I find it a shame that I have to leave a two star review. The main problem is the staff. We've ordered from here a few times and have had pick up orders. I know that one of the times I went to pick up our order after about thirty minutes of ordering our order was still not ready. But there were only two employees and they were hustling. What I found odd is that they have quite a few fryers but I observed, while I was waiting, that they were doing one order at a time. But I have to admit other than that these two employees were moving and tried to keep everyone that was waiting in a good mood. We even got free cups to get drinks. That's the only reason this location gets the big two stars I'm giving it. Recently we went and dined in. There were more employees this visit but quite a few of them were too busy talking to friends rather than working. They were in the dining area for most of the time we were there. If I'm not mistaken you can hear them in my video. Another huge negative was that they had a piece of equipment in front of the bathroom to close it off but there was nothing wrong with it as evidenced by one of the employees moving the equipment to go use the bathroom themselves and then placed it back to block the door. See video with this review. My guess is that they are too lazy to keep up with cleaning the bathroom or that no one feels like keeping up with cleaning it. It would have been nice to have a place to wash our hands before and especially after eating chicken wings with our fingers. It will be a while before we order wings from this location again. There are too many other choices in the area for wings just as good or better than this. Lastly - it's not anyone's imagination, the wings at Wing Stop are quite small. read more

I came around 11:20am and ordered online around 10 for an 11:30am pick up time. I was greeted as I walked in and they were steady already. I waited about 7-10 minutes for my order and took out home to eat. Once I came home, everything was great. Chicken was crispy and the fries were too. The resturant was clean and looked like every other location. I'll return again. read more

Visited this newly open Wing-Stop location. It has been years since my last visit and have I missed out. Service was very friendly. Staffing levels were high with plenty of cashiers and kitchen staff. I could tell they were very busy from pickup orders, delivery services and walk-ins. Basic "fast food" ambiance inside. No surprise there. What I ate: - Lemon pepper boneless (4/5): fresh and tasty. Could have been more lemony and peppery for my liking. Pairs very well with ranch! - mango habanero boneless (4.5/5): perfect amount of heat, sweetness and flavor. Ranch is a must - fries (3.75/5): decent fry. Nothing to crazy. read more

I came in on Monday night at 5:10 no customers were in the location. I order 10 bone in wing and so did my husband. 4 other walk in got their order before us, and when I asked about are order I was yelled at by one of the employees and it was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I go to this Wingstop often, and it is normally alright. We went in at 11:30 and they said we are only taking online orders so we went to the car and placed one at 11:40. We went back in and they said they "never got your order", I proceeded to show the confirmation and confirmed it was the right location. He then admits he did get the order but saw it when he was turning off all the fryers, so we should have told him to keep the fryers on when we were first in here; pretty much blaming me for him not doing his job. If you are open til 12 and are still accepting orders at 11:40, and telling us you are still open for online orders then do not complain that I should have also told you to keep the fryers on. We luckily got a refund, meaning he definitely lied about not getting my order at first. This was also the manager, which is crazy!! read more

Stopped for lunch today, and Wing Stop never disappoints!! Been to Wing Stops in WA, UT, SC, FL and they all seem to have the same standards and Wings are delicious across the board. The food was good BUT we received the completely wrong delivery order. We tried multiple times to call the delivery driver AND the store but no one picked up. I mean, for hours. We left messages and no response. We tried contacting via email and there was a problem with that as well. Horrible service! read more

This was one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I've had. We watched an employee take food that another customer had already brought back because their order was wrong and put it into our bag. The box was set down, switched out, and then placed with our order. While this was happening, the employees kept looking over at us, clearly checking to see if we noticed what they were doing. When we went to the manager to explain what we saw, instead of taking the situation seriously, workers in the back were saying that we were being difficult. That was frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering this was a serious food safety issue. Food that has already been handed to another customer should never be given to someone else. This experience completely broke our trust. Please be aware and pay attention to what's happening in the kitchen at any restaurant you go to, because situations like this should never happen. read more

I ordered a six piece boneless wing combo with the original hot sauce and a 10 piece wing only basket of bone-in wings with the spicy Korean barbecue sauce and the Louisiana style sauce. Service was fast and friendly. The boneless wings were good quality but the sauce wasn't as hot as we expected. The french fries with the combo were fantastic! The seasoning they use is unreal, it's so good, and the basket was more than enough to feed 2 people. The bone-in wings were good quality, decent sized, and cooked perfectly. I loved the Korean bbq. It had a good amount of warmth but was not spicy. The flavor was really good. I wasn't really fond of the Louisiana rub but it wasn't bad. It tasted very heavily of dried herbs. I hadn't noticed that it was a rub and not a sauce, but there was something like butter or some sauce that added some liquid. The Louisiana wings were extra crispy so I'm not sure if they are double fried or fried longer, but they seemed crispier than the korean. Ranch dipping sauce tasted fine and the containers were pretty large so there was plenty. Good experience, would go again. I want to try some of the hotter sauces because the ones we chose were pretty mild/medium on the hot scale. read more

Cold fries, cold wings, way over seasoned, sauces dumped on top and mixed together. They packed all 20 boneless wings into a small-med takeout box, despite 4 different sauces. They layered wax paper to try to separate the wings, but this was an epic fail; all the wings pretty much tasted the same because they did the and dumped sauces on them instead of tossing them in sauce. The dry rub wings weren't dry either. And the layering trapped moisture; the wings on the bottom two layers were soggy yet still just lukewarm. We got two 20 piece boneless and they did this with both of them. I've never seen anything like it. They didn't do this at other Wingstop's. We spent $40 on wings, fries, and veggies and they skimped on 50 cents in packaging. I really don't understand how everything could be so COLD either; we picked up on time and don't live far. They must have premade the wings before we ordered and tossed them in sauce. Even a BAD day at BWW is better than this experience. I walked in and stepped up to the register. Two gentlemen were working to prepare food. Neither greeted us. One of the gentlemen came to the counter to hand someone their order. He did not acknowledge me or say we would be with you soon. After about five minutes, another customer waiting on an order shared that they were not accepting orders at the counter, only online. As I thanked him for sharing something they could have told me upon entering the establishment, the other gentleman working the line asked if I had an online order. I understand being short-staffed and having to adjust, but not having a sign saying as much and then utterly ignoring a customer waiting patiently to order is ridiculous. read more

I had a very concerning experience at this Wingstop location involving food safety and customer service. While waiting for my order, I watched a group of customers return food because their order was incorrect, and shortly after, I observed an employee place that same returned box into my order bag and call out my name. It was clear the food had already been handed to another customer, and when staff realized I had seen this, they appeared to try to conceal the box before placing it in my bag. When we calmly asked to speak with the manager and explained what had happened, we were told we were being "difficult" rather than having the issue properly addressed. Re-serving returned food is a serious health concern, and the lack of accountability and professionalism in handling this situation was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to this location and would urge others to be cautious. read more
