I'd give zero stars if possible. HORRIBLE customer service. Nobody wants to work. I was very patient with the workers but the fact that I need to get this addressed online means there's something wrong with their staff. Mainly the fat lady with glasses & guy with blonde hair & earrings working on 4/06/2022 at 12:30PM. I went back to ask for a district managers number to file a complaint about them. They stood there and gave me a dumb look, the lady raises her hands and says she doesn't know if they even have a district manager. I asked for both of their names. They looked at each other and gave me fake names. They weren't wearing any name tags. It was a small incident but it's the principal and customer service that matters. I loved coming here despite not always having the best customer service or having a few bad orders. This is the nearest location to me. But I am no longer a repeat customer after receiving horrible customer service. I was in route to the Wing Stop on N Azusa in West Covina, trying to call in my order, TWICE, I was put on hold each time for an extended period of time. I arrived while still on hold and the cashier was just standing around. Won't be coming back. I looked up other Wing Stop locations near me and every single one of them had no more than 2 stars. I hate leaving one star reviews because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but this probably has to be one of the worst locations I've been to. Last time I came in and ordered wings they told me it would be a 45 minute wait AFTER the cashier rang me up. I dont know about you, but this is information that should be shared when a customer is placing an order. Like an idiot I waited because at this point I figured I was already there and didn't feel like going anywhere else. I told my self maybe it was a busy night. But 1 hour later I was still waiting. By the time I got my order I was over it. This brings me to another instance, once again I should have gone with my instinct and not order wings from here but I couldn't think of any other place to go. This time I figured i'd order online and give them one more chance. Wrong again. I placed the order at 4:45 with an expected ready time at 5:04pm. I remembered what had happened the last time so i gave them a grace period of 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the order I was told it was almost ready. 20 minutes later and was still waiting. I don't know if they need to work on their time management or ordering process but when you have 8 other customers just as frustrated asking for refunds there is definitely a problem. read more

My first time trying this location out. Upset at the fact that I was ignored when walking in. I gave benefit of the doubt since it was alittle busy and I assumed the workers thought I needed time to look over the menu(I purchased online). Waiting at the counter for some time as I watched 3male workers cooking the orders in the back. One of them couldnt step away for a sec. to assist me?.. I watched one worker call out 2 orders that they had just finished making but never came afterwards to see if I needed to order or if maybe I had placed an order. I had to say excuse me before he tried walking past me again and he replied about trying to get the orders finished or out. I would actually give 3.5 stars. The wings are pretty good here. Each one is nice and big and always cooked well. The BBQ and original buffalo are my favorites. The garlic parm one didn't really have much flavor. Sometimes, the wings can be a little dry if they fry it too long tho...but dunked in some ranch..it's not that bad. It takes about 20-25min since they're made to order...but I'd rather wait than have old ones just sitting in a warmer or something. I had an issue with the cashier the last time I was there. I wanted to order the combo pack, but the # of pieces I wanted to listed under the boneless wings section. I asked her if it was only available for boneless and not regular wings. She told me I could get it either way, so I went ahead and ordered it. As she was putting the order in, she called her manager over cuz she didn't know how to punch in the order and he then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get that combo with regular wings....she just stood there silently like she had no idea that SHE's the one that told me I could get it either way. I've been to several wing stop locations and the staff at this West Covina store along Azusa is by far the best I've seen. Superb customer service. They offer a helping hand to customers to help them take the order to their vehicles. They provided great advise on what to order. These staff are so polite it made me feel like I was not in LA and back somewhere in Oregon. I've seen them provide samples flavor for others that are ordering in the store for the first time. Kudos to the staff and the management that trained them. I wish more businesses offer good customer service like these staff. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend and I went to eat here Sunday at around 9:30 p.m. and it was there worst experience I ever had at a Wingstop. This was my first time at this location, and from the second I walked in I noticed how dirty the place was. All of the tables were a mess, and there was ice everywhere by the drink. There were three (what looked like younger) guys working. My friend ordered first. then When I went to order after he jumped on the phone to take an order while there were 2 other guys just standing around. So while I was waiting to order, one of the workers friends came into the store. The workers friends were being super loud and obnoxious and the worker was encouraging it; laughing with them and talking all loud. That worker kept leaving from his work station to mess around with them instead of making orders around the store and even outside the store. My friend got her food before I can even order, and she received a very low amount of fries and they were burnt. Very poor quality. I finally ordered and sat down. My friend asked them to recook her fries 5 minutes after I sat down. Her new batch of fries came out 10 minutes later and none of my food had came out yet. Then 10 more minutes had passed and I still did not get my food yet, but I noticed one of the workers giving his group of friend that walked in free wings. Why do his friends get free wings before a paying customer did ? So I got up and said " i just want to know where my wings are if I ordered a long time ago but he can give his friends free wings?" Then 5 more minutes passed and the guy who gave his friend the free wings before giving me my order brought my food out to me. He said " sorry, but I gave you a large fry" and before I could say thank you one of the other workers were making fun of the situation and started laughing saying " yeah like that is going to fix it" and all 3 workers were just laughing and messing around. Then a lady came in to pick up her online order. She sat next to my friend and I and started telling us that they messed up her order. Her sister is allergic to something and she needed the wings separated and they did not do that. She was waiting for 7 minutes for someone to notice her standing by the register to help her so she could fix her order. The workers had their backs turned to the front of the store and were just laughing and messing around. So I finally said something to the workers to get their attention and then they helped her. after one of the workers finished helping, that worker mocked me and was laughing about me saying something. I wanted to speak to a manager but seeing how immature that whole group was acting, it seemed like their wasn't going to be a good manager working at the time. My wings were made poorly and my fries were burnt. They hurt my stomach and I could not even finish eaten my 6 piece combo because of how poorly the food was made. Not only did we wait an addition 20 minutes, when we got home (3 minutes after getting our food- because we live down the street) we got our nice frozen wings. This is literally the worst wingstop I've gone to. I placed an order for an 8 piece combo & waited for almost an hour. The service was horrible, the employees were literally eating while taking orders, in the kitchen there was 4 men but only 1 cooking while the rest stood around doing absolutely nothing. Then the lady up front was walking back and forth to the soda machine to get a drink while she had a line waiting. So... part of the order is missing. I'm on the phone with them for 10 minutes to be told that Mgr is at lunch, so to call back in 30 minutes, which is actually an hour and then the manager will let me know if I can drive back for a refund on the food that I paid for online or may offer to make the food I paid for... what!?!? It will be 1 1/2 hours by then.. do they really think they may be able to charge me for food I never got... won't be going here again and will be getting my money back...
