A big fat liar! Our…read morehouse is in escrow. We have a brand new Mitsubishi heat pump system Tyler installed for $25,000.00 eight months ago. The problem is it failed buyers inspection because it doesn't heat or cool. The following day Tyler recharges the system, certifies it "no leaks" and lies about an advanced diagnostics. Four days later our agent reports the system isn't working again. The buyer is spooked so we let them extend a contingency for the Mitsubishi heat pump to keep the deal together. Tyler says stop calling me. Two companies inspect the system and report the refrigerant is gone. On paper we have 16 months left of our RMR "Diamond Dealer" warranty. But I'm spending thousands on emergency repair services because Tyler can't be bothered and doesn't stand behind his work. Sort of unsurprising at this point but if you actually call Mitsubishi he's not a Diamond Dealer, he's not associated with them at all. This review stays up until Tyler decides to warranty his work.

They cleaned up at the end of each day and took every precaution to prevent any damage to walls, etc., during installation of heavy and awkward water heaters and furnaces on both the main and second levels. Reached out through Yelp looking for routine maintenance on our 2-year-old ductless mini-split…read moresystem. They gave me a good quote and I gave then the job. I then asked if they could also quote me on routine maintenance for our furnace. They could have easily charged me for an added service, but told me they had a fall special for doing both jobs together that was $30 less than what they had quoted me for just the HVAC work! Says a lot about them, I think. Of course, it's the actual work that matters most. My service tech, Matt, called enroute and gave me an accurate time of arrival. He was very professional and even showed how to do periodic cleaning. He found a leak in our furnace that needed a small repair. He did the repair with no additional charge. This company is great. I've already put them in my calendar for next year's routine maintenance and I would definitely call them if I had any other issue before then.
