[[HIGHLIGHT]]Modern tavern with good vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service and atmosphere: Service was very good. The staff were nice and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has country vibes with modern touches both inside and outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are plenty of seating options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]On selected nights there is live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food and drinks: Good selection of traditional BBQ dishes and sides. Our foods were tasty and well served. The restaurant offers open bar with variety of beverages to choose from. Pricing: $$ - standard prices.

We were in the area and had to stop for a quick bite. Service was wonderful and the food always delicious. The sterlings egg rolls were super tasty and of course the Texas Twinkies never disappoints. I love the twice baked potato. It was cheesy and creamy. Husband had Texas Trio and Warm Goat Cheese salad, he said it was so good. Also had the Austin County Two step. My son had the fried shrimp and catfish basket, they were jumbo shrimp and catfish was fresh. We haven't had anything that we didn't like. Will be back again.

This was our first time to visit. We live near HTown. The food was hot and yummy. Fried pickles, ribs and Chicken fried steak. The CFS was one of the best I've had. The meat was tender and not gristly. The gravy was too peppery for me though. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is small town at its finest. Everyone seems to know everyone. It's cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]But the noise level is LOUD. I mean, you can't hear your spouse talking to you from across the booth table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was live music. The singer was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But everyone was yelling over the music and the music was loud over the yelling.....you get the idea Karla was our server. She was perfect. Professional and friendly. We will return and have told friends about it already.

Looked like everyone in Sealy was eating there tonight![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You don't have to wait if you sit outside and the server was super fast and kind. The food was delicious and large portions. Goat cheese salad, but does not have any goat cheese!

Let me first say that I love Wolfpack, but after yesterday I will never go back there again. I ordered a to go order and I get there and I waited over an hour for my food. The manager felt bad and took off money from the original bill. I was like cool that's great, but then I get home and what I ordered was all wrong and even the salad that is called goat cheese had absolutely no goat cheese in it! Burgers were wrong and the service was just horrible. They need to get some hostesses that actually know what they're doing!

My mistake was picking up food to go. It's never the same when you get it to go. The food was slightly cold by the time I got home and I only live 5 minutes away. The service was scattered. When I placed my order, I felt hurried and I had to call back for a price and eta of food. When I arrived, I was promptly serviced so that's a plus and the place was packed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance felt relaxed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On to the food: I ordered a single burger with cheese, it came with fries. All good. I picked up an order of fried shrimp. All good I also picked up a chicken fried steak, unfortunately, no gravy! My brother said the steak had a good flavor so I'm looking forward to trying it in person. All in all, it was a decent experience.

Stopped through for lunch while traveling back through from Columbus to Tomball. We were originally checking out Lucy's around the corner but as soon as we sat down and found the outrageous prices (over $20 fora wedge salad ) we hopped right up and thank goodness we found this trendy rustic barbecue spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What a great and spacious spot. There's indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff are all so friendly so I can certainly see why all of Sealy hangs out there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved that they have the smokers right at the front where you smell the smokiness as you enter which is also where the outdoor seating is.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I even saw a few people approach the cook so it looks like they're open to showing things and answering questions. The food came out quickly, fresh and hot. All the food had lots of punches of flavor. The crawfish were a good size and burgers were filling. We did ask for medium well however and they were more on the well side but that didn't hurt it too much. Plus, the Wolfpack sauce helped put it on another level and the fries, delicious! Perfectly crisp outside and dusted perfectly with seasoning. Definitely a great find and if we travel through again we'll be sure to be back.

We tried this place after going on a fishing trip today. The waitress was very attentive. She sat us quickly and her followup was great. When my water cup got low she was right there with another one. She checked in a few times to see how we liked the food and everything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location has a nice tavern feel. I told my friend it didnt feel like a "tavern" which is really just given the name due to a dive bar feel with random furniture strewn about. This place actually felt like a tavern and good place to grab food and drinks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a variety of oldies and country music played not too loud, but loud enough to hear what was playing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On to the food. The texas twinkies got a chefs kiss from me. The jalapeno had some heat to it but it wasnt unbearable. The bacon wrapped around was crispy, the brisket and cream cheese mis was great also. My friend and I visited this place because of the reviews on the chicken fried steak and it did not disappoint. The steak used was juicy and tender. The breading was flavorful and it just meshed really well together and with the white gravy it was what you want when you think about a really good chicken fried steak. The mashed potatoes and green beans taste like home cooking. Buttery potatoes with soft, but not too soft green beans. Overall great dish and great place to dine.

Nemo was our waiter and he was great. Had the Texas twinkies and they did not disappoint. Crab and shrimp boil was very good. Not very spicy, but the crab was super nice. Hurricane was delish. Our party also got the smoked meatloaf, a half rack of ribs and the chicken fried steak. All got 5 Stars from the fellas. The ribs were bomb (I traded for a couple. Worth it.)

Was told by neighbors in Houston that this place was a phenomenal destination restaurant, especially referring to their Chicken Fried Steak Entree. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any more information regarding how to access the restaurant given that I couldn't walk up stairs. We had to get it to go as a result. The Chicken Fried Steak was priced well. Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans were very good. It comes with creamed gravy which was good. I just asked for ours on the side. Would have loved to go in but no one could explain handicap access.

We chose to sit inside because there was an actual band playing live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While we waited for our indoor table we noticed lots of people were coming in to pick up to go orders of crawfish. So it being crawfish season, we had to try! We started off with two pounds of crawfish, there are two options. Definitely recommend the messy option! Crawfish were big sized and fresh. We tried the wood grilled chicken with a side salad and green beans and it was absolutely phenomenal!! Would return a million times just for this plate! We also had the lemon pepper wings, the bird and the 3 beautiful tacos. All plates were delicious! Giving this place 4 stars due to service. Waiter never came back to clean our table, we cleaned it ourselves. Waiter spilled glasses of water from tray onto our table, did not ask for buffalo sauce options on the bird sandwich, would take too long to return to check on us and would constantly have to remind her to bring the things we'd already asked her for. We would return for the food and the ambiance! Hoping for better service next time!

Recently visited wolf pack and was a little disappointed in the service, temperature and the food! Service was slower than normal and I know it's summer but your main dining room should be at a reasonable temperature. Unfortunately it was blazing in front dining room. The biggest disappointment was the food I ordered the 8oz Top Sirloin. This had to of been the most unseasoned, toughest piece of steak I've had in a long time. I had very high hopes because many people have told me their steaks are to die for but I couldn't not agree. I even went as far as asking for A1 sauce. I didn't not let the manager or server know because I was hungry and in a rush but I will definitely not order any steaks from this place going forward.

We were in the mood for burgers on our way to San Antonio and decided to go off the beaten path a bit to try this place and we were not disappointed . We came in a little after the lunch crowd but the burgers were still super fresh. I love a juicy cheeseburger and these fit the bill perfectly. My fries were cooked to crispy perfection. We enjoyed the old metal building feel of the place. We'll definitely stop here again on our travels read more

We booked our company Christmas party here! They really took care of us. Not to mention we had the whole place to ourselves. We booked it on a Tuesday night when they are usually closed. Get the Brisket Fries (like nachos but fries so waayyy better) and I forgot to snap a pic of the cheese curds but the best ones I've ever had. These are like little tiny cheese sticks, not like any other cheese curd I've ever had. They're addicting and it's very easy to eat a whole basket on your own. Take away one star just because the margarita still needs some work, but I like the atmosphere it's always very friendly. read more

We found the food to be mediocre. We were there for lunch and learned that grilled items are available only after 4 on weekdays. We ordered the chicken fried steak as we had heard it was top quality ~ mine was gristly and not all that flavorful. The gravy was thin and not very tasty. The CFS entree comes with green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans did not look or taste fresh. Again, it was just okay, but nothing we would go back for, especially as there is a wonderful restaurant much closer to us that offers many more menus options and much better food. read more

I'm a local, have visited Wolf Pack many times in the past, but will probably not choose to go back again. I will caveat by saying the food is good, and if you have two hours for lunch with nothing better to do, then this is the place to go. However, if you want good quality service, wait staff that are attentive and maybe remotely care, or you want your food to come out well prepared and in a timely manner, I would strongly consider other options. For our party of 5, lunch took over two hours and we left with one person giving up on food. Just not a good experience. read more

What a hidden gem! We were headed to Austin and wanted to stop for lunch somewhere, so worth the detour! If this place was closer to home it be my go to place with hubby! The staff was fast, knowledgeable, friendly and owner recommended the best chilaquiles for brunch! Sad I didn't get to try more stuff but I'll be back for more. Review of Wolf Pack Firegrill Tavern in Sealy Texas We were there ,asked to wait 15 minutes, no problem, we sat at the bar waiting to be called, after 30 minutes we asked one of the bartenders to check to see if they got our number wrong, the hostess had forgotten we were waiting, we finally were given a table, where we sat for over 30 minutes and never had a waiter or waitress come to our table. I thought maybe because we had drinks and an appetizer from our wait at the bar, they ignored us, we asked both a waitress who walked by and the hostess to please get us a waiter, 10 minutes went by and no one came, finally we saw one of the owner/ managers and told him about time we were waiting and ( it was not that busy) he said sorry, unacceptable , would get someone to take our order. 5 plus minutes and finally he brought someone, took our order and then wait for food was another 30 plus minutes. We were told salad would be out right away, 15 minutes and she had to go back and check on it. We really thought about leaving, but we were both hungry and had driven from Katy , just to try them out , as we had seen them on Eat Like a Local on channel 2 Houston ! No one offered water either ! No salt and pepper on table! When food finally came, there was a steak knife for the chicken fried steak, but not the bone in pork chop ! The pork chop had a good flavor, but was a bit dry, could have benefited from some applesauce or dipping sauce of some kind. The chicken fried steak was underwhelming, as it was not crispy as stated on show, the " cream gravy " was watery and very salty and poured over the steak ! The service at bar was excellent, bartenders were attentive and friendly! There was a Hispanic lady bussing tables and she was first one to acknowledge we needed help and even refilled my lemonade and got us a to go box for our appetizer, which were good( Texas Twinkies). She also told the waitress that finally came to us that the time we had waited for help was unacceptable and No Good ! Overall, I was very disappointed! We both were waiters in our younger days and I cook meals from scratch and know what things should be, but we like to watch the shows that show local restaurants and then go on the weekends to try them, and if good, we return many times and with groups of family. I wish I could say my experience was great, but it wasn't. And I really wanted it to be great , as it was my choice for dinner for Saturday before Mother's Day ! But on bright side, after walking around town a bit , we found a little restaurant , Mesquite Mexican Grill. Service was excellent and food good too. We will return there. Waiters served with a smile and conversation , seated right away , great little place. read more

Took the wife out Saturday for crawfish. Best crawfish around, margarita on the rocks not so good. We have had our share of margaritas. We have not had one bad experience coming here. We had a friend recommend trying it after I told her I was having trouble finding good crawfish. Our first time eating at Wolf Pack, Danna was our server and she was great. We just got home from another trip, and it was our best experience yet. Landon was our server and he was amazing. Very personable, on top of it the whole time, and even took time to help my kiddo get logged into the WiFi. Dave, the general manager, came to check on us and we couldn't say anything bad. I felt like the few suggestions we had he took to heart and really cares about the experience of his customers. He has a lot of good ideas that I think will do well for the restaurant. As a celiac, I'm sad crawfish season is almost over because I'm not sure what else I can eat there. My kid loves their burgers and sweet potato fries. Husband likes the different appetizer options and enjoyed the crab cake sandwich on the jalapeño sourdough bread. Give it a try. If you're disappointed, it's probably an issue on your end. read more

Lets call the atmosphere "Rustic". Food is down home Texan. The hamburgers were outstanding. Service was what one would expect in a small Texas town: friendly! And very important, the bathroom was clean. Lots of families were there for supper. Good Job! read more

The food here is wonderful, my husband & I would come for the fried cheese curds appetizer alone, but everything else we've tried has been delicious as well. I like that the old building was kept intact & they did not try to modernize too much. The bar has a good selection of beers & other drinks (I like the Bloody Mary, personally). The only problem is parking; downtown Sealy is relatively small, so sometimes you have to park pretty far from the restaurant. read more

The food was EXCELLENT. The ribeyes were as good or better than most fancy steakhouses, and the sides were generous and delicious. The peach crisp tasted like something our Grammas would have made. We are frequent Wolfpack customers, and while we were sitting at our table, we opened up the google page to add a photo of our food & noticed a recent review about a girl with "chipped blue finger nails" Turns out we got the "chipped blue fingernails nails" girl today, and her name is Alaina- she was OUTSTANDING, we have had her few times and she is always super personable and friendly. We mentioned the review and she said she heard about it this morning and was so upset and shocked by it, she said she's never had a bad review... and we believe her! She is one of the best they have, so I'm just coming on here to let everyone know sometimes people have bad days and we should show grace, I wasn't here yesterday nor do I know how she treated the customers at that table, but I just don't believe this server would act in such a manner to be called names. The food is always great, sometimes the spice is off, and is a little too spicy, (which is why my go to is the turkey Club!) so we understand that part of the review. It wasn't very busy when we were there today, but all the servers were out and tending to their tables! Love Wolfpack and the team they have right now! We Will be back many more times!! read more

Just got home from the best crawfish EVER!!! Gracie at the bar, can't be beat! Love her smile and service!! Julia took care of 4 high maintenance individuals like it was a day at the beach!! Had the opportunity to return to Wolf Pack on our way to San Antonio. This time we were able to try the Blackened shrimp BLT on sourdough bread with seasoned French fries and the wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. Good service, good food nice ambiance for this cute small town restaurant. The manager actually came over to ask our opinion about the quality and amount of food for the price. My family and I absolutely love this restaurant. It is definitely worth the drive to Sealy. I always order the hamburger with cheese. It is one of the best tasting burgers I have had. Our waitress are always so nice and friendly. Last time we ate there the weather was so nice. They had the garage style doors opened to let the fresh air in. read more

Food is great, save room for the banana pudding. Service is friendly and fast. The only drawback is the parking, you may have to park in the downtown area and walk but after eating one of their delicious burgers a little walk would probably be ok. If you know the area there's not much you can do about that. read more

This is a really cool spot but PSA they are not friendly to young kids. There is not a changing table in either restroom. I was forced to change my sons diaper on the tailgate of our truck in 100 degree weather. Very disappointing. Especially in a small town. You should probably be completely family friendly. read more

Friendly staff. Food was fantastic. Very spacious inside and not too loud. I got the goat cheese salad and I cleaned my plate. We went on a Sunday after church so it was very busy which resulted in service being a little bit slow. Dog friendly patio which was amazing considering we were rolling through town.
