Workers here need an attitude adjustment. I had my sisters boyfriend order on the phone and I guess they heard the name wrong so when I came in to pick it up they told me my order was never placed... so I told them what I ordered and completely ignored what I said and told me it's not here. Usually go to BDubbs but this is closer to me. Decided to try it out. Ordered through their Wingstop App for pickup. It told me 30 minutes and my order would be ready. Got to the store and my order was never put in. Waited another 10 minutes and the price they charged me in the store was different than what the App quoted me. Oh well, I guess. Their wing flavors are ok. Tried the original hot and Cajun spicy (I think that is the flavor). I will probably make the drive to BDubbs next time. read more

Checked in on a afternoon and was very busy but line moved pretty fast. I suggest the Spicy Korean which is limited time. Come now and get it! First of all, I'm a HUGE Wingstop fan ever since the first time I stepped into the Costa Mesa joint. I'm in Huntington Beach, so I actually have to take a short trip to one of these, and it's totally worth it. I always, always order a high ratio of Lemon Pepper wings and mix the rest with whatever I feel like that day, which most likely will include Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Dry Rub. what to order: lemon pepper classic wings, French fries tip: the menu is confusing, decide what and how many wings you want to order and look at the menu carefully, ordering individually may be cheaper than combos I loooove their lemon pepper wings! I just ordered at this Wing Stop. They politely told me after I had placed my order that they ran out of potato salad. Don't get the boneless. They are basically breaded chic strips. I like the real chicken wings with bones. Louisiana rub is my favorite and my kids like the lemon pepper. Came here with a friend to relax and unwind after his long day at work. There was ample parking and the restaurant seemed a little busy, but there were plenty of tables outside to eat at. Between us two, we ordered 10 pieces of boneless wings with the lemon pepper seasoning, 5 with the garlic parmesan, 5 with the mild, and a large order of fries. We got our food pretty promptly, maybe like less than 10 minutes within ordering... The food was good as far as chicken joints go... Of course it didn't hurt we went on a Tuesday where their boneless wings were $.60 each. My favorite flavor would have to be the garlic parmesan. I loved the excessive amounts of parmesan dumped onto the wings, but if that ain't your thing... The lemon pepper was pretty delicious as well. The fries were good. It was weird though, some pieces were piping hot and others were like lukewarm at best and soggy as heck. But I was hungry and I didn't mind... It was weird that they only had a roll of paper towels located on their counter that you would have to keep running to in order to have something to wipe your grimy hands on.... Went on Tuesday because they were having their 50 cent deal on boneless wings. I got Original Mild and Lemon Pepper with a side of ranch and potato salad. My wings were very salty and kind of dry. Then again, I like more sauce than the average person. The lemon pepper barely had any taste to them and the original mild was unpleasantly salty. This place used to be the spot. When Buffalo Wild Wings can't get their shit together this is where I come and I have grown fond of their wings. Today, they are always out of Mango sauce, the phone service is down half the time I call. In total, I think I have driven over 3 times only to find out they are out of mango sauce. This place just openned up around the corner from my office. I was so excited to go there for my first time today and was so let down. It's a nice new, clean store with friendly staff. However, the wings and fries were a huge disappointment. The six wings I ordered look like the had been taken from some some severly malnourished buffalo. And the were covered with this pasty substance that smelled like hot wing sauce...but the word "sauce" cannot be used here. It was not even close to sauce. Now on to the fries....looked delicious and it was a huge portion. However, once you bit into fries it was all a lie. Looks ciiked but isnt....not sure how they pulled that off. I love this Wing Stop location! I live in Irvine and come all the way here (passing up a couple locations) because of the consistent food and AMAZING service!!! Everyone is great. Friendly, welcoming the minute you walk in and ready to help. I want to give a special shout out to Fabiola who not only remembers my name but takes so much pride in her work!! She noticed I was accidentally overcharged because she bothers to check the orders. She came over to my husband and me, apologized for the mistake (literally less than a dollar!) that we didn't notice, and gave us coupons for our next meal. That. Is. Service. On a side note, Fabiola is ALWAYS busy. I never see her standing around. She's taking orders, cleaning up and apparently checking the accuracy of the charges.
