I would say that the pedicure is worth the price, however during this time with everything going on the world this is not the place for safety and relaxing. They have you sign COVID waiver and take your temp yet let some customers (maybe regulars) come in and sit for service without masks. And they aren't taking everyone's temperatures. If you take mine you should take everyone's. Also owner is speaking with clients about politics. They should keep there opinions to themselves. Now I have to sit here and listens to their clients views and their views the whole time I'm here. Not what I came in for. read more

The WORST experience i have ever had in a nail salon so far. The main lady made my sister and i feel sooo uncomfortable and we walked out feeling belittled and upset with our nails. This started when the lady asked if we wanted gel nail polish and we said no bc we already spent so much on other stuff for a trip we were taking. She got upset and became really rude. She didn't even clean my cuticles. At first she said shed give me a $5 discount bc i broughy her a new customer but she ended up charging me $61 for our nails although my sister's were tiny and mine werent even long and they didnt warn us about the charges for the "shapes" and the "lengths ". Id be whatever about it if THE NAILS ACTUALLY LASTED but literally the smudged and she told me it was MY fault bc i wouldn't get gel and kept repeating the whole gel thing. I felt upset bc what tje hell am i supposed to do? Be greatful you even have customers! Some people are so greedy! Sorry im not a billionaire. Not all of us can afford freakim gel 24/7. My nails dont even LOOK likw they were cleaned. She said it was my fault but 1)cuticles are still nasty 2)the nail polish was obviously old, im not dumb, i know old nail polish when i see it. Anotjer thing, within a DAY my sisters nail FELL OFF. It literally just fell off. I want a refund sooo bad. Horrible experience, awful quality. Even worse bc it was supposed to be a relaxing bonding time for my sister, instead we felt attacked just bc we couldnt get gel. I want a refund and my nails feel so gross bc they werent cleaned right amd theyre all nasty amd messy that i just wanna take them off. read more

Went in to get acrylics, left completely unsatisfied. The guy doing my nails rushed through the whole process, cut my fingers a few times, and barely even shaped them after he cut the length so now they're sharp and uneven. There's also black specks and bubbles all over them. My sister also got her nails done, they told her it would be 20 dollars, but charged her 35. I definitely would not recommend going here, never going back. This is why I have trust issues. read more

First time at this salon, NOT my first time getting a gel manicure. I was sat down at a pedicure chair and was only given three of the color wheels to choose from. So that was only about 60 colors that I was offered to choose from. They might have more, but that was all I was given. The lady that worked on my pedicure and manicure seemed like she didn't have much experience. She also did not seem to understand any English. The bad: She cut my right big toe nail crooked. When I pointed this out to her, another employee had to translate and said it was cut that way because my toe was crooked. She fixed it after I insisted that I would prefer my toe nail to not be crooked also. I asked for a gel manicure with a blue polish. She started to paint the entire nail blue. When I stopped her and pointed out the mistake, she seemed to get a bit upset and started to speak to her coworker. I didn't understand what was the big deal. The nail hasn't been under the light yet and it was just a few strokes on one nail. She didn't seem to realize that she can just clean it off with alcohol. Another issue was the Polish was very sheer. I voiced my concern but was convinced to just do a few coats of it and it might get more opaque. So she did two coats of the blue then cured it. I was still able to see right through the polish and see my nail bed so got two more coats. That still wasn't quite right still so got one more coat. Even another worker came by to check and said I could use one more coat. So that is one base coat, five coats of color, and one top coat. Grand total of SEVEN COATS. Now I am finally done... But now my skin on the sides of my nails are stuck to the gel. This is an easy fix with a little filing down of the excess gel. Unfortunately she didn't know how to do that either. She was so gentle, she went through the motion of filing but didn't actually do anything. Another worker again had to step in and finish off this simple task. It has been only three days and there are already signs of some lifting. At check out I finally met Dat. He gave me his card and told me to call and make an appointment with him next time and he'll "do it right." I was not shy about my issues. The entire shop probably knew I was having issues. Would've been nice if Dat would've come over to see what was going on. He didn't even asked to see my nails at all. The good: Even though my tech lacked skills with gel polish, she was very gentle. She did a pretty good scrub and massage on my feet. Her line for the French tips were very clean and even. Hopefully they will give her more training because she seemed very sweet. read more

My first time going there today, I went because of the reviews I read on yelp which were the absolute truth! This is by far the BEST nail salon I have been to since moving to this area a year ago. Very customer friendly, Dat listened to exactly what I was looking for and I was not disappointed. I also got a pedicure which was fabulous - I had been having pain in my big toes and never knew the reason - I had ingrown toe nails, no one had ever told me that - Mia removed them finished the pedicure and now my toes feel wonderful. I recommend this nail salon you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is upbeat - you feel the positive energy not just from those that work there but also from the customers. This wasn't a bad place at ALL! And I have great service from the owner and another lady. The owner took off my old acrylics, put on new ones with a design, and had the lady do my pedicure for only $30!!!!! But - I left feeling fantastic. Then over the next few days, I developed a very bad toe infection. White puss and blood was oozing out. I didn't go to the doctor because I don't have insurance but I've never had a toe infection before, and unfortunately the lady that was doing my toenails was extra rough on my left big toe. She was scraping the side of my dead skin, and I think she might have cut my nail so that it ended up growing into my toenail. I still love this place, and I do plan on coming back. My toe is healing. Hopefully it heals soon enough for me to make an appointment soon! read more

Walked in and was greeted by dat and his mother nancy. I was helped in about 5 min and so was my mother. Nancy did my full set and she did an amazing jon. She did and very clean work on them. I moved on to mai because she was the one doing my pedicure she was super gentle, it was a very pleasant pedi the only thing was that my french tip on my toes wasnt as sharp but I suppose that could have been me for moving. I went there today and before going in I called to make sure they had availability. The woman On The phone said to go in at 1pm. So I did. I picked my colors and sat down. A few minutes after a woman came in who also had an appointment. We both got put in the pedicure chairs at the same time. But for some reason I sat there for 40mins while the woman who also sat down got her pedicure. So 40 mins later when mine started everything went fine until the very end when apparently a regular walked in because all I needed was a top coat and the woman doing my nails proceeded to do her entire nails while I waited for a top coat!! The only reason I gave any stars was because my nails look ok, but I have never been treated so poorly. I will not be returning the this establishment! read more

I had an absolutely horrific experience here. I went in to get my SNS Nails removed. I have finally grown my nails out long enough to where I wanted to return to normal polish. I sat down with the lady I think she called herself Nancy. I could be way off though. Anyway when she went to remove the SNS she grabbed the cuticle clippers in an attempt to pry them off, instead of taking them off the right way. she broke my nail. It was so very painful. I told her that she just broke my nail and she argued with me saying that she did not break my nail. She proceeded to pry the SNS off again when I stopped her and told her if that was the way she was going to remove them, I did not want it done. She finally started to do it the right way. She argued with me again without me even saying anything that she did not break my nail. I told her yes she did break my nail. She proceeded to remove my nails the correct way. Literally three or four times she has said that she did not break my nail. She filed my nail and asked me where it was broken. I showed her the visible line where the nail break was. She filed that part again and asked me again where she broke nail. I showed her again the very visible line where she broke my nail. She filed it yet a third time and asked me where she broke nail. It was really redundant. As soon as I went outside and got into my car the entire top of that nail came off. I was really disappointed. It took me 2 months to get the nails to the length that I wanted and in one Fail Swoop, because she didn't want to do her job the right way, she broke it. To top it off she was incredibly rude about it the whole entire time. I will absolutely never ever go back. read more
