Decided to give this place a shot despite the 2.5 star yelp rating and all the negative comments from my friends.. i should have listened. I ordered a 10 piece mix of boneless and bone-in wings. For the boneless i got lemon pepper rub while the bone-in wings were tossed in their mango habanero sauce. This was an online order so i got to choose a side and a sauce. I got fries and blue cheese for my sauce. Apparently they charge you $2 more for extra sauce which is ridiculously over priced. Anyways when I came home and started eating. I immediately spat out my first bite of the bone-in wings. The chicken tasted off and I ended up tossing it in the trash. The boneless wings were a little better but waaay too much breading and chicken also tasted funky. The fries were cold and soggy even though we live about 4 minutes from the place. After that I was fed up by the poor service so I went into the store and it took literally 2 minutes or less from start to finish to place my order. My husband is in the military and we got home and searched for his ID for over an hour before calling the store to see if they happened to see it or would check right outside the door before we drove 30 minutes to look around. They gave me literally all drums and told me that how it be sometimes. The soda machine looks like someone blew up a toilet and never cleaned it up, splatters of dried syrup painting its insides. Also, for the last like month, they did not have any trashcans in their store so trash was literally just stewing on the tables. The workers overall are very nice but honestly incompetent. I do not blame them but blame the management as it is evident learning how to use their systems and policy on fixing customer issues have not been properly addressed. If you can spare the change, get all flats. Boneless Wings: 3.5/5 Boneless wings are just breaded chicken nuggets. Wing Stop does them a little better than other places. The batter is thick, but the white meat inside is always moist. The breading also does a great job at soaking up whatever seasoning you choose but be warned that it is also an oil magnet. Tenders: 3.5/5 These are literally long boneless wings. I would say that about 4 boneless wings are the same size. I cut these up and could not tell a difference. Fries: 2.5/5 Their fries are okay. Very potato-y for a lack of better words. They are neither thin nor thick and come with a salty sweet seasoning but you can opt for any other dry rub. When they are fresh, I would say they are closer to a 4/5, but let's just say the majority of fries I have eaten from here are not in that category. When they are old/not fresh, they are very limp, oily, and become very dry in the center. Cajun Fried Corn: 2/5 The last time I ordered this it was ice cold. The flavor is good and the texture is slightly crispy when it's fresh. On a good day it is more a 3.5/5. Ranch: 5/5 This is the nectar of the gods and even though everyone knows the recipe, it just does not taste the same when you make it at home. My husband and I placed an order for wings and fries totaling $58 I was out running some errands and was a few minutes late to pick up the order. Order was placed on the app and when I arrived there was around 30 people standing around waiting for their order. I waited around an hour and at this time gave up and asked the manager on duty to cancel my order. It hadn't been started yet. She assured me that she would put in a request the following day for a refund 3/28. I waited 5 business days and called back to check the status. I was told the manager would call me back. I didn't hear anything and waited another 3 days and called back same issue. Today 4/9 I called twice and spoke to two different employees who told me that the manager was on break both times that I called. I gave them all my order details and was assured they would call me back. I still have not heard from a manager. The employee did mention that I some customers are still calling from Super Bowl requesting their refund with no call backs. At this point I will be calling my bank to place a dispute but that was the last time I will be ordering from Wingstop. read more

The food is ok but the service is pretty bad. I've tried the chicken sandwich, bone in wings and tenders here. All of the options give you a choice of various dry rubs or sauces. The sauces seem to be very buttery/oily so I prefer the dry rubs. Everything is deep fried to order, however I don't know if that's by design or they're just always behind (more on that later). The meat is juicy and for the breaded items like the tenders, I would say the batter is on the thicker side but the consistency is good and it's not too soggy or overly dry and hardened. If it was just about the food, I'd probably give them another star and come here more often. But the horrible service I encounter every time I come back keeps me away for months until I forget about how bad it is and repeat past mistakes. 1. Understaffed - There is never an employee dedicated to manning the register. When you walk up to the counter, expect to wait 5-10 minutes before someone comes from the kitchen area to check on you. Additionally, no one will come out to clean off the 3 tables they have inside. So if you're dining in, expect to clean off the tables yourself. 2. Extremely long wait times - I've always ordered ahead on the app. It tells you the order will be ready for pick up in 13-18 minutes. But every single time I've walked in to pick up the order, there's at least 6-8 other people standing around in the lobby staring at their phones waiting for their orders. Realistically, you have to wait another 20 minutes after the initial 18 minutes they quote you. So expect your food will be ready in 40 minutes. 3. Lots of mistakes - While I wait in the lobby, I typically see 2 or 3 people come back with their food, stand around trying to get an employee's attention and then complain about something that was left out of the order. Everyone makes mistakes but it seems to be pretty consistent here. There's definitely better options but if you really want to eat here, order ahead on the app and be ok with waiting. read more

We didn't get our food for almost 40. Finally got the wings. Flavorless and greasy should sum it up. Given how good it smelled when we walked in the taste was underwhelming. What the actual eff is going on?? If you like your wings swimming, this is your place! We placed a 20 piece order around 9:55pm and waited about 25 minutes for our order. It wasn't busy but that's still an expected wait time for a wingstop. The problem we had is that everything was SOAKED in grease. What was the rush?? Why didn't they let them drip before packaging up our chichen wingks?? There's seriously no reason for us to be sent on our way with a kiddy pool amount of grease in our order. I am so confused. They're both dry rubs so it's not even the sauce soaking through. The bag is in shambles and we had to put it in a trash bag as soon as we got home so it didn't go everywhere. I wish I could upload a video to give a better representation of the situation. I also wish we would have read the reviews before going to this location. Great restaurant to order some wings for any occasion with many flavors to choose from. The environment is modern and welcoming with the menu displayed nicely for someone new trying to figure out what they want to get. To start off the workers are efficient, friendly, and patient. The Voodoo fries are really good with an even amount of seasoning and a good kick of spice. The normal fries are a great side if you don't feel like veggies or going beyond. They taste great with an even balance between salt and sugar, the reason there is a bit of sweetness to the fries is because the sugar neutralizes the heat of whatever spicy wings you get. The wings are amazing with a solid amount of meat and a good coating of sauce and spices. From the lemon pepper wings to the original hot they'll satisfy your needs. Personally I find the Spicy Korean and Louisiana Rub wings to be my favorite. The Atomic wings are the hottest on the menu but actually have flavor that overcomes the heat. So if you want to give the Atomic wings a try you'll find yourself sweating and wanting more with each bite. The wings do take a bit which is no issue but if you expect it to be in and out, it's best to order online before hand. read more

I'm sooo disappointed in having to write this review. We really love Wingstop but the last few times we've been it's been horrible service! The food is great if they get your order right or if they even have what you want. The last two times it's been the exact same scenario: no boneless, no tenders, NO SODA SELECTIONS (&they don't tell you until after you've paid for a drink and can't get a refund) , extremely dirty floor and drinks area. It's bad when both times you see multiple customers complaining about the drinks and the sanitary conditions! Especially when they've been met with a nonchalant attitude! I wanted to order in store and they said they weren't taking any orders over the register so they were only accepting online orders due to only having 2 workers. we placed an order and waited over 40 mins for our wings just for it to be not be correct!
