Usually I really enjoy going to wingstop at this location but today was an absolute horrible experience. I had called in advance and no one picked up. I kept calling and when I was driving into the shopping center someone finally picked up after 10 minutes. I ordered 9 Louisiana Rub and 6 Cajun. Thats it. When we finally got there it was pretty empty, the phone kept ringing but no one would answer, they were just hanging out in the back. Someone finally came so I could pay and I had to wait a while to get my wings. I went home and was about to eat my wings but realized that they only gave me 6 Louisiana Rub and 6 cajun, i payed for 15 and i got 12 wings. I got over it and started eating the first wing and right of the bat the first wing i had was just a nerve. I spit it out because I couldnt eat it. I ate another one and it was fine. The 3rd one i had had a bunch of skin still on it and I almost threw up. I completely stop eating them and gave them to my boyfriend. He then got a new wing that also was an entire nerve ( what a surprise! ) not to metion the next one he had also has a bunch of skin. We stopped eating the wings overall. Food is Great I Love Wingstop but the customer service here is horrible. The girls have nasty attitudes and I waited about 10 mins on hold and just ended up going in to place an order because no one would answer. They were out of syrup meaning they clearly aren't doing their jobs in checking the syrup is stocked up and also the counter where one gets forks and utensils was a horrible mess all unorganized. The only reason I put four stars is because the wait is crazy, takes forever to get the food, sometimes there's nowhere to sit, and sometimes they don't put enough of the sauce on the wings. Honestly super dissapointed. They messed up on our order, a gentlemen named Isidrio called my wife back and was extremely rude and said he was the manager. When my wife asked for. Refund he rudely answered "well give me the wings back and I'll give u a refund". Then after arguing with him, he hung up on my wife. So I decided to call back and talked to him and spoke with him and then decided I would call back with how I wanted to proceed. After 30 mon I called back and was answered by a gentlemen named pedro who then claimed HE was the one in charge so the other guy lied. And after trying to speak with pedro the one in charge he basically shooed me away and just tried to "resolve" my issue by basically not listening to what I had to say about the other employee and not taking responsibility for their mess up. I usually go to Wingstop on Mondays and Tuesdays to enjoy the $0.60 Boneless Wing special. This particular Wingstop is very close to where I work, so I always go to this one. Normally, the staff is very courteous. I like to order about 7-8 wings of varying flavors on Monday and Tuesday and they are usually very kind and oblige my request. Today, I was told that I HAVE to get one flavor, quite rudely, by one of the young ladies in the front. She said that I can have to get 5,8, or 10 wings all with one sauce and that I couldn't do 4 of one and 3 of the other like I normally do. Not even 4 and 4. If this was my first visit to Wingstop, this would not have been a big deal. I, however, have been a normal Wingstop patron for several months, had even ordered from this young lady before, and she obliged my request without asking any questions. I was told by this young lady that Wingstop ALWAYS had this policy, even though she on numerous occasions made the wings the way I liked it. I was a bit irritated at this point and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, ironically enough, just the week before was a lady who gave me an order on their $0.60 wing day of 7 wings (4 of one sauce, 3 of the other). I told her EXACTLY what I ordered just ONE WEEK before and that SHE was the one who rang it up and brought it out to me with NO objection. This manager (supposedly a "manager-in-training") claimed that she never did that. That there was always the 5, 8, 10 wings of one flavor policy and its always been that way, and that from now on, they will post a sign. Not only did not a SINGLE one of them apologize to me, they pretended that what I was talking about NEVER happened before, even though they both took my order! I was so irritated by the whole occurrence that I swore I would never go to that Wingstop again. That I am going straight to Yelp, posting my experience and putting up a negative review. If Wingstop does have a policy about how many of each flavor of wing someone can get, they need to post it for all to see. The worst part is, I didn't get a SINGLE APOLOGY from anyone for the confusion...they just kept acting as though nothing ever happened. DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP!! Their food and service was never that great anyways. UPDATE: The very next day after this post was made, on 09/01/15, Alvarro, one of the Regional Managers of Wingstop called me. He gave me his direct line and told me that the members at this store were notified that as long as I do up to 3 wings of one flavor, that I can still continue to order the way I have been ordering. Alvarro apologized to me for what had happened, said I can contact him directly if I ever have an issue again, and he even gave me a "credit" for my next visit. Alvarro saved my whole experience and Wingstop is lucky to have him. I change my review. Good management and leadership is what counts, no matter what kind of business you are visiting! read more

This place has been so great to me. Friendly Environment, familiar faces and quick service. I typically get the 6 piece combo of boneless Mango Habanero wings with fries and ranch. I can say I go to this place at lest 4 times a month and have not been let down. Certain staff recognize me and its really cool. The Coke machine has so many options and I can enjoy my grape sprite whenever I please. Only wish they had more flavors! 11/10 would recommend. read more

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because this lady at the front named Erika was extremely rude when I had ordered my food online for noon and it wasn't ready until 12:15 and I was on a time crunch. You know the old saying, "Third time's a charm?" Well, it certainly wasn't true with my experience with Wingstop. I have been to this Wingstop three times in the past six months -- two within the past month -- and each time, my order had an issue and they weren't errors I made in ordering. On my first visit, I ordered three meals, and one meal was entirely omitted. I had to drive back to pick up the order. When I went to the counter, the employee didn't even apologize and said, "Oh yeah." Talk about customer service. When the food is ordered and is sent to the kitchen to make, and then out to the person to pack, you would figure that enough eyes have checked my order to make sure it's correct so that I don't have to do the restaurant's job of checking my order at the very end. Most notably, on my second visit two weeks ago, I was absolutely appalled by the service. I had ordered two meals to go, and apparently, the customer after me who happened to have the same first name as me ordered two meals, but for dine-in. While I waited for my order, I went to put my drinks in the car. Then I heard my name called, so I walked back in-time to see that a bag was handed to the other customer who ordered after me. The employee who handed the bag to that customer saw me standing in the doorway, but didn't say anything. So I watched the other couple start taking the food out of the bag, and they started eating the fries. The guy opens the boxes of wings and clearly it isn't his order, so he goes and gives the food back to the employee. The employee hands him a tray that had his order on it, and starts putting what was MY food back in the bag. So I walk up the counter and asked if there was an order ready for me. The employee starts to give me the bag that the other customer had already touched, and I give her this look like, "Are you kidding me?" The employee pulls back and says, "We're making it again. It's not ready yet." Again, no apology, and no name tag visible on the employee either, by the way. Clever way of avoiding a complaint. I was shocked that although the employee saw me see the entire transaction between her and the other customer, she was nonchalant about the situation. Needless to say, I got my food after waiting significantly longer, and I didn't get as much as a single apology. And they forgot to include my cheese dip, which I noticed before I left, so that disaster was averted. But on Saturday, I gave them one last shot even though I was still disappointed with the last service. Food was ready, but they forgot the cheese sauce that I had ordered. I didn't bother checking, and when I got home, I was too angry to drive back for an order of cheese. Seriously, how frequently can a restaurant screw up for a single customer? Making mistakes on orders is forgivable -- it happens. But the lack of customer service to rectify the mistakes and not making the customer feel like the business is welcomed? That's something that turns me off from a place. I would give zero stars for the service if I could, but the store gets one star because the food IS good. What a shame. I've visited other Wingstops, and have never had this subpar level of service. I will continue to visit those Wingstops when I am in those particular areas. But locally, for my wing fix, I will be sticking to Wingnuts for now. read more

Got to the store and my order was never put in. Waited another 10 minutes and the price they charged me in the store was different than what the App quoted me. Oh well, I guess.
