I was not impressed. They had no AC in the middle of summer. Insanely hot. And the price tag for quality was not good. Server never even came back to check on us to see if we wanted to order more drinks or food (we totally did it was just impossible to order) ended up leaving to go to another spot.

Feel like it's Chinatown quality in Tribeca w/ Tribeca price. Mongolian Beef - overall was fine but you can tell the beef went through velveting. Tom Kha Noodle Soup w/ Shrimp - nice presentation but with tiny candle the soup just couldn't get hot. We had to just ask them to heat it on the stove and re-serve it in a bowl.

Such a cute little spot for a good drink & delicious food! I came here solo at first then met up with my best friend, I didn't try any food but she said her curry puffs were good (I think that's what it's called). We ordered drinks & sat outside since it was sunny day, oh & our server Icey was the best!

It's a cozy small Asian restaurant. Service was great and the food was delicious. We tried the wonton noodle soup and the sampler ( fried wonton, spicy chicken, fish ball). Definitely come back to try the different dishes.

Wow! Super impressed with this place. Everything was delicious! We went with the kids, and everyone found something (or multiple things) that they liked. Highly recommend the lychee martinis which are just $1 during happy hour. Don't skip out on the dessert, especially the sticky rice and the lavender lemonade.

Wonderful food and great deal for a $1 appetizer! Kept our water full and made a great effort to have the smoky bubble on the drinks!

New favorite Asian fusion spot! Must-try: their signature Typhoon Shelter Lobster -- tossed with golden bits of crispy garlic that add the perfect crunch and addictive umami flavor. It's rich, aromatic, and straight-up unforgettable. If you're a seafood lover, this one's your move. Daily Lunch Special : Entree, salad, and side -- for just $18. And don't sleep on this deal: purchase 1 Satay Sampler, and you'll get 2 FREE drinks (yes, you read that right). Limited time. Whether you're here for the food, the vibes, or the photos (let's be real -- all three), this is the kind of spot you'll be thinking about long after you leave. Fantastic reasonably priced food drinks with very cozy ambiance and very friendly staff. The beef satay was so tender and the lobster was so huge 2 people couldnt finish it!

Service was good and food was overall tasty. Our group came during happy hour and got the $1 drinks ?limit 1 per customer). We ordered the spicy wontons, the lobster drunken noodle, the honey walnut prawns, and the mango sticky rice. The spicy wontons were not spicy at all if you're used to any spice. The lobster drunken noodle was probably the most flavorful. Honey walnut prawns were huge and tasty. Overall would highly recommend this new restaurant for those in the area that want a good ambiance and good food.

Went with a group of six and got a chance to try a lot of dishes. The meal started strong with shumai, spring rolls, and the spicy chicken wrap--all three are must-orders. * Black Pepper Beef - tender beef with a rich sauce and surprisingly delicious potatoes * Orange Chicken - tangy and perfectly sauced * Walnut Prawn - crispy, creamy, and just the right touch of sweetness * Fried Rice - well-seasoned, super comforting and satisfying * Drunken Noodles - bold and saucy, full of wok hei; especially loved the tomato in it The service was excellent, and the space feels modern and cozy. Will definitely go back.

Chicken Pad Thai and Beef Satay.

I went to One World Observatory and wanted to get dinner. I looked on Yelp and found Wok in Duane and had a great meal. Ordered Beef Satay and Chicken Pad Thai, both were awesome. I would recommend to anyone that wanted Asian food at a good value. Server was also so friendly.

The restaurant itself is clean and well lit--a great place to stop by for a good, hearty meal. We ordered the Lanzhou Beef Noodle and Pork Hamburger. I really enjoyed both dishes. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the beef was delicious. I will say that I wish the broth had more flavor, but it did feel light and clean. The pork hamburger came with a good amount of meat, which I appreciated. It was super juicy and flavorful. The service was quick and attentive, and I felt that the prices were reasonable. All in all, super great meal!

The restaurant is near my friend's place. The place was exactly what we were looking for... Inexpensive, cozy and comfortable atmosphere! The place was a little busy, and didn't take reservations, but we were seated immediately. Amazing service and delicious food! The food was fresh and came out fast. Portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. My favorite dish was the Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup, which was delicious and flavorful, and also gluten free, dairy free and soy free. Others had something else I had no interest in to remember the name. Their menu has many options to offer, including gluten free, soy free, and dairy free options. We would come back again and highly recommend you check out this place if you are in Murray Hill Manhattan. My only complaint was that I noticed a male staff member leave the restroom without flushing the toilet, which took away from an otherwise positive dining experience.

The beef soup is clear and light and the noodles have a delightful texture, with a slight chew and good bounce. There's a good portion of braised beef as well. Tender but a bit fatty for my taste, but given the portion it's not going to kill you. Lamb burger ended up as overkill and will be consumed as leftovers but a quick sampling let me know that it's gamey and fatty with strong notes of cumin. Not a bad thing, but something to note for people that might not generally enjoy lamb or cumin. Black pepper beef rice bowl was solid too. Spice wise, you can calibrate accordingly but I'd recommended at least their regular spice level. Decent amount of tenderized but still chewy beef. Both dishes came with a salad of celery, carrot, cucumber, peanuts and seaweed strips in a light sauce. Couldn't quite figure out the sauce but it was lightly tart and refreshing. Space is clean and modern. Neutral wood, well lit. Service is friendly enough. If you dine in, you order at the kiosk and they'll deliver to your table. We had leftovers that they graciously packed up. Solid choice. I hope they stick around as they do bring a different cuisine to the area.

Some of the staff has been here for a while, which tells me it is a well managed operation. Quality is still the focus at TONCHIN. Table comfort is still not. I love to bring my children when not crazy crowded so they can also enjoy one of the best ramen restaurants in the world. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but I haven't found better yet. Summer soupless ramen with perfectly chewy noodles and slightly spicy sauce is a great addition. The vegan ban ban kinoko as well as its chicken version are great also during summer. The maguro is delicious but I don't find it as satisfying as the noodles. Mind spiciness level for the younglings. In the winter, the spicy tantan or Tokyo ramen always hit the spot. Fish bun has been improved slightly over the years but thank ramen-sama, it is always as messy to eat as the first time I tried it 7 years ago. Desserts are surprisingly delicious. Typically Japanese ramen restaurants lack in that domain but not here. The Tokyo banana is perfectly crafted: creamy crunchy tasty. The shaved ice are great and super fun to eat.
