Their one-time fees were way too high and didn't even come with a warranty. Then I found Maria. She was a total breath of fresh air--she offered me a one-time service at a great price and even included a 6-month warranty. Her crew came out and did a perimeter spray and treated the baseboards inside with stuff that's safe for pets, which was a huge relief. The treatment worked perfectly. I didn't see a single ant for eight months. I just called them back out for a preventative spray, and Maria was able to get them here the same day for the exact same price as last year. He was experienced and knowledgeable and did a thorough job of the walkthrough. All Clear's proposal did not include "add-ons" and focused on the areas necessary for exterminating the rodents. The work that was performed a week later was done well, the two member crew of Jerry and Mike Jr were professional, courteous and flexible in taking input and incorporating them. Mike himself came in to inspect and finish the final piece that involved some ingenuity and creativity. The team has kept their schedule to do the follow up inspections and removal of rodent after the job. Overall, I'd recommend All Clear Exterminating and Mike for the job any day!

We were happy to hear that we would not need to fumigate/tent our house. Termite treatment and wood replacement were scheduled. Gage and Jerry came out to do the termite treatment a few days afterwards. And Mike did the wood replacement a week later. All of them were very kind and respectful of my home.
