Terrible service! I had bad experience from this store! I ordered from online, but I received the food isn't mine ordered. I contacted them and tried to solve the problem. However, they shirked their responsibility and said that：" u should contact to the delivery "However, the contact information provided by them is not available. When I tried to contact them again, no one ever answered me anymore!! OK, I can understand. Maybe they made my food and gave it away, But if the delivery person sent the wrong order, should them help the customer solve the problem instead of shirking the responsibility, or even ignore it!! In fact, I didn't choose the person who to deliver the meal to me. It was arranged by the store.They are have responsible together. First of all, the boneless wings suck. Second, the fries are limp and overcooked. Third, it's expensive for what you get (even with coupons). Fourth, it's freezing cold inside the restaurant and they won't come outside the store and call your name when your order is ready. This review is for my last contact with Wingstop today. Diane or Diana whoever answered the phone proceeded to take my order and I asked for a 5 piece tender meal mild but asked if I could get 2 of them plain (for my son). She went on to tell me "no we can't do that, plain is considered a flavor" I told her it's never been an issue before and she said "yeah, they shouldn't have done that, im sorry" Im sorry but that's ridiculous. I've been to this location often over the years and it's been pleasant and I've gotten what I expected. Tonight however was different. I placed a phone order, with the expectation of being able to use a email coupon I received. They told me when I was there that the coupon was only for online orders. Ok. My fault for not reading the fine print (which wasn't entirely clear that it was online only either, but I was willing to let it slide as Ihad work soon and was in a hurry.) What was not ok was the little girl behind the register. In frustration i tossed a $20 bill into the basket over the counter to pay for my meal. This little girl picks it up and gives it back to me and tells me to hand it back to her. What the hell? In a customer service position, and in what world do you dictate how a customer has to give you the money? If I'm not violently throwing it at you, there shouldn't be an issue. I was not being rude to anyone there, including that little one. I was definitely frustrated, and I'm sure it showed by me tossing the bill over, but again I ask, how is it ok to tell a customer "pay the way I'm telling you". If I wasn't in a hurry to go home and eat before work, I would have walked out. I'll decide if I go to this location again after I speak to a manager. If not, the next wingstop is only 2 miles away. She'll start talking to me then turn away then start to punch in my order then turn away. After I finally placed my order, I saw her do that to the customers behind me as well during rush hour. I came here to pick up my mobile order and I specifically told the cashier (she seemed new because she didn't know what the hell was going on) that I was here for so and so. She then goes to the back to talk to one of the guy employees and then comes back to me to let me know that it's 30 min. Her excuse was that there were a lot of orders just placed. I placed the order at 9:20PM and came to the restaurant at 9:32PM. On the app it was quoted about 16-21 min so I decided to head a bit early in the event that it was prepared earlier than expected. I also chose the option to pay at the restaurant so I wanted to get that out of the way. Since the girl at the register said it was another 30 min (basically on top of the 16-21min app wait time) I asked her if the food was already being prepared and if it wasn't, if I could cancel the order. She then goes back to the same employee who she came up to initially. He approaches me at the register and is already coming at me with a critical tone of voice. I politely asked the lady at the cashier if I could cancel the order if it wasn't made. The guy then says that the order was being prepared so he didn't want to cancel it. I told him I would like to cancel because I didn't want to wait another 30 min that the lady had told me. He then says to calm down?? Like dude, if you're the manager you definitely need more training. I was talking to you in a civilized manner and you're saying this was a miscommunication? Of course it was a miscommunication because the employee that was "helping" me initially doesn't even know what she's doing. Man, these reviews are rough. I'm adding my two cents and my many wing calories to the mix, so that I might tip the scale a little more towards the positive side of things. Nope. This review is not about those morsels of deliciousness. Or whatever else everyone else is mad about. Instead, it's about the very first night having gone there and encountering a very dismissive employee that barely gave two shits (or two shats... What's the past tense? Anyway... ) about my order. Luckily for my girlfriend and me there was an absolutely fantastic, helpful, positive individual beside her that decided to take ownership of our problem and make sure we were getting what we ordered, with the enthusiasm of a person that usually owns the place. Amanda, I believe her name was, was so fantastic my girlfriend was bummed that she no longer worked at her old job, because Amanda was the exact type of person she loved to recruit. I had the fortune of having her help me out the last time I went and she had the same amazing attitude and the same helpfulness that I had appreciated the first time I had seen it. As a person who is skeptical of all nice people, I can say this one is the real deal, and this place is lucky to have such great employees that make the 'bare minimum' employees an annoyance and not a reason to never return. So, to sum it all up, Wingstop is keto friendly as hell and has at least one dope ass employee. Make her a manager or something Wingstop, because, if you don't take care of employees like these, you're going to be left with the bitter folks that have this location hovering at a high three star rating. read more
