I've ordered from this location before and went for a pick up on October 1st 2022. Ordered some wings and a order of fries. When we got home and began to eat we could taste that the fries were extremely salty and when we took a closer look, we could see Just how much seasoning was added to the fries. They were inedible and the drive back was too far to get another batch. This is not the first time we've gotten some over salted fries from this location but usually they're still edible. It's always the experience that makes everything worth wild. I haven't had Wingstop in a while for some reason I had the urge. I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and tidy everything was almost looked like the store just opened the same day it had that new feel vibe to it. As I walked in Kennedy greater me but I was on the phone I quickly hung off and apologized I think it's rude to anyone in customer service to be on the phone when they try to talk to you. I apologize and she said no worries it's okay. She asked me if it was a pick up or was I ordering now. I let her know it was a pick up she said follow me. I haven't been in a while so I was delightfully surprised she went to the window and showed me my fries the first thing I said was oh no it's a to go. She smiled and let me know she was just showing me the order that's when the manager jumped in and let me know that's their procedures. She let me know they want to make sure everyone's order is correct and to satisfaction. I thought that was cool, we started to converse and then I meet Lorena who helped get my sauces and Jose who is the cooked asked if the fries were to my light well specifications. The team work and customer care was pleasantly amazing. You know what you get when you go for fast food, you always hope the taste is right on target with the usually quality but you never expect a high level of customer service, the group lead by Maria was the epitome of caring about the customer you could see the smiles even with the masks on. The manager Crystal is very rude, extremely disrespectful and number one reason why black women can not get ahead and are viewed in such a negative light. I'm not sure who owns this restaurant but you should seriously rethink your hiring strategies. I observed her treat a young African American girl so poorly today when the young lady arrived for her interview. She made fun of the young lady's voice openly in front of staff and patrons as well as made fun of her hair. That was unacceptable and I will never patronize this business again. The young lady over heard her and began to cry and to add insult to injury she refused to conduct the interview telling one of the other staff members "since y'all called her y'all can interview her" she is an awful individual and I pray she is never treated they way she treated that young lady today. For one, I would like to state that usually people would think to be nice to costumers, but the manager Keyba was anything but friendly. Me and my boyfriend had came in and put our order in at 3:58 PM where there was only four other customers inside of this Wingstop with us. From there people come, and stating that they have mobile pick up orders and they would like to pick up. From that time of 3 people coming in to pick up mobile pick up orders, now there is 12 people inside the vicinity, outside of the workers there, and we now are waiting for the food to come out. She proceeded to push everyone who ordered inside the buildings order to the back burner and work on all the mobile pick up orders. A woman came inside stating that her son had been standing there for over 20 minutes waiting for his food that he has placed an online pick up order for and keyba decided to be rude with the customer stating that she can't pull a miracle out her ass and that she has to wait like the rest of us, when the lady was just asking how much longer the food was going to take. I went up and ask for a timeframe of when the food should be done because me and my boyfriend had already been waiting for 30 minutes at this point, for said food and she looks at me and walks away. Another customer who was there when I got there had came in with her mom who was waiting outside and the mom had asked where was the manager because she would like to speak to them about how long it had took for her daughter to get her food. She told the mother she was the manager and it was taking long because everybody else ordered just like her daughter. So the mom asked for the number for corporate and she looks at the Mom and says well we don't have the number inside store find it online, but it won't matter anyways. Me and my bf didn't get our food until 4:44 pm.
