    Chicken Crispy Tender By The Piece (4 Piece)

    Wingstop is one of the best when it comes to wings/chicken! Food is always hot and fresh when I get it. I decided to try their new chicken tenders 3pc with new sauce (hot honey chili) which is an Asian inspired sauce. It was good. They were also not stingy on the sauce. There's also something about the ranch here. It goes perfectly with everything. I ordered through the app and the service was fast. He let me get my drink while I waited a few minutes. Restrooms and the restaurant in general was clean.

    I legitimately re-downloaded Yelp to leave this review. I Put in an order for 8:15 at 7, it's 8 oclock and all staff is sitting at the tables (I guess a meeting hopefully). 8:15 rolls around and no one is doing a thing. Don't take orders if you know they'll be ignored during a meeting, or do it after/before hours. 8:30 and still nothing, with like 3 orders on the board and other customers getting upset. As a business owner I'm legitimately baffled something as ridiculous as this is even happening, much less a billion dollar company. I've seen multiple other comments about management specifically, seems there's a pattern of incompetence. This is so unbelievable I'm HOPING there's something I'm missing. One poor girl was doing everything on her own 15 minutes after my order. I literally had to leave without my food and my girlfriend got it because I don't have time. Will NEVER come back to this store. (Nothing against employees, this is very clearly a management issue). If higher up management is reading this, ya got an issue. (Update: My girlfriend informed me the people behind her also were trying to refund for it taking to long and the manager was basically useless)

    When I sent him a review of a customer, this is what he said to me as the general manager of that store and I was an employee

    ​To Whom It May Concern, ​I am a former employee of the Wingstop on Sawdust, where I worked for seven months. Having been in the food service industry for six years, I operate by the principle of treating others as I would wish to be treated. I believe we go to work to serve those looking for a quality meal and that our job is to do it right. However, during my time at this location, I witnessed a complete disregard for food safety and professional standards. ​The most egregious incident occurred on Super Bowl Sunday. Due to management over-ordering product, there was a massive surplus of chicken. Instead of discarding the spoiled meat to maintain QSC (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness) standards, management proceeded to sell chicken that was two days old or older. The product had a foul odor and had clearly perished. I was the individual responsible for cooking it, and I dropped at least $5,000 worth of chicken--half of which was expired. When I informed management that the chicken smelled off, they admitted they were aware, stating, "We sell expired chicken all the time." ​The leadership at this establishment is severely lacking. The store is run in a disorganized manner, comparable to being managed by a 16-year-old who just left high school and lacks the ability to coordinate operations. During my tenure, there were two managers, Renee and Phil. These managers consistently practiced favoritism, which I have observed to be a recurring issue across multiple Wingstop locations. Each store appears to have its "favorites," most of whom are female. While they speak about having a "team," the reality is that no one works together. ​This establishment is highly unsanitary and unhealthy. Food safety protocols are routinely ignored, and half the employees do not care about the customers. I am leaving this review to warn the public that the Wingstop on Sawdust is not recommended. If management and the crew do not care enough to follow regulations, the store will never achieve the results customers deserve. This has been the worst store in the area for some time, and my experience there made the reasons why very clear.

    The food here is so good and always fresh. seasoned perfectly. the service is ALWAYS very welcoming and friendly. the vibe is super chill and yk everyone loves wingstop and this location is a classic wingstop vibe !

    i came in at 7/13/25 at 11:24 to pick up a order i know its 30 min before close but man people in the kitchen cooking my food while on their phones with no gloves is a big no no, and having the floor wet with mop water and then hosing the floor down like i dont want dirty floor water splashing on my food like who would want to eat here

    This is my second review. The first, made a couple of years ago, was for severely undercooked chicken. I was later contacted by management in an attempt to resolve this situation. We have since tried to give them several more chances and after this evening, we are done. We are still waiting on a refund from the restaurant from 07/2022, after their website randomly cancelled our order. The staff told us over a span of several weeks that they would process the refund, but the person who could do that was never there. To this date, that refund has never been received. Our order on 09/23/22 was received via DoorDash and the fries were severely undercooked. And then this evening, 10/09/22, we ordered again via DoorDash. Our order included 2 chicken sandwich meals, 10 boneless wings, and a tender combo. The restaurant waited until our dasher got there to let him know that they did not have any boneless wings or tenders. I spoke to the restaurant who explained they could only make the sandwiches and I would need to contact DoorDash for a refund (which is understandable since that was where we ordered from), but there was no apology or concern on the part of the manager I spoke to. This location has consistently provided poor customer service and food quality with little concern for their customers. It's unfortunate because the location is convenient and we generally love WingStop. But, we will happily drive across town to go get our wings elsewhere from now on.

We started with the crab dip, which came with house made chips and was a table favorite. The white bean hummus dip was also good, the topping on it was so flavorful! They were not busy at all and we got a seat on the patio next to the water. Lots of folks fishing and some even caught fish. The menu is very limited here. Just a handful of burgers, salads and bowls to select from. The house smash burger was ok. I liked the fries more than the burger. I asked our waiter if the charred steak mushroom "bow" was a steak because it said flat iron stead. He said yes and I said medium rare then. Well it's not steak in the traditional sense and it's not "bow". I thought it was bow like a bow tie. But now I think it's just a typo. The cubed Steak was well done. Not medium rare. And honestly I didn't see a single mushroom in my dish. Cake jar is lemon flavor. It was ok. Nothing special though. All in all I'd just go for the atmosphere. Or maybe after playing a round of golf and being tired and hungry, I'd be much more impressed.
