We arrived as walk-in and met Blue who was very easy to talk to and very friendly. He spoke to us adults about the cost and process, and spoke directly to my 8 year old sister to answer any questions she had and help ease her anxieties. Blue is very good with kids. Both Blue and Bunny talked my sister through the whole process as they were preparing. She was given the option to do one at a time or both at the same time (extra cost) and she chose both. Blue and Bunny communicated well with each other to make sure they were piercing at the same time, which was reassuring to witness. When my sister got nervous, Blue stopped and spoke with her very calmly, reassuring her about the pain. He was so sweet and patient with her. Afterwards they told my sister and us adults the process for cleaning the piercings and told us to come back in 6 weeks to shorten the post (they initially put a large post to have room for swelling). And then they gave my sister a certificate of bravery which is a lovely touch. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. It's clean, kid friendly, adult friendly, with a nice selection of jewelry, and very patient staff for a nervous 8 year

The person assigned to assist me (I don't recall names/faces well) put the new segment/seemless/clicker ring in the lower lobe/1st instead of the upper/2nd lobe spot. I don't now how they missed the 2nd lobe because I had a light blue plastic place holder in the 2nd lobe so it wouldn't close up, we talked about it to confirm which one it was, and they saw me take the blue plastic out. Yes, I should have asked for a mirror once they finished to confirm they did it correctly but I trusted they knew what they were doing. I didn't notice, my friend pointed it out a bit after I left the shop, my friend moved it into the correct spot for me. Customer service was normal when I first went in but I didn't feel like driving back, finding parking, and blah blah blah over this. Think this was the breakdown, they didn't provide a receipt and I paid cash. Cost was $30 for the sterilized segment ring, $5 for the service, and I gave a $5 tip.

The problem is, I wrote my review several months after my visit and the woman who answered the door told me that she was the only one in the shop. This place has bad business practices, poor customer service, and the owner gives untruthful excuses. My original review: I meant to write this review sooner because I was very disappointed. I went here because I lost my nose ring. I did not realize you needed an appointment beforehand just to purchase jewelry. When the woman came to the door I was informed of the requirement and told she couldn't help me because she was with another customer. At no time did she offer to make an appointment for me or say that I could call to make an appointment later. I don't know if I'm being too sensitive, but I actually feel like it was racial that I wasn't offered any options. I absolutely will not ever in my life come to this establishment for anything. I felt it was very unprofessional and rude or she doesn't know customer service and the skill of attaining new customers.

They offered me a free piercing to make up for it, so I made an appointment... only to get a call the day of saying the piercer no longer works there. Wildly unprofessional. I'm now left with a HOLE in my ear. Go literally anywhere else. Not to mention, ridiculously overpriced.

After a few weeks or so, Abi reached out and asked if I was still interested and I immediately jumped on the opportunity to let her tattoo me, which was an amazing decision on my part. I was impressed by how she remembered me and still wanted to do the tattoo we talked about in small detail. Abi and every member of the crew that I met had a stellar attitude and were beyond professional. While I was there I sprung two more small tattoos on Abi at short notice and she took them on with no problem and for a fair price! My friend and I enjoyed awesome conversation and traded interesting stories during the entire process. On a side note, you MUST hear some of the amazing stories they can share. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming with really good music playing the entire 5-6 hours I was there! Abi was one of the most gentle artists I have ever experienced with some times me not even being sure if she was tattooing or not. I have epilepsy which causes me to sometimes twitch, but that was no problem for her! I am so thrilled with the tattoos I received from her and I plan to visit all the way from Michigan again for even more tattoos! I wouldn't say the customer service has ever been outstanding, but it's generally been good. During my previous visit, I spent around $700 adding two new piercings and switching out jewelry. The piercer who helped me was incredible. I wish I could remember her name because she truly had an artist's eye. She helped curate my ears beautifully, adding charms and small triangle studs that I absolutely loved. Near the end of that appointment, while we were still in the treatment room, she asked if she could step out to do a quick jewelry change for another customer. I found that unusual as we were already in service. I also had another appointment that I needed to get to so I felt my time didn't matter! Anyways I overlooked it because I had otherwise enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. I came in to purchase a solid gold swallow bird piece, which was close to $500, and have it installed. I had seen it on Friday and returned Monday specifically to buy it. The piercer helping me, who mentioned she was new from Bakersfield, immediately came across as uninterested. When I asked about the bird jewelry, she didn't even attempt to look for it and simply said, "I don't know." The receptionist then stepped in, searched the display, and found the exact piece. It was the last one. Once we went into the piercing room, I mentioned that my current jewelry felt a little tight, but throughout the appointment her demeanor remained cold, short, and dismissive. She changed the jewelry, but when she couldn't find a bag for my previous piece, I ended up offering one from my purse. Nothing catastrophic happened, but customer service is about how you make people feel. When someone is spending hundreds of dollars on fine jewelry and trusting you with body piercings, warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness matter just as much as technical skill. Sadly, this experience left such a poor impression that I won't be returning.
