative accounting that no one understands is beyond crazy. Just make it simple, 20 wings for the price of 10. Why do you want your customers to doubt your creative accounting which Sucks! The good... they claim to cook in beef tallow rather than seed oil. Its been years so I had to try it again due to them not using vegetable/seed oils. Fries were tasty, onion rings were tasty, chicken was decent. The bad... ordered Nashville hot, received chipotle. Onion rings are $9.49 for seven rings so that's about $1.36 per onion ring, and they forgot the spicy ranch. Boneless wings are 30% - 40% smaller than they used to be, ordered seven blue cheese, received four tiny cups about 1/3 full. The carrots were dried out and turning white...and they were baby carrots which is pretty lame. The nasty... Took photos... celery on all three ordered was rotting, splitting, hollow and brown at the ends. I took photos of mine but not the other two... $80.00, flavors were decent, but there were some serious let downs. What's worse, even some of the staff mentioned that he's not a great manager, which really says something. You could tell the team didn't seem happy either. Very rarely do I ever feel compelled to write a bad review. It's Sunday 11:30pm, there are limited options available, but alas good ole Buffalo Wild Wings is open until midnight. Inside it's not busy as the city is winding down. I ordered to go to eat at home. The wait was 30 minutes (understandable if they were busy, but alas they were not). The time was not the issue. I ordered a chicken sandwich, without pickles. Guess what was inside my burger? Pickles. I ordered the fries with chipotle bbq seasoning. There was no seasoning other than salt and perhaps pepper. But the final straw was the buffalo ranch wings (the one they say that is limited and is back in season) wasn't even coated in the sauce. Whoever decided to throw together our order did it with their eyes closed, and just threw sauce into a to go box hoping the guests enjoyed whatever leftover they had from a big batch of wings they fried up. Perhaps it was attributed to the fact that they were closing in 30 minutes and whoever was working back there really didn't care anymore, but for those of us who actually enjoys Buffalo Wild Wings (other locations), I am disappointed in their carelessness. 3 items were ordered (if you include the fries as it's own item) all three were wrong. This location in Glendale used to have really good service and nice employees. Now everyone seems to be all over the place and management is horrible. If you want to complain to someone, don't complain to manager Nick, he will be of no help. Other than that food is average, wish it was more consistent.
