I had an absolutely horrific experience here. I went in to get my SNS Nails removed. I have finally grown my nails out long enough to where I wanted to return to normal polish. I sat down with the lady I think she called herself Nancy. I could be way off though. Anyway when she went to remove the SNS she grabbed the cuticle clippers in an attempt to pry them off, instead of taking them off the right way. she broke my nail. It was so very painful. I told her that she just broke my nail and she argued with me saying that she did not break my nail. She proceeded to pry the SNS off again when I stopped her and told her if that was the way she was going to remove them, I did not want it done. She finally started to do it the right way. She argued with me again without me even saying anything that she did not break my nail. I told her yes she did break my nail. She proceeded to remove my nails the correct way. Literally three or four times she has said that she did not break my nail. She filed my nail and asked me where it was broken. I showed her the visible line where the nail break was. She filed that part again and asked me again where she broke nail. I showed her again the very visible line where she broke my nail. She filed it yet a third time and asked me where she broke nail. It was really redundant. As soon as I went outside and got into my car the entire top of that nail came off. I was really disappointed. It took me 2 months to get the nails to the length that I wanted and in one Fail Swoop, because she didn't want to do her job the right way, she broke it. To top it off she was incredibly rude about it the whole entire time. I will absolutely never ever go back. read more

So i went in to get my eyebrows done and i showed the lady a picture of how i want them. (Iv gotten them done the same way for years) . And when she was done they where still thick and when i asked her to make them thinner she said she cant bc she will take to much hair off. Im sorry but i know what i want and iv been getting them done the same way n she tells me that she cant do it are you serious. I will never come here bc they they don't care what you say. read more

I was a huge fan of the prices and in general they did a good job on my gel manicure $25. The polish on my pedicure turned out great but the scrub of the heel/foot was not 100%. The person doing it was looking around like she was distracted and sometimes the brush missed my foot and she was scrubbing the tub. When I get a pedicure done I want a good scrub to get the nasty skin off my feet! The reason why I won't ever return here was because of my conversation experience with John. He didn't start conversation with me immediately, which didn't bother me until he was yelling at a girl, who I assume was a young family member, that he would "bash that guy's head in if he didn't address mom or I the next time he walks in here". He was referring to a guy who walked into the salon for something and talked to the young family member and then left. I felt that it was shocking for him to say in front of customers and it gave me a disturbing feeling. Through other conversation he stated things such as: he doesn't like Southern California because it has too much white supremacy, he asked if my boyfriend was white (why does it matter?) and that he wants to move to a state that is 0% black people, which is extremely gutsy for him to say to a customer. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and couldn't wait to get out of there. I'll never go back and I've told some friends never to go there. read more

Two starts for the pretty chairs and prices. It was my first time here. I wanted a french tip pedicure and ended up so unhappy. She cut me pretty good, I was bleeding and the blue stuff she put on it stung like a Bee. I get it, mistakes happen. Not the first time I've been nicked. When I first sat down I was super specific on a couple of nails I have that grow crooked but if you follow the curve of my toes and not the nail they come out very nice. She started the French tips process and they lines were akwardly thick and crooked. No matter what I said or how I tried to explain she couldn't get it right. If I wasn't 6 months pregnant I could have cut my own nails correctly. I gave up and had her just do a solid color, which I hate. I always do french. :/ my nails are still totally crooked. I don't understand how it takes me 2 minutes to cut my nails staight but a pro cant. Seriously dissapointed. But here I am, stuck not being able to comfortably do my own toes till after my son is born. read more

Best nail salon I have been too since moving here 11 years ago. They do a fantastic job, take extra time with you and their prices are amazing low! I have paid 3 or 4 times the price for the services they offer and I'm never disappointed. I love the fact they don't try to oversell you on make you feel like you need to spend more. I walk in and I don't even need to tell them what I want. The staff always remembers me and does exactly what I want plus more. The best part is when you go to pay you are shocked at how little you are paying for the superior service. I don't have to save up for a pedicure and other services anymore because their prices are so reasonable. read more

I really like the place but everytime I tell Tammy I want something diff she kept telling me its extra this extra that. I asked for a matte top coat, and she said its gonna be extra like wtf? Who does that? I thought I could pick what kind of coat I want. Also, I was only supposed to be charged $35 bc it was a full set acrylic gel but I was charged $40 instead and wasn't given the heads up. Never coming back here. read more

I would rather give this place zero stars! It all started with my appointment I had with Delilah. My appointment was sent for 11am, I was not serviced till 11:30am. because her appointment that she before ran late. I did not mind waiting but then I was told during my appointment she could only do my pedicure and somebody else would have to do my manicure because she had somebody after me! WTF? First red flag...I use to think of Delilah being professional. Decided to give her a second chance. Had a appointment with her today at 9am, even called twice during the week to confirm with Nancy! Went into the shop today and she never showed up for work. Not to mention this shops owner and staff always open the shop late! Numerous occasions this has happened on weekend. I didn't even get a courteous call to let me know my appointment was cancelled! I just got some stupid remark because everyone there is related....and I quote my brother has her home watching the kids! Very unprofessional!!! I will never come to this shop again!!!!!!! read more

Today was my first time coming here. I wanted a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was so relaxing. Water temp was perfect. I barely felt the trimming of my nails or the removal of callouses. Dat did my full set of pink and white nails. They look absolutely amazing. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home. Don't waste your time here! With so many nail places around you can go to don't bother stopping at this one. I had a gift certificate for this place or else I wouldn't have went. I had tried the place twice before and they didn't do a good job, but I was like what the heck I will go rather than let the certificate go to waste. Big mistake..next time I will just toss the certificate than go here again. I stopped in at 1:15 and told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure because that's what the certificate was for they asked me to come back at 4:00 so I said okay I could. When I returned they said pick my polish which I chose two and then they took me back to a spa chair (which didn't massage, apparently none of the chairs do...spa?). I waited 30 minutes before they filled the foot tub with water so I could have just come back at 4:30 at this point. After my pedicure I'm waiting for them to do the manicure and by this time it's 5:50 and they said what are you waiting for, I tell them the manicure and they were like oh I didn't understand that you wanted both (this is after making the appt., picking two polishes, handing them to the lady and everything). They told me okay we can still do your manicure and so at 6:15 the lady started my manicure and was done within 10 minutes (she actually asked me if I wanted to skip the lotion and the massage and just move on to the polish)! This place is horrible!! Never going back! Tried it for the first time this weekend because I wanted to find a place close to home. I had three people work on me and it took almost 2 and 1/2 hrs to get out of there! All I was supposed to get was gel on my nails and a pedicure. The place that I normally go to removes the gel by soaking cotton balls with acetone and placing them on my nails until the gel just rubs off. This place uses their little filing tool to remove the gel and the top three layers of my nail as well. I had gel on my toes also and when the lady was trying to take it off her tool slipped of my toenail and scraped of some skin on my toe making me bleed. Then this guy sat down to do my pedicure and proceeded to cut my other toe with the nail clippers making bleed yet again. Unfortunatly it wasn't until then that I realized that all the tools he was using were just taken out of a plastic Tupperware from the little cart he had rolled over to my chair. I don't even know if those clippers were sanitized before he cut me. The place that I usually go to has everything sealed in a bag like a syringe comes in at the doctors office. Every time I go there the girl opens up the bag in front of me. And the one girl does both my fill and my pedicure herself and it does not take 2 and 1/2 hrs. I had been going here for a couple of years until one time the owners husband did my nails. I don't know if he actually has a license, but he never soaked my nails, just started using a dremel on them. He filed them all crooked, no two were the same. My nails were jagged and he began putting polish on them...he didn't wait for them to dry and applied another coat and then the top coat. They were sticky/tacky to the touch even the next day. They looked BETTER when I walked in! I was a little stunned at the crappy service, but let it go. Next day I called and they said to come in and they would fix them. The owner looked at my hands and looked very annoyed! I even went back (and unfortunately got the same man) for pedi.. it was awful.. he clipped me a couple of times to the point of bleeding... I went there after these incidents, but had to specify NOT THE MAN!!.. I have changed places since then. Too bad, till those couple of experiences I really liked the place..and the service..So my rating is about the Shop...the Older Man? doesn't get a star! read more
