Don't normally write a bad review but went here based on the reviews. It was by far not worthy of the 4 Star it has on yelp. Service was slow. All orders were wrong. They don't give you a copy of your receipt so you can see what you paid for. Kids food came out last after we asked about it and finally walked back to the counter to check on it. Chicken philly tasted like freezer burn chicken. Pizza was good when we finally got it. Chicken wings were good when we finally got them. Burger was average. Not horrible but not worthy of 4 star. read more

I'm a vegetarian and we were looking for quick options while on a road trip. At first glance, it doesn't appear that you'll have options other than pizza, but you can ask for the pasta with just marinara sauce and no meat. They were very kind and the food was great! Large portions and the spaghetti came with little pieces of garlic bread. They have a wide variety for meat-eaters, but vegetarians/vegans are more limited. read more

Came here because of the reviews are were not disappointed. Ordered burgers and lemon pepper wings, wings were a little over cooked but the burgers were awesome. Low prices and great food. Only con was the lack of service in the restaurant making it messy at times at drink stations and full trash cans. read more

Excellent pizzas! We stopped here while on a road trip to the Smoky Mountains.. the place itself is small and tucked in a corner of a retail block but the food and service were outstanding.. We returned the next day as well for their cheese pizza.. the crust was thin and crisp! The friendly staff made it even better. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area. read more

Great little dive within walking distance of local shops. My family and I all opted for burgers and sandwiches instead of pizza. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. I especially enjoyed my Western Chicken Sandwich as well as the shared orders of onion rings and extreme fries. Good food, and good service. Definitely worth trying out if you're in town! read more

Amazing food and service!! We've only had the pizza here, but plan on trying the entire menu! Most chain pizzerias are 'dime a dozen' . Theres nothing 'average' about this place.THIS local pizzeria is THE place to get your pizza in Cherokee! We travel often to ski Cat through the season but never knew this little gem was there! Yummmmmmy food! The burgers are sure to make any carnivore happy. The pizzas are the size of a spare tire. I don't just mean the spare of a smart car but the spare of a mid size sedan!! Yeah! I know, that's pretty big. I recommend the Philly steak pizza....forget a Klondike bar, what would I do for one of these!? The fungi of the pizza party is the breaded mushrooms. Ooohhh they're so good. My kids hate mushrooms so I have an order all to myself and I enjoy them like a Mario Bros character trying to level up! The staff has always been friendly to us and had the food ready in reasonable time. We place really big orders. Unlike other restaurants which expect the customer to balance your food on you head like an acrobat as you are fumbling at the door in a manner that is similar to a moth that's beating itself against a light bulb...this staff actually helped my son carry out the food! On our way to Gatlinburg we stopped in at Wize Guyz Grille looking for lunch but something local as well. These Guyz didn't disappoint. I had the OMG Burger and it was probably one of not the best burger I've ever had. Outstanding taste, quality and portion. The fries were also fantastic. The bonus on top of this was the great service. Please stop by Wize Guyz Grille and try it out. I want you to so they are always in business. Amazing customer service and food! We had the supreme pizza and we were not disappointed. We had a meal for three people for $25.

I ordered for delivery .The guy put down the phone after I ordered for around 15 minutes while taking other orders I understand this is a busy place at times...I was patient.....I finally had to hang up and call back.......No answer just a busy signal...Poor customer relations as I was planning on leaving the delivery driver a 25.00 tip to drive a pizza 4 miles......I went to Dominoes and will never patronize this business again. read more

My family frequents Wize Guyz and are never disappointed. The menu, friendly staff, and prices, are great all the way around. Our normal order includes pizza, cheese fries, chicken tenders, and my favorite, the buffalo chicken sandwich. Never been disappointed. Highly recommended!! read more

Great Burgers! If you're not from here it's like five guys but waaaay better. I ordered the Diablo Burger with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese it was really good and everything tasted fresh. They also serve other things like Pizza and wings. The people are nice and most importantly the restaurant was really clean. Definitely would visit NC again just for this spot. read more

Our family was visiting the Cherokee area and was looking at the shops. We came across this restaurant. I will say that the food was good. I had a patty melt with fries. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. The patty melt was good with Texas toast. The environment was clean and the servers were friendly and on top of things. We didn't realize it, but we came in right before closing and ordered. The burger was one of the best I've ever eaten, the fries seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the staff was friendly. The food was good; nothing fancy, but tasty. The two owners, who are brothers, are very friendly and they are great guys. The prices are low and there are specials on pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Not sure how to review this. We were drawn to this place by a yelp review of this business and a hamburger place in the same location. Burger was billed as the best in Cherokee. As it turned out, the place had only one patty left so only one burger was ordered. My son says it was ok.I had a chicken sandwich which was ok as well. Passing through Cherokee after hiking all day lucked up on this gem. There used to a wise guys in Hickory, N.C. After chatting with the manager we found out it's the same place. We tried the wings, burger and a slice of pizza. The wings are great by any standards. The burger was fresh and the best in the area by far. Pizza was great as well. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I have a new favorite place when hiking the smokies now. read more

The food was just ok. It was apparent they used cheaper ingredients (the ranch tasted like bulk-purchased Hidden Valley, the cheesesteak meat was bland and dry). The slice of pizza was neither the best nor worst; we did have to wait for it, but only because they were cooking a whole new pizza. Our food didn't come out at the same time. Also, the smell of cleaning chemicals overpowered the smell of food inside the restaurant. Luckily we didn't expect much coming in. Fabulous! We were not sure about going in because the place was empty, but it turned out to be the best food we had on our Spring Break trip this week! The kids (age 7 & 5) had pizza and a hot dog. They use Nathan's hot dogs & it was huge! The pizza was great as well. My husband & I ordered from the other side of the restaurant, which is called Cherokee Fire Grill. He had a double cheeseburger & I had the bacon cheeseburger. Top quality! All fresh products. And the french fries were awesome. The whole family ate for $22!!!! Best pizza in Cherokee. Always skeptical of most restaurants in Cherokee but this place exceeded expectations. Wow, thoroughly not a happy camper ! Planned well in advance to dine here on Sunday Aug 28th checking hrs listed to be open at 11 AM. Arrived and the place was dark, no lights no one around at 11 AM. Waited around a bit as I had plans for the day. No one showed up so I left. I made a change in plans just to come back that afternoon and they had never opened. If there would have been a sign on the door explaining why they were not there I could have accepted that. But I made travel plans just to dine here and wasted gas traveling to this place twice ! This is certainly not the way to operate a business. Very frustrated and disapointed. read more
