I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. I highly recommend using them from my own personal experience.

I was not at home and when I got in touch with them they asked could we come early and I said I was not ready. They said OK we will come at 3:30 PM Because, I was clearing out things in my home to put on the curbside for junkluggers to pick up. I didn't see a call and when I called back no one picked up and they had no voicemail set up. I had to call the person who had called me at 12:36 to have Jared call me back. Jared said could they reschedule. I said all my stuff is out on the curb then he didn't seem to know what to do. He said he'd get in touch with his supervisor and still I have yet to hear back from him. I texted him a video of the stuff on my curb and I called their customer service line number. They couldn't get a hold of anyone. An appointment was confirmed and they accepted the fact that I was not ready and would come at 3:30 PM. So how is it acceptable that it's my appointment time and everyone has already gone home. I just called back the national customer service line and they told me that that pick up had been canceled. I was not informed that that it happened. I would love to speak to the owner and really had high hopes for this working out. Instead, I received the opposite of what I feel most of these reviews say about this company.

No changes of fees or change in how much they figured the items would fill the truck. I really appreciate that and was shocked at how affordable it ended up being. They easily could have arranged the items in such a way that made it look like it filled the entire truck thus costing us more. But they were honorable and I highly recommend their business. I decided to check several hauling companies before settling on Pick Up Haulers. Chris was the…read moreonly company that actually had a verbal conversation with me so we would be on the same page . I had estimates from $200 to over 1K $$$ when I sent out a list of items I anticipated needed to be removed. One of the many things I liked about Pick Up Haulers is that they do their best to sort everything that they pick up and try to recycle it at the appropriate places instead of just taking it all to the landfill. They ended up spending more than a couple of hours lifting and carrying stuff out to their flatbed trailer /they also disassembled a trundle bed and were able to take it in the mattress to the truck . They determine their price based on the amount of space (? Cubic feet )We ended up using about 3/4 of their space on their large flatbed trailer and the fee was just a little over $300. I felt that was very fair for the services provided. Texas in May isn't usually quite as hot & humid as the Friday we moved. I enjoyed Chris and the young man that was his employee. They were very respectful and understood our situation. I would definitely use them again and plan to whenever we decide to move!!
