First off Mimi, who was our waitress was fantastic and she explained to us that they had been closed down and reopened and that everything was homemade. We tried eight items off of the dim sum breakfast menu and everyone of the items was perfection. I was stunned by the dumplings. We got some that had shrimp and pork, and there were huge pieces of shrimp inside, and you could tell that they handmade the dumpling. Let's talk about the walnut steamed bun! It is so fantastic.
