Worst Wingstop ever. Nobody greeted us and stated it will take that long to get served. National Wing Day and 45mins to 2hrs wait. One staff member said 45mins and the other said 2 hrs. Which is it. Manager not even in house. Staff has no initiative, barely trying to expedite orders. Apparently with 3 staff members on board, they only work on 1 order at a time. Very efficient teamwork!? No ice. Tables needed to be bussed. They even forgot some of my items from my order. Jaqueline said it was there and I showed her my tray and she could not count 5 missing wings that I told her that she missed. Obviously did not even got name right on my order. I have to give blame to management with poor training, hiring the worst working staff in the city. Who were lethargic at best. The team showed no customer service. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes without being attended to. I called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes and then they lady finally came back to take my order. I ordered lemon pepper traditional wing combo and a chicken tender combo. The attendant stated my food would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at the location within 30 minutes and my food was not done. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my food to be prepared and the order was not correct. They mixed up my two orders as far as sauces go. I was completely dissatisfied as I have been a wing stop customer at other locations and never received this poor service. First time at this location and I was excited for them to open. The staff was very friendly. The girl at the register was great, even gave us suggestions on her favorites. It was clean and all the staff looked to be hard at work. The only thing that concerned me a little was that they did not wear gloves when they were tossing the chicken in the sauce. I watched them carfully and I never saw their hands touch the actual food, which was a good thing but it is just a personal preference of mine that every employee when dealing with the food industry should wear gloves. Other than that I thought this place was awesome and I will be definitely going back for more. I want to try their rolls I heard that they are good. First off it was late afternoon on a Sunday and not busy at all, We waited 30 minutes for our food and they never called us up then when they finally gave us our order it was cold! We waited 30 minutes for cold wings then when we take our food back it took another 20 minutes to give me my refund back because the shift lead had to call someone to explain, none of the employees were trained how to issue a refund. I've been to wing stops in the past but never one that has run like this. For the price you pay you expect your order to be correct. I was very disappointed when I ordered a family pack and got home and unpacked and realize that part of my sides were missing. It disappointed me that from the person who cooked the wings, the person who package them, and the last person who actually put them in the bag none of them were able to determine that the order was missing a vital piece. That was an expensive mistake to make. I do not plan on returning to this wing stop in the future. Unfortunately this is not the first time they have disappointed me. On a positive note, the girl at the counter was very kind after she had spent time on the phone taking a phone order before she even spoke with me. She apologized that she had with ignored because there was no one else who could possibly take a phone order and interact with a customer at the register. Words of advice for this wings stop...... 1) Possibly have someone answering the phone and taking all the phone orders so your one cashier doesn't have to do it. This I'll allow them to interact and create better customer service for your customers. 2) talk to all of your staff and teach them how to have eye contact with the customer. When I'm talking to you please look at me. When you look down and talk it's extremely disrespectful. 3) create a double check system so that everybody knows that what the customer has ordered is actually going in their take-out bag. I do take responsibility for not checking my take-out order myself. Had I checked I would've noticed that my side was missing. However, for a $50 family meal, I expect those that are packaging it to package the entire order. read more

Went to this Wingstop at 11:30am on Super Bowl Sunday. Apparently their only focus today is on customers who placed pickup orders because they told us it would be a 45 minute wait to dine in. Extremely poor planning to not be able to serve walk-In guests timely. To have your entire staff dedicated to take out is ridiculous. Needless to say we left. I called in and ordered a take out, on the phone they told me 12 min and it took me 20 min to get there but once I arrived I still had to wait 10 min for my food. Since I took it go I didn't realized my fries were unsalted, my wings had hardly any sauce, and the chicken was soggy & tasted undercooked. I love Wingstop don't get me wrong however i usually order from the one on Alessandro , which I had no issues with. Today my friend and I placed a mobile order around 8:30 pm and it said it would be ready by 8:45 which sounds about right. Anyway we there around 8:40 and waited til it was 8:45 where I then proceeded to ask if it was ready , they said no give it a couple more mins so I was like ok sure :)! 15 mins later nothing ?! I got up to ask and the girl said another 5 mins so I'm like ok ? Mind you it was already 9 so I was already irritated by the wait . Anywho I finally get my wings @9:10 (40mins) later and when the worker "Kayla " called my name she already had a funky ass attitude and when I saw my classic wings they looked disgusting !! Don't go here! My husband and I love Wingstop we live blocks away from this location and have tried it three times and its horrible! The wings where undercooked all 3 times which is disgusting and harmful since you can get sick. Also they put almost no seasoning on the wings and fries. My review is for the food it's horrible if you want Wingstop go to the one off of Riverwalk we make the drive to that one but it's amazing! read more
