Our 1960s house really needed wood repair, and Kevin built us a new wood fence & new wood gate, fixed shiplap near the roofline and replaced a good amount of fascia on the house. We also had a small amount of termite treatment done. The price for all of this was reasonable and the results were great. Wipe out has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only do they offer quality product at an affordable price, but they are extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. For instance we opted in for the mosquito bait station service. My dog ended up tearing through them which is ultimately our fault, but they offered to try something new and replace them at no cost. This is a very overdue review, but I was impressed with this company from the start. Quick response on my initial inquiry about a wasp nest forming on my porch. Wipe out came out and determined it was a mud dauber nest. They removed it and said "no charge". I was so grateful for them to do that for me. Huge shout out to Caleb and Wipe Out Pest Control!!!! I unexpectedly noticed a lizard crawling up my great room main window. I was unable to catch it and it snuck into our sectional sofa. Literally within 20 minutes of calling, Caleb rang my doorbell. Wow! When I called, I totally assumed they would not be available until tomorrow at the earliest. Shockingly he replied that he will be right over and within 10 minutes of arriving, the lizard was caught on his glue board. Holy cow, BRAVO! Kevin did an inspection for wood repair and was very fair and understanding. We began our repairs and Kevin and Clayton showed great care and attention to property.
