Crispy chili garlic noodles - $16
    Jennifer P.

First of all the staff is phenomenal and super friendly. Unfortunately, we came here to eat not to socialize. The ambiance at Prescott Market depends on the day and time you go. We came on a Monday afternoon around 2pm so it wasn't at all crowded and actually very quiet. Later in the week you can catch more people, longer lines and a more upbeat vibe. Especially during the lunch hour! I wanted to love this place, and I did love the honey sesame chicken and bok choy. The chicken was mostly chicken, not mostly breading like you'll find elsewhere. Sauce was delicious and not too sweet. I don't know what's up with the rice here but it tasted instant or like it came precooked out of a bag. It had a synthetic, plastic tase to it. Considering that it's a staple ingredient in most of their dishes, that is an EPIC FAIL on part of this establishment. The siu mai was nothing like what you'd find at a dim sum restaurant, and tasted more like what you'd find in a freezer section. The noodles are grossly overpriced to have no veggies or protein. The portion size however is fantastic. The flavor was great and the spice level was excellent (most places say spicy and I'm underwhelmed). If I ever return, I need to sample the rice before I order. There's no reason to not be using jasmine rice or something similar that is made on site.

Stopped by after finding the food market and saw their premade food display. What stood out to me was the funtuan Vietnamese sticky rice roll. The roll was really good and nicely stuffed, but I would have preferred a little more filling with the pork floss and sausage ratio compared to the donut. I would love to come back and try some of their other items next time.

Hello Everyone, on 4/18/2026, my wife and I went to the Prescott Market and had a great experience. We ate food from FOB West and Woo Can Cook.I got the kimchi fried rice and a chocolate chip cookie from "Woo Can Cook."My wife got a non-alcoholic tai basil ginger mojito. The service was good and the food was great. The seating is excellent, with indoor and outdoor seating. The only complaint I had was the portion size of the rice. Other than that I would most definitely give them a try. All in all I gave Woo can Cook four stars

This eatery is located inside the Prescott Market food hall, with a casual atmosphere and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It was easy to order for pickup online with a 15-minute wait for the food, but there was also no line to order when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Service was not exactly friendly, but it was sufficient. Got the crispy bacon fried rice bowl (child version with no spice). It was served hot, with a hefty portion size good for sharing. The ingredients (chicken, bacon, egg, peas, carrots) were cut very small, and the bacon isn't really "crispy", however the flavor of the dish was fine, and the rice was certainly filling. More protein would be nice, but it wasn't bad.

Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice Bowl

Prescott Market is impressive ~ I love how each vendor brings a little something different and innovative to the table like Woo Can Cook. My friend and I ordered the Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice Bowl and it was super flavorful. With beautiful chunks of moist chicken, sweet corn, and definitely packing the heat with the Thai chiles..oooo wee my tastebuds were dancing! Other fun menu items include the Crispy Kimchi Bacon Fried Rice Bowl and don't forget to check the weekly specials. Essentially you can also turn any fried rice bowl into a burrito too which seems to be super popular (all items served in to-go packaging). They also have drinks (NA) to-go and a kiddo menu with rice that's only seasoned with soy sauce. Love that! We ordered from a QR code on our table, but walk-up service is open too. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of areas indoor/outdoor to enjoy your meal. There's also a parking lot (it gets busy as the day progresses, fyi!) and street parking available as well. Pricing is fair, would def try one of the wraps next time.

Bok choi chicken noodles..where's the chicken? Wtf

Bok choi chicken noodles basically have no chicken just so you know before ordering. If i took the time to pick out these tiny pieces. They would be under 1 oz. Very disappointing .

Stopped in here for a quick look and decided on one of their Non-Alcoholic drinks: Thai Basil Ginger Mojito $8. It was a refreshing and aromatic drink with a creative take on mojito (no mint involved). I definitely liked the substitute of Thai Basil with the candied Ginger bite on the mixing stick. I'll definitely return on a weekday during happy hours to try their HH specials ($5 for beers, Mexican coca cola, seltzer water or grass jelly. $8 apppetizers) and one of their weekly special stir-fry entrees. Love that they have Mexican coca-cola here too.

I checked this place out the day before the grand opening of Prescott Market, which is basically a food court. How could I not try it out with such an adorable logo? I ordered the Crispy Bacon Bowl, thinking that it would taste most similar to a typical fried rice, which is not spicy. However, this dish was a little spicy, which was disappointing, but I muscled through (since I've started getting slightly better at handling spicy food). The temperature of the food stayed slightly too hot the whole time I was eating it. I had asked them to put it in my clean glass container (see Eco Notes below), so I wonder if it was the glass that kept it so hot. The meat was good, but the fried rice was a little oilier than I like. I thought the flavor was decent, but upon reflection, it was really carried by the bacon and the spice. Unfortunately, the next day, it didn't really taste good as leftovers. Overall, while I was happy they accepted my clean glass container, the experience of the fried rice was just okay. Hopefully, it will get better after Prescott Market's grand opening. ECO NOTES (Dine-In) Technically, they would've provided the food in single-use disposable containers even if I ate in the food court. Fortunately, after I asked, they put the food in my clean glass container, which means they accept Bring Your Own (BYO) containers.

Woo Can't Cook. Ordered the General Tso & Spicy kimchi noodles. The general Tso with "fried rice" was incredibly salty and greasy. The fried rice was just rice oil & a hint of egg (no vegetables or anything). The kimchi noodles were oil with a side of noodles. $40 bucks for garbage. Food was so bad I returned it after the first bite. Of course they denied to provide a refund.

Absolutely delish ! I been craving a good fried rice and this hit the spot ! We got the Thai basil and bacon Kim chi . 5/5 I would def come back for more in the future ! It was so flavorful and the right amount of everything. Get in my tummy !!!

Huge portions and bomb Asian food! Highly recommend trying something off the special menu as they've been so delicious each time. I wish they kept the Mapu Tofu as a staple on the menu because it's the best I've ever had!

This time, we ordered a few dishes to try - the classic sesame paste noodles, Shan Dong chicken, the fried rice with shrimp, and the hot spicy eggplant. Since we did order delivery on a busy Saturday night, it took a little over an hour for our food to arrive. The food was expertly packed and we were given plenty of utensils and napkins. The sesame paste noodles are one of my favorite dishes here, there's a balance of sweet and salty offered in the creamy sesame paste sauce that's so addicting. I've always been a big fan of the hand-pulled noodles which are thick, bouncy and chewy. The Shan Dong chicken is deep fried and coated in a delicious sauce. It is more of the sweeter side if you're looking for something that's spicy. I appreciate that we were given large pieces as well! The fried rice with shrimp is amazing - I love the crunch of the green onion, the softness of the fried egg, and the texture of the rice and veggies which weren't soggy and still held a nice bite. Last but not least, the hot spicy eggplant was a great choice because it's usually the trickier dish to cook as eggplant can turn really soft and mushy. I was delighted that with the way it was prepared, the large eggplant pieces still held a tender texture that did not fall apart. I also enjoyed the sauce that was paired with the eggplant, which is oyster-sauce based and added a pleasant sweetness as well. I'm always looking forward to my next visit and I love supporting Shan Dong!

Who cares though, because once you get your food, nothing else matters. The service is fast and efficient. The prices are super reasonable and portion sizes, generous. The noodles, dumplings and everything else we ordered was incredibly tasty and had that wok-infused flavor. This place is no frills and all taste. We ordered noodles, dumplings, some cold dishes and omitted egg in the veg dishes for the vegans. Everyone had something to eat and honestly for how much we ordered, it's tough to say there's anything you might not want to order. Just go with your gut! We came here after running the Oakland Marathon and left very happy and satisfied. (apologies for not being specific on what we ordered. I'll have to update later once I dig up the photos to post here.) Just come eat here, you'll be glad you did! My only gripe is that I don't live closer!!

They close super early, so get there in time for take out for dinner (I think they close at like 6?) Parking is an actual nightmare unless you're willing to pay or walk. But that's China Town for you. Service is fast and friendly. I like that they let me practice my Mandarin. It can feel a little crowded at times, but that's the price you pay for really good food.

Getting right to it, 4 stars because it's so affordable! However, there are some things I want to…read morepoint out that would actually make this spot more of a 3 star visit. 1. The attached parking garage charges $2/every half hour. Granted, this is no where near SF parking rates, it's still an additional fee. Street parking is super hard to find, and the streets are hectic, but you can test your luck (and patience). They use little tokens now that you have to pay for before exiting. Make sure you hold onto it because a lost token will run you $48 for the day rate. 2. The spot is poppin. It's not a complaint, that's a great thing! However it's really small inside so if there's a wait, you do have to line up in a single file line along a divider wall, where you can watch diners eat. Right next to you is the take out line for BBQ orders. It can get really claustrophobic. Tables do move fast as they're quick to bring out food, however you may be asked to just share a table with someone else. They have a couple round tables for the communal dining, or larger groups (up to 8). This is an ideal spot for 2-4 people. 6+ may cause you to wait longer for seating. 3. The tap water tastes kind of weird. They bring you a hot cup of tea too but the herbal taste is a bit too strong for me. 4. The bbq items are just okay :( I did a 3 item bbq combo with rice for about $21. You get a generous portion of meat, rice and a few pieces of steamed Chinese broccoli (gai lan). No sauce to dip or anything, but they do have a black bean sauce on the table to use. The sauce is pretty salty though, so just keep that in mind when you're adding it on. No spicy condiments on the table unfortunately. The duck was decent, but the bbq pork was a bit too lean for me. It wasn't overly sweet though so that was nice. The roast pork wasn't crunchy at all!! For some reason, they thin sliced it, instead of cut it into cubes. I love roast pork for the crunch so this was disappointing. The skin was more chewy than crunchy. All of the meats were tender though! 5. Fresh shrimp rice roll was hot and steamy and the price is cheaper than some dim sum spots ($7.50 for this one i think). However, you also get less shrimp. The sauce poured on was also kinda thin, and not sweet or umami enough. The rice roll itself had a good chew though, silky but a little thick. It holds up well while eating. The proportion go shrimp to rice noodle is waaaay off though. 6. Wonton noodle soup was good! This seemed like the crowd favorite as most everyone ordered this. The noodle could have had a bit more chew to it, but the wontons were bouncy and the broth comforting. You get a couple pieces of chinese broccoli with this too which is nice. The service was efficient and our main server was nice. She spoke english and actually smiled back. They take card payment too, so that's convenient. You really get some bang for your buck here, but I'd probably stick to taking food to go.
