This Woods Coffee is located inside Lincoln Square next to the Container Store in downtown Bellevue. Parking is available in the Lincoln Square South parking garage but depending on what time you go you might have to pay (you can still get your parking validated). If you don't want to pay for parking there's another Woods Coffee with a dedicated lot a couple minutes away next to the Chick-fil-A. Like many of their other locations they have tables and free wifi for people to drink coffee and get work done or hang out. Had the great pleasure of going to Woods Coffee last weekend and man, was it good! I'm from Chicago and was passing through on my way back from Whistler when we stumbled upon this gem. I ordered a cold brew along with apple crumble cake which was absolutely divine. In addition, I got the Woods Blend Medium Roast beans to bring home and they have been producing delicious coffee at home. In addition to the great food and drinks, I really enjoyed sitting down and enjoying the vibe of Woods Coffee (and I normally am a to-go type of gal). Woods Coffee is located within Bellevue Mall. It felt warm, relaxed, and most of the tables were occupied with people on their laptop or reading. There was no wait, and it only took the barista a few minutes to make the coffee. * 16oz Iced Mocha - While the drink looked nice, it was very, very sweet. There was not much of a coffee taste. I generally like mochas that have a strong chocolate flavor, with a subtle coffee taste. However, this drink had neither. It oddly didn't have much chocolate taste, just like a sweet, almost vanilla syrup flavor. Even the whipped crème had the syrup flavor. I couldn't even drink 1/4 of it, and sadly had to throw it out. An iced mocha I really like is from Fulcrum Cafe for reference (that's a 5/5). Maybe the other coffees are better, but I don't recommend the iced mocha. The overall coffee shop is nice though. Overall, I'd try out other coffee shops before coming back. read more

Because of the lighting and cozy vibe, it is a welcoming spot for a relaxed chit-chat with friends or a place to focus and double down on work. The coffee here is pretty good, but runs a bit sweet for my taste. I ordered a seasonal eggnog latte which the barista recommended to dilute with a bit of nonfat milk. I felt if the espresso flavor were a bit stronger or if the drink were less sweet, it would have sealed the deal for a 5 star for me. Love the feel of this coffee shop (wood throughout and a very natural feel / very chill vibe). Woods is located in the street level of Lincoln Square. The menu is very similar to a Starbucks but the feel is completely different (service was great - very cool workers the two times that I had dropped by). Both times I have had the matcha green tea latte with extra matcha, no sugar and coconut milk which is my go to drink. It's a creamy coconut drink with a strong hint of matcha - for matcha lovers I would recommend it. Overall, Woods is a really cool coffee shop. As I'm trying to sit at home on a Saturday night trying to come up with a clever review to write about my visit to a coffee shop not ordering coffee there because it was 7 in the evening. I'm honestly too brain-fried from all the skin fades I had to cut earlier at work to come up with any dirty joke to incorporate into my Yelp review on a local coffee shop in a high end piece of commercial real estate building. I came here because nowhere was going to offer food I can get & chow down in under 10 minutes before my movie started at the AMC upstairs. Thank goodness for coffee shops offering more than just coffee, I was able to snatch one of their all day breakfast item. It was hot & tasted better than McDonald's egg, cheese, & sausage biscuit so therefore, I was a happy camper feeling relieved that nobody's experience will be ruined by my growling stomach in the movie theater. FYI: I have been to many of their other locations, they seem to be taking over Downtown Bellevue is all close proximity. Never was disappointed by their coffee, Woods over Starbucks please. I was shocked to see my favorite donut shop "Frost" gone, and replaced by this coffee shop. My first impression was like we don't need any more coffee shops and just kept walking by this place. Today after eating at Din Tai Fung, I wanted something sweet, but never like sweet drinks there. I walked down one floor and decided to give "The Woods Coffee"a shot. I ordered an ice mocha with whipped cream and loved it. It's very rich in both coffee and creamy taste. It was way better than mocha at Starbucks. Located on the first floor of Lincoln Square. Nice open setting and like most Woods locations you feel like you're in a relaxing cabin. I love everything about Woods Coffee except for the fact that they have yet to expand to Issaquah! I like to have better coffee shop food options and most importantly variety and they've got you covered. I'm a true fan of their breakfast burrito ( get hot sauce and avo) and frequently will go out of my way to come in the mornings just to get one. They have delicious almond croissants and I'm a fan of their green iced tea, matcha, and their espresso is just too tasty. This location is a nice option if you're at Bellevue Square and don't want to wait in the massive Starbucks line (just cross the street). read more
