If I can give a negative zero I would, this is terrible. I ordered a a 30pc crew pack when my husband arrived with the order we were short in wings and no fries. I called the wingstop immediately. Daisy the shift leader started asking me for a whole description of the worker who gave us the order even what she was wearing short sleeve or long sleeve. Then lead to say that worker claims of giving us complete order as if we were lying. Then stated it was our responsibility to open the order at the store. Offered no resolution for stupid Fries . Daisy the shift leader must obtain training on how to address customer concerns or complaints and bring resolution. She repeatedly stated for me to contact their main office for refunds and she couldn't offer any solutions as she was not clocked in at the time We picked up our order and she was gearing different stories from worker and us the paying customer who received an incomplete order. Ultimately store manager whose name she provided as Juan Molina is responsible for adequate customer service and proper food service. I will also be taking this to corporate office as I'm sure this is a franchise location that gives two cents for customer satisfaction. read more

Always clean, Joshulyn (girl at the register) is always so kind and helpful. She gives the best customer service out of anyone who has served us there. If they don't give her employee of the month/year I personally will. The food is always good. I would rather eat here than BWW in my opinion. read more

you can't go wrong with hot wings as they are always delicious, however, my only complaints are that I think the fries were too salty and I thought the garlic chicken Parmesan wings were salty too. I realize that this is just my opinion and some people like things a bit salty. read more

Online ordering is horrible. Ordered wings online for pickup at 1p (put in the order at 12p), got there at 12:50, wings weren't ready until 1:20p. Ridiculous. Online ordering is supposed to be fast and efficient. This was the exact opposite. Workers didn't have any urgency and avoided eye contact because they knew I was waiting. I've only been to this Wingstop twice and all three ladies I've have a chance to speak to are super sweet and accommodating. Very great customer service. I don't remember who I spoke to over the phone the first time but she may have been a manager. I let her know I didn't want the drink but would pay for fries instead for the free boneless wings when the Lakers win. I asked her can I pay for the fries instead, she said yes. I don't usually drink soda and had drink already so that helped out a lot. The next time I came, the young lady ringing me out was nice & I asked her about upgrading to a large fry but changed my mind. Then I went back and let her know I actually would like to upgrade and was ready to pay, the other young lady upgraded them for me for free! I ordered my food 12 hours in advance...When it got here 30 mins after the ETA I was provided with my food came cold and with no proper condiments I have one ranch, one package of ketchup, one set of utensils. Did I mention I ordered a 20 piece and a large fry!! So since my food is here late I don't have time before I need to get ready for work to return it but best believe you guys did an awful job!! Been a while since I have been to a Wing Stop... this one is relatively new. I couldn't understand the cashier. His english was VERY poor. My mild wings were OK... nothing to write home about. My experience with Wing Stop has always been well until I visited this location. The cashier didn't attend us for a while despite there being no line. She then messed up our plain fries so we returned it asking if they could fix it. More than five minutes went by and when we saw they weren't calling our order we stood up and were disappointed to find the fries sitting there and the workers standing around. We clarified the order to the manager and he himself responded back with attitude. Definitely won't be returning I would understand a worker giving attitude but the manager should do better than that. read more

Thought we'd finally check this place out. First impression, cashier - not friendly and spoke so low, under the music, that we had to keep asking her what she said. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, while waiting, made these observations... workers seemed disinterested in their jobs, no enthusiasm nor energy. One worker answered the phone with his gloves on, he did remove them during the call but now the phone is contaminated. A gentlemen left his "mess" at the table, at first I thought "rude", then I looked around to find there were no trash recepticles in this establishment. This wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't remained there our entire visit! The wings were wings but what I liked about them was the crispiness. Maybe they were cooked too long but they were not dry and I really enjoyed the texture! I would go back a 2nd time, to try different flavors, to see if a third visit would be warranted. P.S. I love wingstop. One of my favorite places to go. This location has bad service and it just so happens to be right by my house so it makes me sad to say. They take way too long. I order my food they tell me they'll take 30 minutes. It takes them a full hour to get a 10 piece combo. I did a call in so I sit the extra thirty minutes in place which defeats the purpose of a call in. I have been here many times sometimes the food doesn't even taste nearly as good as other wingstops. I decided to give it a second chance and made a terible mistake! 1st time at this location we walked out due to standing for 10 minutes and only being stared at by the employees. When I asked if anyone was taking orders I was ignored! We went back tonight as there are no other wing restaurants near our home. There are a lot of Wingstop, but this location is special. This one is special because, the service is friendly, they remember your name. If the order is wrong they correct it, no problem. I think the wings are much juicier here too because at other Wingstops the wings have been dry. Yes dry. As far as pricing, i mean, i guess they are OK, but one thing i would change is the "meal for two" combo. That combo has an odd number of wings, so someone is left short a wing. They can fix that and keep the price the same. Another thing i would add is, make the dips free. Otherwise, this is a good Wingstop to visit. read more

They completely forgot about my order. I had placed my order and didn't think much of it when others received their food before me. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked the cashier when my food will be ready, she replied that it will be ready in "literally 10 seconds." I waited 10 more minutes before I asked for a refund only to find out that they were never making my order to begin with. They totally ruined my lunch break. I will never return to wing stop.
