So I have mixed feelings. The food is always great, flavorful and worth the cost. But always have some issues. 1. The staff is never that friendly almost like I don't belong, 2. When you order a large salad which is a big salad they only give you a 2 oz. Cup that's 3/4 full of dressing and charge alit for each xtra dressing. 3. And this is the biggest. They always forget something weather it be chips that go with a grinder, cream dressing that you paid for , marinara that goes with a calzone ect. I ordered a Buffalo chicken calzone, among other items.. haven't been able to taste anything recently due to a surgery so I was pretty excited to be able to taste today.. got the order.. and the calzone was not Buffalo chicken.. it was some kind of yellow sauce, sweet.. and the cheese was not melted at all( literally still shredded).. the chicken was OLD and brownish green.. I called to see if they could send me another.. what I ordered this time.. the guy on phone was nice but said he didn't have authority to send out more free food.. This is easily one of the best pizza places I've ever had. It's thin crust style and usually has a light char on the crust. We have been ordering from them for years and are very rarely disappointed. Ordered many times since my last review. Most recent order, Chicken Parm dinner with a slice, I ordered a pepperoni slice, added sausage, hamburger, onions, peppers and mushrooms. The slice was excellent. $5.50 for nearly a quarter of a pizza. Chicken Parmesan dinner was very good. 2 large pieces of breaded fried chicken with mozzarella cheese and spaghetti with a very good marinara sauce on the side. Came with bread and a very nice side salad. Cant go wrong. Looking forward to reordering. read more

We have traditionally ordered from this location. Lately, when we pick up the order, there always seems to be something missing or incorrect. This most recent time, we got order home and it was missing an appetizer. When we called them they stated that they did not include the item on our order even though my entire family heard my wife specifically place the order for that item. They did offer to charge us for the item if we wanted it. Since it was their mistake, we asked if it could be delivered but we got the "sorry, we have a $10 minimum for delivery. Huge and delicious slices bigger than my face at such a great price. Two slices will surely make you full. Love how you can get just a slice in any of their specialties if you're craving more than one type. Their small pizza is good enough for two too. The driver explained that they only had two drivers and that is why it took so long. Information like that would have been helpful when ordering (we were to,d it would be 30 minutes). Particularly due to the poor f*****g attitude and customer service provided by the same woman answering the phone. She was working this Saturday Easter weekend. She consistently And continuously acts as if calling in an order is a great inconvenience to her. Extremely rude and short despite polite manners on my part over the phone. I have been coming back to Woodbridge to see if they have returned to their old great food. Unfortunately, they are hit or miss right now and tonight was a miss. Ordered chicken wings. They were so overcooked that there was no meat left on the wings!! I also ordered a pizza and there was no cheese on it!! Last time the pizza was so undercooked that the dough was raw even though I asked for it well done. The time before that you lost my order and it was close to two hours when it arrived. My fault (I guess?) because it came as just tuna - no lettuce, tomato, cheese.. it was also cold (toasted - but cold). And according to the website, I should have received chips.. but no chips were given. Not impressed. My wife ordered a buffalo chicken salad. The chicken was cold, lacked buffalo dressing, and the salad was nothing more than lettuce, tomato and a little bit of cheese. Nice local pizza shop! Pizza itself is delicious. Medium thickness with a great, flavorful sauce. On off nights their delivery is quick. Weekends/popular nights it can take awhile but since I live close it comes nice and hot most of the time. Last night I had their chicken wings for the first time. Tasty! This is an establishment that is worthy of the phrase "finger licking good" ! To date I have only done the wings salads, and eggplant parm grinders, but from what I have seen coming out of the kitchen, everything smells and looks so delicious. They have specials on their wings weekly and have a super amount of variety ( flavor choices similar to Bidwell Tavern in Coventry, CT... not sure if they taste the same). The only thing that just doesn't make sense (to me) is the theme of the restaurant. It looks like a throw back of Happy days, with Juke boxes, theme tables, car and racing memorabilia. This is my go to when I swing by BJ's for gas or if I am just in the mood for great pizza and wings! The people that work there are really nice and my kids love the matchbox car theme they have going. I like the 80's retro diner ambiance replete with the coin operated arcades in the back. My kids keep bugging me to take them there all the time because they love all the cool things that appeal to them and of course the pizza. I don't know what's been happening, but over the last three times I've ordered from this place it's gotten progressively worse. Granted, it was delivery each time, but my first really positive experience was delivery too. The last time I ordered will be the last time I ever will order. The pie arrived with half of it stuck to the top of the box and a pile of toppings in the corner, it looked like someone dropped it. The grease was always there, but this time it was actually soggy with water. This caused all the cheese and toppings to simply slide right off. I USED TO love this place up until a recent terrible delivery experience. I placed over the phone with credit card and she asked for driver tip at this time (red flag number 1- I too according to delivery time accuracy and weather they find my apartment and don't make me walk outside the building). Long story short the delivery guy called me told him where my building was and he had me walk outside to get my order. He was not only 15 min over the estimated delivery time but had me walk outside and THEN have me the wrong pizza! When I called back to get the pizza I ordered I was NOT compensated or refunded money or given anything. I will never order again from there. The last one was when I ordered boneless buffalo wings, and my wife was handed honey mustard. They remade them...except, all they did was wipe off the honey mustard and re-sauce them with buffalo. So disgusting I had to throw them away. When I called to talk to a manager, I got a Mexican guy named "Freddie" who was very rude, and basically didn't care. He offered me a "free soda". The way I was treated on the phone was deplorable. I run a service company and would never, ever treat someone the way I was treated.
