I loved the crispiness of the gyoza dumplings but some people might feel they're too crispy. I had to get the Gyu set again. It comes with Filet Mignon Miso butter, Kalbi, and Shaved Ribeye. It also comes with Shishito Peppers and Mushrooms. You grill these items to your liking. That yuzu butter on those filet mignon medallions is fire. The meat is so tender and I suggest preparing it to medium rare. The kabli comes marinated and it gives it a nice sweet glaze after grilling. I like these with a little char on the edges. The shaved ribeye has no flavor but I like to grill it with a little bit of the dipping sauce poured on it. The service was amazing. Yvette was our waitress again and she's absolutely fabulous.
