I love the wings from wing stop. Since this is the closest location to me I stop in often. The wings are usually good size, cooked well, and I really like their seasonings, especially the seasoning for the fries; I get extra goodness on my pappas. The staff service has always been a problem at this location. They have very few who actually speak to you in a nice, civil, and understandable manner. If the management just offered some customer service front door training it could make a world of difference in how a customer felt when having their order taken. The staff is all task oriented, don't really consider the person standing in front of them. The place is clean, sometimes the TV is a little too loud but they can adjust that, and I usually pick up and go. Aside from the fries I really like their blue cheese dressing, yum yum. read more

Waited the standard 18 min and the wings were fried to death. Fries were cold. They remade the fries, but were not happy about it. Dr Pepper tasted funny. Carbonation was low. Asked for blue cheese but we were given ranch. No apology about the cold fries. Will never go back. read more

I received a Birthday coupon for an order of large fries. When I attempted to receive them from the Wingstop on Kuykendahl I was refused by Juan, Manager. I contacted the next closest location on Sawdust and spoke with Austin, Manager. He was not privy to this information either, but I enlightened him. My problem quickly became his and he advised me to come in today and the coupon would be honored and he did just that! Thank you Austin for making my birthday as it should be, easy and happy! More kudos to Katherine who took my order. She was so helpful and friendly. She even checked with me during my visit to make sure everything was to my liking. My first time was the worst time. - I was in town on for a soccer tournament when I decided to try Wing Stop for the first time. It was 01/16/2021 at 3:50 PM, when I ordered my food and wait the 20 minutes cook time for my order. When I went in to get my food the cashier said she had just gave my food to the wrong person. I asked for a refund because I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes. The head cashier then said they did not have the ability to refund my money since I used a credit card. She further said she would need to ask a manager, who was not there, if he could approved a refund and it would take 7 - 10 days for him to decide if he would approve the refund. I ask the head cashier to call her manager. The head cashier then disappear to the back and never returned. After I waited another 10 minutes for here to return I left. I had to dispute the changes with my credit card company. I blame the management not the employees for having such a poor process for refunding a purchase. read more

Went to the wingstop today on sawdust Rd in the Woodlands TX and called ahead. Said my order would be ready in 15. Got there and waited in the store for half an hour. No one was at the front counter half the time. I asked about my order a few times. Only to find out it's been sitting at the front counter the whole time. The front desk person didn't care or say sorry. Just gave me my food shrugged and walked to the back. Got home and my food is ice cold. Totally disappointed with the level of service I received. I used to go here all the time but the employees that work there now don't care about the product they are letting out the door at all. Let me start by saying the only reason I am giving one star on this review is because the cashier was nice. My office called in an order for 4 combo meals and I went to pick the orders up. The cashier handed me 4 cups and I asked her if she had a drink carrier. She told me they were by the drinks. I looked everywhere, even in the cabinets, no carriers. After taking two trips to the car, the food expediter said my food was ready. I asked for ketchup and again was told it was right around the corner. Well the ketchup around the corner came out of a pump. I went back to the counter to ask for to go ketchup. I waited for a few minutes while employees walked past and didn't say anything, and then left in frustration. Upon returning to the office, I found that they shorted us an order of fries and got one of the flavors on an order of wings wrong. This was my first and last trip to this Wingstop. Me and a coworker ordered online. When we got to the restaurant our orders were not ready. They said the online orders didn't go through. We had to reiterate a few times that the order was paid for via the app. It took 35 minutes waiting for our food. Pretty much the majority of our lunch break. People arriving before us received their quicker were we had to ask and we kept getting "5 minutes". Then we were told our order was being bagged but 2 employees were changing out the paper in the cash register with our order just sitting there - all exposed. The employee did not wash his hands (or wore gloves) after he messed with the cash register and put our food in the bags. The other employee looked dirty. Our fries were cold and gross. My coworker received the wrong order all together. We attempted to call when we got back to the office and was put on hold for 20 minutes and had to call multiple times to get someone. read more

So. I've got to agree with a lot of the reviews here. If I owned this spot, I'd be embarrassed at the attitude of the staff, the cleanliness of this location and the indifference as to the overall atmosphere of this location. A good example is today. Stopped in between kids games and it seriously looked like some of these people just woke up. Saw one group leave because none of the televisions were turned to anything, they were all off. And when I pointed it out to the staff they tuned one on to SAW 6 and promptly to a scene where the captives were cutting parts of their body. Appetizing. Unfortunately it's the service that consistently disappoints. Always check your to go orders as they are almost always wrong. Prepared to wait twice as long for dine in compared to other locations. I do think the recipes are so well constructed that they are idiot proof and this location proves it. read more

My husband and I usually enjoy eating at Wingstop. We were visiting his parents in Houston from Austin. Met his mom for lunch and she had preordered for us to meet her at noon w my husband his dad and younger sister. The food was not ready yet but they prepared it as soon as we arrived. The food was good but their service was the worse that I've ever seen. I never seem to complain about service. I'm the most patient and nicest customer. One of the employees came and scolded my husband for leaving an extra clean cup on another table next to us. Then as we are leaving she bumps into me from behind and gives me a dirty look and says "oo" with an attitude as if it were my fault she bumped into my elbow. I wanted to go back and complain but we just left. If there's another Wing Stop near you go to that one, because their employee here was rude to us. Of course maybe she doesn't work there anymore. just got home with a take out order from this store just to fine out it was the wrong order and while we were there they only wand to make sure the order was right. after calling them to let them know the order was wrong all they did was put our name on a list or at list so we could come in and get the right order since this was our second trip there and the first time was just as bad we will not be going back there read more

We have been to this location twice now and both times we have witnessed the "manager" being extremely rude to the staff and scolding them in front of customers. The worst part about her though is that even though she scolds them for doing wrong, she was really quiet when I confronted her about giving us a completely wrong order when she was the one that took our order and put it in the bag before handing it to us. I should have checked it before leaving but I was trying to get away from the worst customer service ever. In the business I work for we give good customer service to not only our customers that walk through the door and buy from us but our internal customers that are also known as our coworkers/teammates. Please retrain this person or remove her all together. You can tell by the looks on the other teammates faces that they are NOT happy working with her and it shows in the quality of the orders that go out. read more
