So disappointed for the second time. I ordered a couple of these "Bundle" meals about a month ago, my coworkers and I thought there was something wrong because the chicken had no flavor at all? Not saying that the sauce was bland the actual meat off the bone was tasteless like water we blew it off and just loaded up on our own ranch dressing and hot sauce but today I wanted some again so I ordered 10 pc bone in wings and again! No flavor? Not even the garlic Parmesan had any taste? We got Wingstop takeout for the first time last night. First the bad- I received an overcooked slab of deep fried chicken smothered with sauce and slapped on top of a stale bun. It was inedible, unappetizing, and I gave it to our teenaged son who eats everything and even he didn't like it. The chicken tenders were also overcooked and dry. The rest of the order was good- all boneless wings with different sauce toppings and seasoned fries. The order process was easy and painless. It was ready quickly after we arrived. Scary, we tried to order here again. 2 weeks ago, we ordered 2 small orders. Keep in mind these are "simple" basic orders. Is that that difficult? It's basic guys. These are 2 standard fast food orders. Nothing special, no crazy sauce combinations. Your boneless specials posted all over. Back in the day, we didn't have digital ordering systems that would help align your orders. We had mad amounts of people showing up to customize their orders. We had paper receipts to make the order. We took their orders manually. With higher minimum wage expectations & cost of good increasing, you'd figure they'd be top notch in doing basic jobs. These guys are horrible. I've worked in fast food in my early days and have never performed like a bunch of "dude, where's my car??" Employees. Order 2 hours ahead and arrive at pickup time and was told order wasn't done. Was told few more minutes. Lol. A big lol. Few more minutes. These newer generation "workers" are horrible. "Dude, pay me $20 an hour then I'll work bro" attitude is strong. read more

My wife and I dined in here on a week night around 8:30pm. The food probably took about 30 minutes from when we placed it online. The food was hot, exactly what we ordered, and the place was pretty clean. We highly recommend stopping off for either a pick up or a dine in at this wing stop! Did not disappoint! read more

This place sucks. Period. Ordered twice from here in the last month. First order never showed up. I called and they said they delivered to the wrong address, they would remake the order and redeliver. No offer to discount. Guess what! Second order never showed up. Thought I would try again a few weeks later. Maybe it was just a bad night. Bad idea. Second order was totally wrong. 8 wings and a fries showed up! I ordered 20 wings. Wrong flavor all drums. . I ordered all flats. I know it's hard to find good help these days but being able to count to 20 should be the minimum you need to work here but apparently not. Even though i knew they were going to mess up every step of making the order i decided to give them a chance. First of all as always they never answer the phone so that forces you to order online which is fine but ordering online doesn't give you options for the wings like extra sauce. So after ordering online i show up and they don't acknowledge someone standing there for their food for what seemed like a few minutes then once i open the bag the fired weren't well done like i had asked and i asked for cajun and got Lemon pepper ? Did not like the service at all. There was no coke to drink. when I asked one of the employees, he said there was not more coke. I also asked if he can please change one of the TVs to the Golden State Warriors game and he says, he did not have the tv control. Don't make a mistake ordering ahead online at this location, they never answer the phone nor listen to the order voice mail box . Then when you ask the cashier if they got your message about order correction and you explain to her you tried calling 5 times and no one kept answering that you left a message and she replies " we don't have a phone here".... Zero Stars. Wings tasted frozen and or salty. And fries were VERY salty. Ordered a total of 40 wings, in all 3 of us we only ate like 5 wings. They asked for the food back we gave it to them. Fries were also nearly ALL there. Couldn't give us a refund back but kept the food?. Ok. NEVER coming back to ANY wing-stop and i will make sure to advice many others to go spend their money elsewhere. I honestly will from now on go to Buffalo wild wings. They never answer the phone! I've called at random times on random days and never get a pick up. Have everything available to order online if there are items you can only order on the phone or in person if you're never going to answer the phone. Management needs to do phone audits so this isn't a occurring situation. My sale has gone else where on multiple occasions due to this. read more

Very disappointed that I only got half of the wings that I ordered. The ones I got were great. When I called to complain, I was on hold for 8 minutes, then I got hung up on. When I called again, I was connected to Pablo, who's English was poor, so at least we were able to communicate in Spanish. I explained that I live on the other side of town, no way were we driving over there again. He took my name and number, my order number and total paid, and promised my next order will be free. This is the second time ordering from this location and I ask for extra crispy wings and they're not even cooked all the way. The skin of it is slimey and white. And there was no seasoning on my wings. On top of it they were just swimming in oil. And no they weren't not crispy because of the excess oil, no part of the chicken was crispy at all. I go to wing stop enough to know this is gross. I didn't want to go back for them to fix it so I had to oven bake them myself so I wouldn't waste the questionably under cooked chicken. read more
