We went up to the place and it was very clean. The people were in the back getting the orders ready so we had to wait a few minutes which wasn't bad for someone to come up. We got 12 traditional wings which the flavors were mild, garlic parmesan, and Hawaiian. Personally I felt like it was a lot of food for the small and I love that they offer two different sauce options for six wings. Hawaiian was sweet and sour and super good and I really enjoyed it. The garlic parmesan was definitely better than the other wing place that you could go to because I like that it's more of an oil and garlic so you really taste the garlic and parmesan. This results in a decent line that forms at what is actually open. *Hint, Johnny Rockets (inside the Tanger Outlets) is actually open very late. It may feel like a creepy walk through the aisles of stores to get there as the stores aren't open and it feels like something out of an end of the world movie as the music is still pumping loudly. Choices for food are slim when it comes to quick bites late at night at Foxwoods. Can't say I would go out of my way to grab something at a chain in a food court, but I can't opt out when my brother-in-law ordered several different flavor wings for us to all share. However, these wings were tiny in comparison to other wing spots. Most of the drumettes were dry or one biters. The wingettes were more tender but again if there was meat on the bone. And they seem to push for higher prices that don't quite feel reasonable. Mango Habanero Wings- Sticky sweet and spicy glazed wings. It is nose sniffing spicy but in a good way. I enjoyed this flavor. Garlic Parmesan Wings- Garlicky and topped with parmesan. It's okay. A bit too salty for me. Louisiana Rub Wings- Cajun and garlic dry rub. Not bad seasoning. This was actually the first time in my 26 years of life that I've tried Wingstop. There's few options for easy chain snacking at Foxwoods of the three, this sounded the best. The food wasn't bad at all. It was actually pretty good. Only ordered the chicken tenders and fries to share with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised. The food took a little long (for a grab and go) but we ended up with 6 tenders instead of 5....so I'm not complaining! I would order from here again if looking for a quick to go bite! read more

Wings were delicious. However, the wait time is not worth it. They have a problem pushing out meals. You have to stand there for 20+ minutes waiting for your order. The worst part was about an hour later. Severe diarrhea and vommitting. It was definitely the chicken. I was sick for hours and had to cancel plans. I think they toss raw chicken in a bowl with sauce. Then repeat for the next orders of the same sauce. Hence, contaminated chicken. Will never go there again. read more

We ordered the family combo which included 24 wings and some fries. The wings were on the small side but very crispy and tasty. The flavors we had were garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. They were all good...I can't even say that one was better than another. It was just the right # of wings for 3 people. Then, he proceeds to not be able to remember orders told to him 3 seconds prior to type it into the computer. He is inadequate at his job as he cannot listen to orders that are being told to him and speaks too quietly for customers to hear. finally, food takes way too long to come out of the kitchen. Wing stop is your friendly neighborhood Foxwoods "wing place". Surprisingly the prices for the food at this place were too bad. I was expecting airplane pricing like other casino dining options. It was fairly priced for what you get. You can choose a couple flavors when you get a combo meal and the chicken/fries were delicious but sauce stained my fingers. Warning! You need to know that this is no place to eat if you are in a rush. SERIOUSLY. The place wasnt very busy and I had to wait like 15-20 minutes for my wings to be cooked in the fryer and dipped with sauces. They dont have any sitting in a warmer waiting to be dipped. Not to mention the speed to finish was excessive for the low amount of people in the line. If you are staying overnight or don't have somewhere to be. Wing Stop, much like Sbarro, is a very unremarkable fast/casual restaurant at Foxwoods. And to be honest it's hard to imagine them having much long-term success, especially being located so close to the vastly superior Regina Pizza, or Noodles. Their bone-in wings didn't look crispy at all - bordering on soggy. So I went with the boneless wings. But unlike the Wings Over franchise which serves enormous, meaty boneless wings, the offerings here were more like tiny oil-saturated dough balls, lacking in chicken flavor & texture. The cajun spice was actually pretty good - nice and spicy. And the blue cheese was better than at most wings places. The original buffalo sauce was too mild. Wing stop was my go to meal place growing up, I loved when my parents would bring me here! The airplane themed restaurant and French fries couldn't be beat. When I moved to CT there wasn't any wing stops close by, but when I found out there was one in the Foxwoods casino I was thrilled! My partner and I decided to go there for lunch one day while running errands. It's almost disheartening how disappointing the entire experience was. It was so obvious that no one wanted to be there, didn't care. My partner had to ask the same question over and over again because the cashier was mumbling so much and Foxwoods has a lot of ambient noise. Then the cashier wiped her nose on her bare hand & with the same hand (& without washing or sanitizing) handed me a lid and a cup. Touching the inside of the lip and cup with the same hand she used to wipe her nose. Because the interactions with the staff of the restaurant was so poor, it definitely reflected into the food as well. It was very subpar and a huge let down. We were really looking forward to our lunch here. It's quite unfortunate honestly and I do not think we'll be back. read more

I am an employee inside Foxwoods so I frequent Wingstop for food after work or on my break. Like other reviews mentioned they are one of the only places open late at night, so a large line does form. These are not fast food wings (although a little smaller), it does take some time for them to make them, but their small staff is always working their a** off behind the counter. They are always very friendly and very much willing to stop and grab anything that you need for you. The manager Kayla is incredible and always has a smile on her face! read more

While this location is okay, I feel as if they are missing just a little something that I can't quite put my chicken wing on. Maybe the wings at other locations have a bit more sauce on them than we got. Not a deal breaker, but I love my wing sauce. Just had Wingstop for the third time since it opened at Foxwoods. I am a big fan of wings and these are excellent. So far I've had the Louisiana Rub and the Original Hot. Both are very flavorful and the size of the wings are great. My first two trips I ordered the standard fries, which were excellent. I am looking forward to trying the cajun fries next. This last trip I tried the baked roll and it was really good, no need to add any butter at all as it was lightly buttered on top. This will be a regular weekly lunch spot for sure. read more

I wouldn't recommend this particular location. The wings were good, the fries were good, but that's about it. Extremely long wait for the food (others around me noticed and complained as well). Once the wings came out, I mentioned I ordered the meal which comes with fries and a drink. The cashier, who was the assistant restaurant manager, proceeded to tell me that I did not order the meal, but just the wings. She showed me on their menu what she says I supposedly ordered. I showed her my receipt which proved that wrong and clearly showed the price I paid was for the combo meal, not the $3 less wings only deal. She then claimed that she asked me if I wanted the fries and drink and I said no! That never happened. Why would someone pay $3 more for the combo meal, just to say they don't want the fries and drink that comes with it?! She screwed up and wouldn't admit it and instead tries to put the blame on the customer. Horrible customer service. Good wings but very small. Would NOT recommend based on this visit. read more
