The person assigned to assist me (I don't recall names/faces well) put the new segment/seemless/clicker ring in the lower lobe/1st instead of the upper/2nd lobe spot. I don't now how they missed the 2nd lobe because I had a light blue plastic place holder in the 2nd lobe so it wouldn't close up, we talked about it to confirm which one it was, and they saw me take the blue plastic out. Yes, I should have asked for a mirror once they finished to confirm they did it correctly but I trusted they knew what they were doing. I didn't notice, my friend pointed it out a bit after I left the shop, my friend moved it into the correct spot for me. Customer service was normal when I first went in but I didn't feel like driving back, finding parking, and blah blah blah over this. Think this was the breakdown, they didn't provide a receipt and I paid cash. Cost was $30 for the sterilized segment ring, $5 for the service, and I gave a $5 tip.

Cut to a few weeks ago and as I was replacing the bandaging and I noticed tons of the line work had FALLEN out as it wasn't tattooed deep enough. I got another tattoo one week after this one, and it healed PERFECTLY and is flawless. I can't say the same for this one, and unfortunately it's a MATCHING tattoo with my sister. She lives in St. Louis so she didn't have the same luxury of going back and getting the tattoo retouched... but apparently NIETHER DID I, as when I arrived at the parlor, I was informed they don't have any guarantees on hand and finger tattoos? Which they NEVER made me aware of before I got the tattoo or I would've NEVER went through with it. I'm a very cautious and detailed person. My sister is too, if we were told about that guarantee we would've taken that red flag and moved on to a different tattoo studio. It's important to note that my sister's tattoo is extremely faded too. They told me to retouch this small tattoo that they had BOTCHED just weeks prior, it would cost 60$. That's nearly the cost of the initial tatoo. Abi and every member of the crew that I met had a stellar attitude and were beyond professional. While I was there I sprung two more small tattoos on Abi at short notice and she took them on with no problem and for a fair price! My friend and I enjoyed awesome conversation and traded interesting stories during the entire process. On a side note, you MUST hear some of the amazing stories they can share. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming with really good music playing the entire 5-6 hours I was there! Abi was one of the most gentle artists I have ever experienced with some times me not even being sure if she was tattooing or not.
